Abstract

1. Дисковый тормозной механизм, с суппортом тормозного механизма (1), содержащий выполненные с возможностью прижатия при торможении к тормозному диску (2) две тормозные колодки (3), из которых одна с активной стороны выполнена с возможностью приведения в действие, по меньшей мере, через одну стойку регулятора давления тормозов (4) с помощью прижимного устройства (8), при этом стойка регулятора давления тормозов (4) направляется через отверстие запорной крышки (12), которая закрывает приемное пространство суппорта тормозного механизма (1), причем для уплотнения приемного пространства гофрированный кожух (14) прилегает к стойке регулятора давления тормозов (4), а с другой стороны - к запорной крышке (8), на которой, кроме того, удерживается вторичное уплотнение (15), прилегающее к стойке регулятора давления тормозов (4) и расположенное концентрично относительно гофрированного кожуха (14), отличающийся тем, что вторичное уплотнение (15) прилегает к стойке регулятора давления тормозов (4) с возможностью скольжения.2. Дисковый тормозной механизм по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что вторичное уплотнение (15) прилегает к запорной крышке (12) с помощью пружины.3. Дисковый тормозной механизм по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что вторичное уплотнение (15) прилегает к запорной крышке (12) со стороны, противоположной гофрированному кожуху (14).4. Дисковый тормозной механизм по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что на вторичное уплотнение (15) опирается пружина сжатия (17), которая с другой стороны прилегает к детали, соединенной со стойкой регулятора давления тормозов (4).5. Дисковый тормозной механизм по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что вторичное уплотнение (15) имеет недеформируемый несущий элемент (19), на котором удерживается уплотнение (20),

Claims (9)

1. Дисковый тормозной механизм, с суппортом тормозного механизма (1), содержащий выполненные с возможностью прижатия при торможении к тормозному диску (2) две тормозные колодки (3), из которых одна с активной стороны выполнена с возможностью приведения в действие, по меньшей мере, через одну стойку регулятора давления тормозов (4) с помощью прижимного устройства (8), при этом стойка регулятора давления тормозов (4) направляется через отверстие запорной крышки (12), которая закрывает приемное пространство суппорта тормозного механизма (1), причем для уплотнения приемного пространства гофрированный кожух (14) прилегает к стойке регулятора давления тормозов (4), а с другой стороны - к запорной крышке (8), на которой, кроме того, удерживается вторичное уплотнение (15), прилегающее к стойке регулятора давления тормозов (4) и расположенное концентрично относительно гофрированного кожуха (14), отличающийся тем, что вторичное уплотнение (15) прилегает к стойке регулятора давления тормозов (4) с возможностью скольжения.
2. Дисковый тормозной механизм по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что вторичное уплотнение (15) прилегает к запорной крышке (12) с помощью пружины.
3. Дисковый тормозной механизм по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что вторичное уплотнение (15) прилегает к запорной крышке (12) со стороны, противоположной гофрированному кожуху (14).
4. Дисковый тормозной механизм по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что на вторичное уплотнение (15) опирается пружина сжатия (17), которая с другой стороны прилегает к детали, соединенной со стойкой регулятора давления тормозов (4).
5. Дисковый тормозной механизм по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что вторичное уплотнение (15) имеет недеформируемый несущий элемент (19), на котором удерживается уплотнение (20), которое прилегает к стойке регулятора давления тормозов (4).
6. Дисковый тормозной механизм по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, несущий элемент (19) выполнен в виде фасонной детали из листового металла.
7. Дисковый тормозной механизм по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что уплотнение (20) нанесено методом напыления на несущий элемент (19) и имеет, по меньшей мере, одну рабочую кромку.
8. Дисковый тормозной механизм по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что уплотнение (20) состоит из уплотнительного кольца круглого сечения.
9. Дисковый тормозной механизм по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что уплотнительное кольцо круглого сечения удерживается в зажимном устройстве несущего элемента (19) с геометрическим замыканием и/или посредством трения.
