栀子、丹皮、白芍、龙胆，皆泻肝家之火，其中却自有别，宜用栀子以清其气，气清火亦清，肝得辛为补，丹皮之辛，从其性以醒之，是即为补，肝受补，气展而火亦平，肝气过散，宜白芍制之，平其性即所以泻其火，使之不得自逞，火盛肝气必实，龙胆苦以泄其气，寒以制其火，故非实，胆草不用，如不审其究竟而混投之，是伐其生生之气，即使火气悉除，而人已惫矣。"
黄芩: 泻实火，除湿热，止血，安胎。《本草经疏》："黄芩，其性清肃，所以除邪；味苦所以燥湿；阴寒所以胜热，故主诸热。诸热者，邪热与湿热也，黄疸、肠澼、泄痢，皆温热胜之病也，折其本，则诸病自瘳矣。苦寒能除湿热，所以小肠利而水自逐，源清则流洁也。血闭者，实热在血分，即热入血室，令人经闭不通，湿热解，则荣气清而自行也。恶疮疽蚀者，血热则留结，而为痈肿溃烂也；火疡者，火气伤血也，凉血除热，则自愈也。
白花蛇草:清热解毒；利湿。《泉州本草》：清热散瘀，消痈解毒。治痈疽疮疡，瘰疬。又能清肺火，泻肺热。治肺热喘促、嗽逆胸闷。
石膏: 解肌清热；除烦止渴。《长沙药解》：清心肺，治烦躁，泄郁热，止燥渴，治热狂，火嗽，收热汗，消热痰，住鼻衄，调口疮，理咽痛，通乳汁，平乳痈，解火灼，疗金疮。
知母: 清热泻火；滋阴润燥；止渴除烦。张元素：凉心去热，治阳明火热，泻膀胱肾经火，热厥头痛，下痢腰痛，喉中腥臭。
土伏苓: 清热除湿；泄浊解毒；通利关节。《本草正义》：土茯苓，利湿去热，能入络，搜剔湿热之蕴毒。其解水银、轻粉毒者，彼以升提收毒上行，而此以渗利下导为务，故专治杨梅毒疮，深入百络，关节疼痛，甚至腐烂，又毒火上行，咽喉痛溃，一切恶症。
大青叶:清热解毒；凉血消斑。《本经逢原》：大青，泻肝胆之实火，正以祛心胃之邪热，所以小儿疳热、丹毒为要药。
白毛根:凉血止血；清热生津；利尿通淋。《本草正义》：白茅根，寒凉而味甚甘，能清血分之热，而不伤干燥，又不粘腻，故凉血而不虑其积瘀，以主吐衄呕血。泄降火逆，其效甚捷，故又主胃火哕逆呕吐，肺热气逆喘满。且甘寒而多脂液，虽降逆而异于苦燥，则又止渴生津，而清涤肺胃肠间之伏热，能疗消谷燥渴。又能通淋闭而治溲血下血，并主妇女血热妄行，崩中淋带。又通利小水，泄热结之水肿，导瘀热之黄疸，皆甘寒通泄之实效。然其甘寒之力，清泄肺胃，尤有专长，凡齿痛龈肿，牙疳口舌诸疮，及肺热郁窒之咽痛腐烂诸证，用以佐使，功效最着，而无流弊。
茯苓：渗湿利水，益脾和胃，宁心安神。
白术：健脾益气；燥湿利水。《本经逢原》：白术，生用有除湿益燥，消痰利水，治风寒湿痹，死肌痉疸，散腰脐间血，及冲脉为病，逆气里急之功；制熟则有和中补气，止渴生津，止汗除热，进饮食，安胎之效。
大黄： 泻热毒，破积滞，行瘀血。
生地黄：清热凉血。该品味甘苦、性寒而入血分，能清营血分之热而凉血。用于温热病之高热、口渴、舌红绛，处方如清营汤。另外，该品通过凉血尚有止血之功效，可用于血热的各种出血症。
元参：清热凉血：本品味咸性寒，能入血分而清热凉血。用于温热病热入营血，常配生地、丹皮等同用。养阴清热：本品质润多液，能养阴生津。用于热病伤津，常配麦冬、生地等同用。泻火解毒：本品味兼苦而性寒，并有清热泻火的作用，泻火所以解毒（热毒）。用于温热病发斑，热毒盛之咽痛、目赤、耳肿等症。常配麦冬、生地、黄芩、连翘等同用。
甘草：清热解毒，润肺止咳，调和诸药；《药品化义》：甘草，生用凉而泻火，主散表邪，消痈肿，利咽痛，解百药毒，除胃积热，去尿管痛，此甘凉除热之力也。炙用温而补中，主脾虚滑泻，胃虚口渴，寒热咳嗽，气短困倦，劳役虚损，此甘温助脾之功也。但味厚而太甜，补药中不宜多用，恐恋膈不思食也。
上述诸药配伍，不仅有疏散邪之效，更注重通宣肺气，清热凉血。用以治疗上呼吸道感染，流感发烧，热毒盛之咽痛、目赤、耳肿等症。

