Abstract

一种防水连接装置,涉及一种防水连接件,需要连接的两根线缆分别通过穿线冒(4)连接,外置锁紧器(3)和内置锁紧器(5)对线缆起到卡紧的作用,橡胶防水圈(6)可以防止水通过穿线冒(4)流到主体(1)内,使用常规方法连接好的线缆接头置于主体(1)连接管内,在组件连接前向主体(1)连接管内注入防水玻璃胶,完成全过程且保证线缆在水下连接依然安全。本发明适用于游泳池、水景池、景观照明等,通过添加本发明所述装置后,可以解决常规防水线缆接头由于人为原因以及检修不到位可能出现的安全隐患等问题。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种防水连接装置,尤其是涉及一种水下电缆防水连接装置。
背景技术
随着人们对景观效果要求的不断提高,五花八门灯具的应运而生,尤其是水下景观灯和埋地灯深得建设方及群众的喜爱。但是,这些灯具的施工一般都是采用两步施工,第一步是线管及线缆的预埋,第二步是水下灯具与预埋线缆的连接,接头的处理常规都是采用防水包布包裹,不采用其他的防范措施,造成了安全隐患,所以接头的防水处理非常重要。
发明内容
为了克服技术背景中的不足和缺陷,本发明专利公开了一种防水连接装置,本发明专利所述的防水连接装置,是在常规防水接头的做法外面设置了一个刚性防水外壳,彻底杜绝了水下线缆连接安装的安全隐患。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明专利采用如下技术方案。
1、一种防水连接装置,包括主体、外置锁紧器、穿线冒、内置锁紧器、橡胶防水圈,需要连接的两根线缆分别通过穿线冒连接,外置锁紧器和内置锁紧器对线缆起到卡紧的作用,橡胶防水圈可以防止水通过穿线冒流到主体内,使用常规方法连接好的线缆接头置于主体连接管内,在组件连接前向主体连接管内注入防水玻璃胶,完成全过程且保证线缆在水下连接依然安全。
2、所述主体上的内置锁紧器,设计了柔性保护功能,防止线缆外皮损坏造成漏电。
3、所述主体上穿线冒与外置锁紧器采用丝扣连接。
4、所述主体上密封连接件与主体连接管采用承插连接。
5、所述主体连接管内注入防水玻璃胶,其防水严密性好,可以保证接口的接触不到水,主体连接管又可以起到刚性防护作用。

结合附图1、2中所述的防水连接装置,主体1、外置锁紧器3、穿线冒4、内置锁紧器5、橡胶防水圈6,需要连接的两根线缆分别通过穿线冒,穿线冒与外置锁紧器采用丝扣连接,外置锁紧器和内置锁紧器对线缆起到卡紧的作用,内置锁紧器,设计了柔性保护功能,防止线缆外皮损坏造成漏电,橡胶防水圈可以防止水通过穿线冒流到主体内,使用常规方法连接好的线缆接头置于主体连接管内,在组件连接前向主体连接管内注入防水玻璃胶,主体上密封连接件与主体连接管采用承插连接,完成全过程且保证线缆在水下连接依然安全。综上所述,就形成了防水连接装置。
实施本发明专利所述的防水连接装置,只需要安装常规做法预埋线缆及线管即可。
本发明专利适用于游泳池、水景池、景观照明等,通过添加本发明专利所述装置后,可以解决常规防水线缆接头由于人为原因以及检修不到位可能出现的安全隐患等问题。

1.一种防水连接装置,包括主体(1)、外置锁紧器(3)、穿线冒(4)、内置锁紧器(5)、橡胶防水圈(6),其特征在于:需要连接的两根线缆分别通过穿线冒(4)连接,外置锁紧器(3)和内置锁紧器(5)对线缆起到卡紧的作用,橡胶防水圈(6)可以防止水通过穿线冒(4)流到主体(1)内,使用常规方法连接好的线缆接头置于主体(1)连接管内,在组件连接前向主体(1)连接管内注入防水玻璃胶,完成全过程且保证线缆在水下连接依然安全。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水连接装置,其特征在于:所述主体(1)上的内置锁紧器(5),设计了柔性保护功能,防止线缆外皮损坏造成漏电。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水连接装置,其特征在于:所述主体(1)上穿线冒(4)与外置锁紧器(3)采用丝扣连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水连接装置,其特征在于:所述主体(1)上密封连接件与主体(1)连接管采用承插连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防水连接装置,其特征在于:所述主体(1)连接管内注入防水玻璃胶,其防水严密性好,可以保证接口的接触不到水,主体(1)连接管又可以起到刚性防护作用。
