酒,素有“百药之长″之称,将强身健体的中药与酒″溶″于一体的药酒,不仅配制方便、药性稳定、安全有效,而且因为酒精是一种良好的半极性有机溶剂,大部分水溶性物质及水不能溶解。中药的多种成分如生物碱、盐类、鞣质、挥发油、有机酸、树脂、糖类及部分色素(如叶绿素、叶黄素)等均较易溶解于乙醇中。乙醇不仅有良好的穿透性,易于进入药材组织细胞中,发挥溶解作用,促进置换、扩散,有利于提高浸出速度和浸出效果;还有防腐作用,可延缓许多药物的水解,增强药剂的稳定性。酒性温,味辛而苦甘,有温通血脉,宣散药力,温暖肠胃,祛散风寒,振奋阳气,消除疲劳等作用。适量饮酒,可以怡情助兴,但过饮则乱性,酗酒则耗损元气,甚至于殒命。医家之所以喜好用酒,是取其善行药势而达于脏腑、四肢百骸之性,故有“酒为百药之长”的说法。其实,酒是一种最好的溶媒,许多用其他加工方法难以将其有效成分析出的药物,大多可借助于酒的这一特性而提取出来,并能充分发挥其防治疾病,延年益寿的药效,这就是药酒历经数十年而不减其魅力的缘由所在。将酒与治病强身的药“溶”为一体的药酒,不仅具有配制、服用简便,药性稳定,安全有效的优点,更因为药借酒力、酒助药势而充分发挥效力,提高疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有益气健脾、益肺固表功效的养生中药酒及制备方法,对心气不足、脾肺气虚、面色萎黄、皮肤粗糙具有良好的预防和治疗作用。
本发明采用的技术方案在于:所述养生中药酒及制备方法,其主要原料及重量份分别是,党参30份、黄芪30份、西洋参15份、麦门冬10份、山枣10份、白酒1000份。
本发明所述养生中药酒的制备方法为以下步骤:
步骤一)、称取原料党参30份、黄芪30份、西洋参15份、麦门冬10份、山枣10份共加工成粗碎,获得无菌原材料;
步骤二)、将所获得的无菌原材料,置于瓷坛内,再将白酒1000份倒入瓷坛内,加盖密封,于水浴中加热煮沸后,浸泡30日;
步骤三)、浸泡30日后,滤取酒液,残渣压榨后回收残液中的酒液,合并过滤,贮瓶备用。
本发明所选择的原料,其药性和功效分别是:
党参:为植物党参和中药材的统称。党参属植物。中药党参为桔梗科多年生草本植物党参、素花党参、川党参及其同属多种植物的根。具有补中益气,健脾益肺之功效。现代研究,党参含多种糖类、酚类、甾醇、挥发油、黄芩素葡萄糖甙、皂甙及微量生物碱,具有增强免疫力、扩张血管、降压、改善微循环、增强造血功能等作用。此外对化疗放疗引起的白细胞下降有提升作用。
黄芪:具有补气固表、利水退肿、托毒排脓、生肌等功效。现代研究,黄芪含皂甙、蔗糖、多糖、多种氨基酸、叶酸及硒、锌、铜等多种微量元素。有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。
西洋参:五加科植物西洋参Panax quinquefolium L.的干燥根。【性味归经】甘、微苦,凉。归心、肺、肾经。【功能主治】补气养阴,清热生津。用于气虚阴亏,内热,咳喘痰血,虚热烦倦,消渴,口燥咽干。西洋参有抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗应激、抑制血小板聚集、降低血液凝固性的作用,另外,对糖尿病患者还有调节血糖的作用。
麦门冬:【功效】滋阴润肺;益胃生津;清心除烦。肺燥干咳,吐血,咯血,肺痿,肺痈,虚劳烦热,消渴,热病津伤,咽干口燥,便秘。【主治】:肺燥干咳;吐血;咯血;肺痿;肺痈;阴虚劳嗽;津伤口渴;消渴;热病津伤;心烦失眠;咽喉疼痛;肠燥便秘;血热吐衄。《本草汇言》:麦门冬,清心润肺之药也。主心气不足,惊悸怔忡,健忘恍惚,精神失守;或肺热肺燥,咳声连发,肺痿叶焦,短气虚喘,火伏肺中,咯血咳血;或虚劳客热,津液干少;或脾胃燥涸,虚秘便难;此皆心肺肾脾元虚火郁之证也。然而味甘气平,能益肺金,味苦性寒,能降心火,体润质补,能养肾髓,专治劳损虚热之功居多。
山枣:性味与归经:甘、酸,平。功能与主治:行气活血,养心,安神。用于气滞血瘀,胸痹作痛,心悸气短,心神不安。
白酒为中国特有的一种蒸馏酒,由淀粉或糖质原料制成酒醅或发酵后经蒸馏而得。又称烧酒、老白干、烧刀子等,解放后称为白酒。酒质无色(或微黄)透明,气味芳香纯正,入口绵甜爽净,酒精含量较高,经贮存老熟后,具有以酯类为主体的复合香味。以曲类、酒母为糖化发酵剂,利用淀粉质(糖质)原料,经蒸煮、糖化、发酵、蒸馏、陈酿和勾兑而酿制而成的各类酒。
本发明中药酒的益气健脾、益肺固表功效在临床应用当中得到了证实,基本资料如下:2007-2013年,门诊临床应用本发明所述养生中药酒对456例体验者用;有心气不足、脾肺气虚、面色萎黄、皮肤粗糙病症,平均年龄57岁;服用方法:直接饮用,每日早晚饮用150-200ml;连续服用21-28日后,有效或显效478例;有效或显效的评价标准为:症状有所改善或者症状消失。
本发明养生中药酒的有益效果:有轻微中药香味,无任何毒副作用,益气健脾、益肺固表效果明显,用于治疗心气不足、脾肺气虚、面色萎黄、皮肤粗糙病症。
具体实施方法
所述益气补虚养生中药酒及制备方法,其主要原料及重量份分别是,党参30份、黄芪30份、西洋参15份、麦门冬10份、山枣10份、白酒1000份。

1.一种益气补虚养生中药酒,其特征在于,其主要原料及重量份分别是,党参30份、黄芪30份、西洋参15份、麦门冬10份、山枣10份、白酒1000份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的中药酒,其特征在于,制备方法为以下步骤:
步骤一)、称取原料党参30份、黄芪30份、西洋参15份、麦门冬10份、山枣10份共加工成粗碎,获得无菌原材料;
步骤二)、将所获得的无菌原材料,置于瓷坛内,再将白酒1000份倒入瓷坛内,加盖密封,于水浴中加热煮沸后,浸泡30日;
步骤三)、浸泡30日后,滤取酒液,残渣压榨后回收残液中的酒液,合并过滤,贮瓶备用。