实施例：一种清热解毒的中药制剂，由以下原料中药制成：金银花30克，连翘20克，栀子20克，丹皮15克、白芍15克、龙胆10克，白芍15克，龙胆10克，黄芩20克，白花蛇草30克，石膏30克，知母20克，土伏苓20克，大青叶30克，白毛根30克，茯苓20克，白术20克，大黄4克，生地黄10克，元参10克，甘草10克。制取方法：取上述原料药，加水2000ml,浸泡一个小时后，文火煎煮至药液剩300ml，滤出药液。再次加水1000ml，文火煎煮至药液剩200ml，滤出药液，将两次药液混合，平均分成二份，早晚各服一份。
典型病例
病例1：王某某，男，24岁，中学教师，2014年3月12日患流行性感冒，病情发展迅速，高烧39度，咽喉肿痛，头痛头晕，关节疼痛，不能正常工作，吃大青叶、银翘片、感冒胶囊一天症状没有减轻，服用本发明中药制剂一天体温降至38度，二天症状明显减轻，服用三天康复，能正常工作。
病例2：谢某某，女，46岁，因感冒慢性咽炎加重，喉发干、疼痛，早晨起来感觉咽喉部有异物，并伴有低烧,干咳不止，西医治疗一周，效果不明显，2014年2月23日来我院治疗，主诉：咽干、疼痛、肿胀，说话发声困难，检查：咽喉部红肿，密布小细泡,体温38.5度。治疗：给本发明中药制剂，每日一剂，分两次服用，2天测体温正常,5天后咽喉疼痛消失，肿胀消退。
病例3：李某某，男，21岁，学生，因过食辛辣食品，致内火上挠，口腔生疮，口腔内侧及咽部起泡溃烂，咽干、疼痛、肿胀，进食、说话困难，曾在一些医院进行西医治疗，但效果不理想。2013年9月12日来我院治疗，服用本发明中药制剂，3天后咽喉疼痛消失，服用一周痊愈。
病例4：杨某某，女，45岁，咽疼并发烧，最高体温达39°C，检查发现患者咽粘膜红肿充血，双侧扁桃体Ⅱ度肿大。诊断：慢性扁桃体炎急性发作，急性咽炎，应用本发明清热解毒制剂，每日一剂，服药一天后咽疼明显减轻，三日后，咽疼消失，红肿基本消退，体温恢复正常，服用七天痊愈。
病例5：解某某，女 ，36岁，患者自述：左耳剧痛，听力下降2天。耳部检查，外耳道急性充血，局限隆起，鼓膜红肿充血，诊断为急性中耳炎。服用本发明清热解毒制剂，每日一剂，一天疼痛减轻，三天后，外耳道隆起变小，外耳道充血不明显，鼓膜充血消失，听力改善，一个疗程，红肿消失，外耳道鼓膜均无充血，听力恢复正常，治疗5天彻底康复。
病例6：范某某，男，12岁，症状发烧流鼻涕，检查外鼻肿胀，鼻粘膜充血，诊断为鼻前庭炎，服用本发明清热解毒口服液，每日三次，每次20 ml，一天体温基本恢复正常，鼻前庭粘膜充血减轻，第三日，鼻痛，流涕，等症状均消失，一周痊愈。

Claims (1)

1.一种清热解毒的中药制剂，其特征在于，由以下原料中药制成：金银花30克，连翘20克，栀子20克，丹皮15克、白芍15克、龙胆10克，白芍15克，龙胆10克，黄芩20克，白花蛇草30克，石膏30克，知母20克，土伏苓20克，大青叶30克，白毛根30克，茯苓20克，白术20克，大黄4克，生地黄10克，元参10克，甘草10克；制取方法：取上述原料药，加水2000ml,浸泡一个小时后，文火煎煮至药液剩300ml，滤出药液，再次加水1000ml，文火煎煮至药液剩200ml，滤出药液，将两次药液混合，平均分成二份，分早晚二次服用。
