本发明涉及一种跌打损伤用中药，包括组分A与组分B，组分A由杜仲、天麻、三七、大黄、土鳖虫、川断、红花、血竭、没药组成；组分B由冰片、樟脑、甘松、黄柏、蔓荆子、细辛、三七、生草乌、独活、延胡索组成，本发明的中药分为内服药与外敷药，使用方便，内服药与外敷药配合使用，具有止痛、消肿、去瘀生肌的功效，对跌打损伤治疗效果好，见效快。

技术领域
本发明属于中药领域，具体涉及一种跌打损伤用中药。
背景技术
在日常生活中对于有些人似乎是家常便饭，泛指人因跌、打、碰、磕等原因所致的软组织损伤，以肿胀、疼痛为主要表现。跌打损伤包括刀枪、跌仆、殴打、闪挫、刺伤、擦伤、运动损伤等，伤处多有疼痛、肿胀、出血或骨折、脱臼等，也包括一些内脏损伤。在此主要以软组织损伤为主。有些人发生跌打损伤后，急于诊治，往往使用药物熏洗，其实有时候这样做极易事与愿违。不但没有疗效,而且病情会越来越严重。
治疗时主要采用推拿正骨为主，但是效果较慢，现在治疗跌打损伤的中药分为内服药或者外敷药，单一使用内服药或者外用药治疗周期较长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗跌打损伤的中药，采用内服与外敷相结合的方式进行治疗，疗效好见效快。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种跌打损伤用中药，包括组分A与组分B，组分A由杜仲6-10g、天麻3-7g、三七1-3g、大黄3-8g、土鳖虫2-5g、川断3-6g、红花1-3g、血竭2-5g、没药2-4g组成；组分B由冰片8-12g、樟脑3-5g、甘松2-5g、黄柏2-4g、蔓荆子10-15g、细辛3-5g、三七2-5g、生草乌3-6g、独活3-5g、延胡索4-9g组成，其中组分A为内服药，组分B为外敷药。
一种跌打损伤用中药，使用如下方法加工：将组分A 的药物加水煎煮得到药液即可；组分B的处理使用如下步骤：（1）、将甘松、延胡索、独活、生草乌、黄柏分别裁剪成厚度0.1-0.3cm厚的薄片，使用铁锅进行炒制，在185-220℃下，炒制10-15min，然后磨成粉末；（2）、将冰片、樟脑磨成粉末；（3）、将蔓荆子、细辛、三七磨碎，加入100-150g水煎煮，煎煮15-30min，然后将步骤（1）与步骤（2）得到的粉末加入煎液中，边加热边搅拌，得到糊状药，冷却，加入5-10g甘油，得到组分B的药膏。
甘松具有理气止痛的功效。黄柏具有清热、燥湿、泻火、解毒。蔓荆子具有镇痛、抗炎作用。细辛祛风，散寒，行水，开窍、止痛。延胡索主治心腹腰膝诸痛、跌打损伤。独活有抗炎、镇痛及镇静作用。生草乌祛风除湿，温经止痛。樟脑可止痒止痛，预防真菌的作用。三七主治跌扑肿痛。冰片消肿止痛，清热散毒，散火解毒的功效。上述中药混合使用，敷于患处既可以消肿止痛，又有活血化瘀、防止感染的作用。
杜仲具有恢复血管弹性，广谱抗菌的作用。天麻用于治疗肢体麻木，具有活血化瘀的功效。大黄有清湿热、泻火、凉血、祛瘀、解毒等功效。土鳖虫用于筋骨折伤，瘀血经闭，症瘕痞块。川断具有强筋骨，定经络的作用。红花有活血化瘀，散湿去肿的功效。血竭具有活血散瘀，定痛，止血生肌的功效。没药有活血止痛、消肿生肌等功效。上述药物按一定比例混合，对跌打损伤疗效甚好。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的中药分为内服药与外敷药，使用方便，内服药与外敷药配合使用，具有止痛、消肿、去瘀生肌的功效，对跌打损伤治疗效果好，见效快。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种跌打损伤用中药，包括组分A与组分B，组分A由杜仲8g、天麻3g、三七2g、大黄5.5g、土鳖虫3.2g、川断4.5g、红花1g、血竭2.5g、没药3g组成；组分B由冰片8g、樟脑3.5g、甘松4g、黄柏3g、蔓荆子12g、细辛4g、三七3g、生草乌3g、独活3.5g、延胡索5g组成，其中组分A为内服药，组分B为外敷药。
