Abstract
烧结机点火炉，涉及一种点火炉。包括炉膛，炉膛的顶部设置有通向炉膛内的烧嘴，其特征在于：所述炉膛内的左右侧壁、炉膛的顶部以及炉膛内的烧嘴之间分别设置有保温层。本发明在炉膛内的左右侧壁、炉膛的顶部以及炉膛内的烧嘴之间均设置有保温层，使台车中混合料通过烧嘴的点火后，继续对点燃后的混合料进行保温，提高了煤气利用率和烧结矿质量，起到了高效节能的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种点火炉，具体为一种烧结机点火炉。
背景技术
在烧结矿生产中，点火炉是点燃烧结机上烧结混合料的设备，它的性能直接影响烧结质量；现有技术中的烧结机点火炉性能差，点火面不均匀且无保温段或保温段太短，影响下一步的节能和烧结质量，在使用过程中，点火炉需要通过合理的烧嘴配置、合适炉膛尺寸选择以及良好的保温效果才能保证点火的时间和烧结质量的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种煤气利用率和烧结质量较高的烧结机点火炉。
实现上述目的的技术方案是：烧结机点火炉，包括炉膛，炉膛的顶部设置有通向炉膛内的烧嘴，其特征在于：所述炉膛内的左右侧壁、炉膛的顶部以及炉膛内的烧嘴之间分别设置有保温层。
本发明在炉膛内的左右侧壁、炉膛的顶部以及炉膛内的烧嘴之间均设置有保温层，使台车中混合料通过烧嘴的点火后，继续对点燃后的混合料进行保温，提高了煤气利用率和烧结矿质量，起到了高效节能的作用。
