一种利用三筒管治疗痄腮的中药制剂，其各原料组分的重量(g)为：扶桑叶15、升麻6、北豆根12、一枝黄花9、三筒管15、罗汉果12、附地菜6、羌活3、翻白草9、醉鱼草3、蛇莓9、小果雪兔子12、凤尾七6、蝉蜕9。
称取以上原料组分，按照汤药的常规制法，加水煮成汤剂服用，每天一剂，一剂分两次服用。
为证明本发明具有很好的疗效，列举典型病例如下：
病例一：
蓝某，男，12岁。主诉：两侧腮部都以耳垂为中心浮肿，触痛明显，边缘不清，伴有张口及咀嚼困难、发烧、头痛等症状。诊断为痄腮。服用本发明药物，3天后，症状明显减轻，10天后，痊愈。
病例二：
庄某，女，14岁。主诉：左侧腮部均以耳垂为中心浮肿，压痛明显，伴有轻度恶寒，发烧，精神萎靡等症状。诊断为痄腮。服用本发明药物，2天后，轻度恶寒，发烧，精神萎靡等症状明显好转，继续服用8天，痊愈。
病例三：
唐某，女，16岁，主诉：右侧耳下肿硬疼痛，张口及咀嚼困难，只能进流食。伴有发烧，疲倦，呕吐等症状。诊断为痄腮。服用本发明药物，2天后，发烧，轻度恶寒，疲倦，呕吐症状明显好转；一周后，痊愈。