一种跌打损伤用中药，使用如下方法加工：将组分A 的药物加水煎煮得到药液即可；组分B的处理使用如下步骤：（1）、将甘松、延胡索、独活、生草乌、黄柏分别裁剪成厚度0.1-0.3cm厚的薄片，使用铁锅进行炒制，在185-220℃下，炒制10-15min，然后磨成粉末；（2）、将冰片、樟脑磨成粉末；（3）、将蔓荆子、细辛、三七磨碎，加入100-150g水煎煮，煎煮15-30min，然后将步骤（1）与步骤（2）得到的粉末加入煎液中，边加热边搅拌，得到糊状药，冷却，加入5-10g甘油，得到组分B的药膏。
内服药每天服用一剂，外敷药涂覆的损伤处，每3天换药一次。
陈某，男，28岁，打篮球致右手食指扭伤，手指关节肿胀，疼痛难忍，手指不能弯曲。使用本方，服用内服药并使用外敷药敷于患处，隔天疼痛感消失，手指肿胀消减，内服药使用3天，外用药3天后换药，敷药5天痊愈。
实施例2
一种跌打损伤用中药，包括组分A与组分B，组分A由杜仲7g、天麻5g、三七2.5g、大黄4g、土鳖虫3g、川断5g、红花2.2g、血竭4.2g、没药2.5g组成；组分B由冰片10g、樟脑3g、甘松3.2g、黄柏3.2g、蔓荆子13g、细辛3.2g、三七3g、生草乌4.5g、独活4g、延胡索6g组成，其中组分A为内服药，组分B为外敷药。
孙某，46岁，左腿骨折，在患处使用外敷药，外敷药第一次使用量为上述计量的3倍，并用夹板固定，每天服用内服药，服药后，疼痛感消失，10天后，更换外敷药，外敷药用量减至正常剂量的两倍，使用夹板固定，内服药每3天服用一次，再过10天，更换外敷药，内服药每5天服用一次，一个月后，能下地行走，不需要使用夹板，继续使用外敷药，计量为正常剂量，每3天换药1次，疼痛感完全消失，45天后，左腿能负重，50天后，痊愈，无后遗症。
实施例3
一种跌打损伤用中药，包括组分A与组分B，组分A由杜仲9g、天麻6g、三七2.2g、大黄6.3g、土鳖虫3.4g、川断5.1g、红花1.3g、血竭4.3g、没药3g组成；组分B由冰片11g、樟脑3.2g、甘松3.2g、黄柏2.6g、蔓荆子11.6g、细辛4g、三七3g、生草乌3.1g、独活5g、延胡索8g组成，其中组分A为内服药，组分B为外敷药。
马某，踢球致脚踝扭伤，使用本配方，每天一剂内服药，每2天更换一次外敷药，3天后能自由活动，疼痛感基本消失，5天后痊愈。

1.一种跌打损伤用中药，其特征在于：包括组分A与组分B，组分A由杜仲6-10g、天麻3-7g、三七1-3g、大黄3-8g、土鳖虫2-5g、川断3-6g、红花1-3g、血竭2-5g、没药2-4g组成；组分B由冰片8-12g、樟脑3-5g、甘松2-5g、黄柏2-4g、蔓荆子10-15g、细辛3-5g、三七2-5g、生草乌3-6g、独活3-5g、延胡索4-9g组成，其中组分A为内服药，组分B为外敷药。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种跌打损伤用中药，其特征在于使用如下方法加工：将组分A 的药物加水煎煮得到药液即可；组分B的处理使用如下步骤：（1）、将甘松、延胡索、独活、生草乌、黄柏分别裁剪成厚度0.1-0.3cm厚的薄片，使用铁锅进行炒制，在185-220℃下，炒制10-15min，然后磨成粉末；（2）、将冰片、樟脑磨成粉末；（3）、将蔓荆子、细辛、三七磨碎，加入100-150g水煎煮，煎煮15-30min，然后将步骤（1）与步骤（2）得到的粉末加入煎液中，边加热边搅拌，得到糊状药，冷却，加入5-10g甘油，得到组分B的药膏。
