1.1称取大鱼鳅串15g、地红子根10g、黄柏6g、黄芩10g、知母6g、生地12g、牛膝10g、连翘10g、蝉衣10g、山豆根5g、南沙参12g、麦冬15g、丹皮10g、丹参10g、玄参10g、鹿角霜10g、当归12g、葛根10g、菟丝子10g，加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，装入胶囊壳，即得符合正常成人1天用量的胶囊剂。用于治疗风湿痹。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。

2.本发明对风湿痹的临床研究
2.1一般资料：发明人2012年5月-2013年12月间共收集50例风湿痹的门诊患者，年龄45-66岁，病程1-4月。随机分为：治疗组30例，空白组20例。两组年龄、病情等资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2.2诊断标准：
2.2.1以四肢大关节走窜疼痛为主，伴重着、酸楚、麻木、关节屈伸不利。多有恶寒、发热等症。
2.2.2病前多有咽痛乳蛾史，或涉水淋雨、久居湿地史。
2.2.3部分患者可有低热，四肢环形红斑，或结节性红斑。常可心脏受累。
2.2.4血沉增快，抗链球菌素“O”大于500单位。
2.2.5证候分类
2.2.5.1行痹(风邪偏胜)：肢体关节肌肉疼痛，游走不定，屈伸不利，或见恶风发热等。舌苔薄白，脉浮。
2.2.5.2痛痹(寒邪偏胜)：肢体关节疼痛较剧，遇寒加重，得热痛减，昼轻夜重，关节不能屈伸，痛处不红，触之不热。苔白滑，脉弦紧。
2.2.5.3着痹(湿邪偏胜)：肢体关节重着酸痛，痛处固定，下肢为甚，或有肿胀，肌肤麻木，天气阴雨加重。舌苔白腻，脉濡缓。
2.2.5.4热痹(热邪偏胜)：起病急骤，关节疼痛，局部红肿灼热，痛不可触，屈伸不利，得冷稍舒。多有发热恶风，多汗，心烦口渴。舌红苔黄，脉滑数。
2.2.5.5虚痹(气血两虚)：病程日久，反复不愈，关节疼痛，时轻时重。面黄无华，心悸自汗，头晕乏力。舌质淡，苔薄白，脉濡。

2.5典型病例
张某，男，50岁，四肢大关节走窜疼痛为主，伴重着、酸楚、麻木、关节屈伸不利。多有恶寒、发热等症，血沉增快，抗链球菌素“O”为700单位，肢体关节肌肉疼痛，游走不定，屈伸不利，或见恶风发热等。舌苔薄白，脉浮，诊断为行痹，服用本发明实施例1.1制得的胶囊，早晚各一次，15天后，症状消失，关节活动正常，实验室检查正常。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗风湿痹的中药组合物，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：头花猪屎豆15份、四叶葎12份、黄芪25份、党参10份、当归6份、白芷10份、麦冬6份、山药12份、王不留行10份、通草10份、穿山甲6份、香附12份、桔梗10份、柴胡10份、瓜蒌12份、丹参10份、山楂10份、甘草5份。
2.如权利要求1所述治疗风湿痹的中药组合物在治疗风湿痹的药物中的应用。
