技术领域
本发明涉及一种盘式制动器。
背景技术
为了保护设置在制动钳的容纳腔中的与功能相关的构件免受由于天气影响造成的腐蚀,容纳腔的装配开口在对于滑动钳制动器来说与压紧侧的制动衬片相配的一侧基本上由封闭盖封闭。
在此,封闭盖具有开口,制动支柱穿过所述开口,所述制动支柱在制动时借助压紧装置压靠到制动衬片上。该工作原理不仅在具有一个中央制动支柱的盘式制动器中、而且在这样的具有多个、优选两个彼此平行并且间隔开距离设置的制动支柱的盘式制动器中实现。为简单起见,下面描述具有一个制动支柱的方案。
为了密封制动支柱的通道区域而设有褶皱波纹管,该褶皱波纹管在一侧密封地贴靠在制动支柱上,而在另一侧固定在封闭盖上,在这里通常固定在相对于制动支柱轴向平行地定向的在边缘侧界定通道开口的凸缘上。
作为冗余的密封元件,附加地设有所谓的次级密封件,该次级密封件朝向容纳腔设置在褶皱波纹管后面并且该次级密封件在褶皱波纹管可能失效时保持容纳腔以防粗大的灰尘。
相对于褶皱波纹管同心设置的该次级密封件固定地贴靠在制动支柱上并且形锁合地保持在封闭盖的凸缘上。为此,在已知的结构中设有凸缘的相应的凸出成型部,次级密封件的与所述凸出成型部匹配的保持器件嵌入所述凸出成型部中。
不过,凸缘的设计成多重凹槽形的凸出成型部仅能以显著的制造技术耗费来制造,因为这些凸出成型部通常在由金属板制成的封闭盖情况下通过冲压形成。这些相对复杂的凹槽轮廓与简单的并且成本低的制造对立,这也包括提供相应复杂的模具。
在压紧制动器时制动支柱沿轴向移动,从而牢固地贴靠在其上的次级密封件相应地变形,所述次级密封件如提到的那样在另一侧保持在位置固定的封闭盖上。为了能使该变形不产生损坏,次级密封件必须设有所谓的补偿褶皱部,这仅能以与优化制造成本对立的相应高的制造耗费实现。
此外,通过一方面褶皱波纹管和另一方面次级密封件形成内腔。为了该内腔相对于周围环境的必需的压力补偿,必须在次级密封件中或者在褶皱波纹管中设有开口。该开口的形成同样要求高的制造耗费,包括相应的模具成本在内。总而言之,已知的密封装置是密封容纳腔的不能令人满意的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,进一步开发同类型的盘式制动器,使得次级密封件能更简单并且因而成本更低地制造并且该次级密封件的功能可靠性得以改善。
所述目的通过一种具有如下所述特征的盘式制动器实现。按照本发目的盘式制动器包括一个制动钳,在该制动钳中设置有两个在工作中能压靠到一个制动盘上的制动衬片,这两个制动衬片中的一个作用侧的制动衬片能经由至少一个制动支柱借助压紧装置被操纵,制动支柱穿过封闭盖的开口,该封闭盖封闭制动钳的容纳腔,其中,为了密封容纳腔,褶皱波纹管贴靠在制动支柱上并且在另一侧贴靠在封闭盖上,在该封闭盖上还保持有相对于褶皱波纹管同心设置的贴靠在制动支柱上的次级密封件,所述盘式制动器的特征在于,所述次级密封件滑动地贴靠在制动支柱上,所述次级密封件受弹簧加载地贴靠在封闭盖上。
通过按照本发明次级密封件滑动地贴靠在制动支柱上,针对现有技术描述的挠曲不再出现,这一方面明显使次级密封件的载荷最小化,另一方面允许明显更简单地制造次级密封件,之所以如此,特别是因为可以放弃所描述的补偿褶皱部。
在此,次级密封件由刚性的支架元件构成,例如由通过简单成型而制成的金属板部件构成,在该支架元件中在相应的部位处嵌入密封材料。
该密封材料即使以小的数量也已经满足其功能,由此如同支架元件的描述的简单生产那样降低制造成本。可想到,使用商业上常见的标准的O形圈作为密封材料,该O形圈贴靠在制动支柱上。
根据本发明的另一构思,次级密封件受弹簧加载地保持在封闭板上。为此例如可以设有螺旋弹簧,该螺旋弹簧包围制动支柱,并且以一个端侧贴靠在次级密封件上,更具体地贴靠在支架元件上,而以其另一端侧贴靠在与制动支柱连接的构件上。
除了用于次级密封件的压紧功能之外,该压力弹簧还可以用于在制动中断时使制动支柱回位,当制动衬片沿轴向固定地与制动支柱相连接时,有时可能也可用于使连接的该制动衬片返回。
虽然在这里在褶皱波纹管和次级密封件之间也形成内腔,但压力补偿通过支架元件间接地、亦即没有密封件地并且因而不是气密地贴靠在封闭盖上来实现。
优选地,所述次级密封件具有形状稳定的支架元件,在该支架元件上保持有一密封件,该密封件贴靠在制动支柱上。
优选地,所述支架元件构成为金属板成型件。
优选地,所述密封件注塑到支架元件上并且具有至少一个密封唇。

具体实施方式
在图1中可看到盘式制动器的示意图,该盘式制动器包括一个跨越制动盘2的构成为滑动钳的制动钳1,在该制动钳中设置有两个制动衬片3,这两个制动衬片在工作时、亦即在制动时能压靠到制动盘2上。

在次级密封件15的在图3和4中所示的实例中,密封件20注塑到构成为金属板成型件的支架元件19上并且设有多个接触套筒7的在周向的密封唇。但也可想到,密封件装备有仅仅一个密封唇。
如可看到的那样,与整个次级密封件15的材料量相比,密封件20的材料量小,由此相对于根据现有技术的整体由密封材料制成的次级密封件明显节省成本。
Claims (8)
1.盘式制动器,包括一个制动钳(1),在该制动钳中设置有两个在工作中能压靠到一个制动盘(2)上的制动衬片(3),这两个制动衬片中的一个作用侧的制动衬片能经由至少一个制动支柱(4)借助压紧装置(8)被操纵,制动支柱(4)穿过封闭盖(12)的开口,该封闭盖封闭制动钳(1)的容纳腔,其中,为了密封容纳腔,褶皱波纹管(14)贴靠在制动支柱(4)上并且在另一侧贴靠在封闭盖(8)上,在该封闭盖上还保持有相对于褶皱波纹管(14)同心设置的贴靠在制动支柱(4)上的次级密封件(15),其特征在于,所述次级密封件(15)滑动地贴靠在制动支柱(4)上,所述次级密封件(15)受弹簧加载地贴靠在封闭盖(12)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述次级密封件(12)贴靠在封闭盖(12)的与褶皱波纹管(14)相反的一侧上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,在所述次级密封件(15)上支撑有压力弹簧(17),该压力弹簧在另一侧贴靠在与制动支柱(4)连接的部件上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述次级密封件(15)具有形状稳定的支架元件(19),在该支架元件上保持有一密封件(20),该密封件贴靠在制动支柱(4)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述支架元件(19)构成为金属板成型件。
6.根据权利要求4所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述密封件(20)注塑到支架元件(19)上并且具有至少一个密封唇。
7.根据权利要求4所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述密封件(20)由O形圈构成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述O形圈形锁合和/或摩擦锁合地保持在支架元件(19)的容纳部中。
