技术领域
本发明属于矿用机械技术领域,涉及一种减震支架,具体涉及一种给料装置用减震支架。
背景技术
在工矿企业中,悬挂式振动给料装置通常由钢丝绳和固定接头安装在工作地点的顶棚上。当振动给料装置开始工作时,经过调整的上激振器和下激振器同时开始振动,从而使其沿着激振力方向做椭圆往复运动,完成给料及传输等工作。但是在实际工作过程中,该振动给料装置经常出现一下问题:1、激振器一端固定钢丝绳经常断裂;2、激振器一端固定接头经常松动脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种给料装置用减震支架,其使用寿命长,适用范围广,设计合理,结构简单,生产成本低,便于推广使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种给料装置用减震支架,包括具有承载作用的横梁以及用于支撑所述横梁的左立柱和右立柱,其特征在于:所述横梁两端下侧分别固定安装有所述左立柱和所述右立柱,所述左立柱下端固定安装在左安装座上侧,所述左安装座底部固定安装在左基块上侧,所述右立柱下端固定安装在右安装座上侧,所述右安装座底部固定安装在右基块上侧,所述横梁下侧通过左拉杆和右拉杆固定安装有用于支撑悬挂式振动给料机的支梁,所述支梁上侧固定安装有多个具有减震功能的弹性装置。

本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
(1)该给料装置用减震支架的支梁上侧固定安装有多个具有减震功能的弹性装置,弹性装置可以大大抵消激振器产生的激振力对整个支架的影响,从而延长该支架的使用寿命。
(2)该给料装置用减震支架不仅适用于振动给料装置,还适用于其它具有振动激振力的机械设备,如振动筛等,因而其适用范围非常广泛。
(3)该给料装置用减震支架设计非常合理,结构简单实用。
(4)该给料装置用减震支架很多部件都非常便于生产、购买,因而其生产成本很低,便于推广使用。

如图1所示的一种给料装置用减震支架,包括具有承载作用的横梁6以及用于支撑所述横梁6的左立柱3和右立柱9,所述横梁6两端下侧分别固定安装有所述左立柱3和所述右立柱9,所述左立柱3下端固定安装在左安装座2上侧,所述左安装座2底部固定安装在左基块1上侧,所述右立柱9下端固定安装在右安装座10上侧,所述右安装座10底部固定安装在右基块11上侧,所述横梁6下侧通过左拉杆4和右拉杆8固定安装有用于支撑悬挂式振动给料机的支梁7,所述支梁7上侧固定安装有两个具有减震功能的弹性装置5,所述弹性装置5为弹簧或橡胶块。
如图1所示,所述横梁6为工字钢梁,工字钢梁抗弯能力强,与一般型钢相比,成本低,精度高,残余应力小,无需昂贵的焊接材料和焊缝检测,节约制作成本30%左右。
本发明给料装置用减震支架的工作过程是:首先将该给料装置用减震支架固定在工作位置,将振动给料装置无激振器一端通过钢丝绳和固定接头固定安装在工作地点的顶棚上,将振动给料装置有激振器一端放置在支梁7上侧的弹性装置5上。在振动给料装置工作时,弹性装置5可以大大抵消激振器产生的激振力,从而大大提高振动给料装置的实用寿命,提高工矿企业的生产效率。
