Abstract

一种分层工艺管柱。为了克服现有层间干扰严重油井使得采油生产不能顺利进行,现有分采技术不能满足开采需要的不足,本发明封隔器Ⅰ、安全接头Ⅰ、筛管Ⅰ、密封工作筒Ⅰ、安全接头Ⅱ、封隔器Ⅱ、安全接头Ⅲ、密封工作筒Ⅱ、筛管Ⅱ、丝堵由上至下通过油管依次固定连接;封隔器Ⅰ位于上油层的上方,封隔器Ⅱ位于上油层和下油层之间;筛管Ⅰ位于上油层,筛管Ⅱ位于下油层;密封工作筒Ⅰ、密封工作筒Ⅱ的内径小于油管内径。其有益效果是结构设计合理,配合不同形式的举升管柱,能够避免层间干扰,有效提高单井产量及生产时效。

分层工艺管柱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种原油生产采油管柱,尤其是涉及一种分层工艺管柱。
背景技术
油田地质结构复杂,多数区块存在油井生产井段长、层系多、储层变异系数高、综合含水高等问题,使得层间干扰严重,原油开采难度大,导致采油生产不能顺利进行。目前迫切需要一种能够有效动用各油层,且既能避免层间干扰,充分挖掘油井产能,提高油井产量,提高开发时效的工艺技术。
发明内容
为了克服现有层间干扰严重油井的采油生产不能顺利进行,现有分采技术不能满足开采需要的不足,本发明提供一种分层工艺管柱。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:分层工艺管柱,包括封隔器、安全接头、筛管、丝堵、油管,封隔器Ⅰ、安全接头Ⅰ、筛管Ⅰ、密封工作筒Ⅰ、安全接头Ⅱ、封隔器Ⅱ、安全接头Ⅲ、密封工作筒Ⅱ、筛管Ⅱ、丝堵由上至下通过油管依次固定连接;封隔器Ⅰ位于上油层的上方,封隔器Ⅱ位于上油层和下油层之间;筛管Ⅰ位于上油层,筛管Ⅱ位于下油层;密封工作筒Ⅰ、密封工作筒Ⅱ的内径小于油管内径。
本发明的有益效果是,结构设计合理,配合不同形式的举升管柱,可避免层间干扰,有效提高单井产量及生产时效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。但是,本领域技术人员应该知晓的是,本发明不限于所列出的具体实施方式,只要符合本发明的精神,都应该包括于本发明的保护范围内。
参见附图1。本发明分层工艺管柱,包括封隔器、安全接头、筛管、丝堵、油管,封隔器Ⅰ1、安全接头Ⅰ2、筛管Ⅰ3、密封工作筒Ⅰ4、安全接头Ⅱ5、封隔器Ⅱ6、安全接头Ⅲ7、密封工作筒Ⅱ8、筛管Ⅱ9、丝堵10由上至下通过油管依次固定连接。封隔器Ⅰ1位于上油层11的上方,封隔器Ⅱ6位于上油层11和下油层12之间,2个封隔器将上下2个油层隔离。筛管Ⅰ3位于上油层11,筛管Ⅱ9位于下油层12,筛管能够阻止油层出砂进入采油泵内,防止将采油泵堵塞。密封工作筒Ⅰ4、密封工作筒Ⅱ8的内径小于油管内径以及管柱其它部件的内径。
应用本发明分层工艺管柱,首先根据工艺设计将分层工艺管柱组装完毕,由输送管柱将管柱下入预定井深,通过专用座封配套工具将封隔器Ⅰ1、封隔器Ⅱ6座封;打压使输送管柱与分层管柱脱离,提出输送管柱。
然后,根据井况及采油工艺设计要求,将相应的举升管柱下入分层工艺管柱内,即可进行分层分采、分层同采生产作业。
在生产过程中,当上油层11出砂严重导致筛管Ⅰ3砂埋无法上提管柱时,可通过安全接头Ⅰ2断开管柱,对筛管Ⅰ3实施套铣,然后打捞管柱,实现解卡。当下油层12出砂严重导致筛管Ⅱ9砂埋无法上提管柱时,可通过安全接头Ⅲ7断开管柱,对筛管Ⅱ9实施套铣,然后打捞管柱,实现解卡。本发明分层工艺管柱针对油层层间干扰影响产量的问题,既能避免层间干扰又能防止砂卡管柱,实现提高出砂油井的单井产量及生产时效的目的。
应该注意的是上述实施例是示例而非限制本发明,本领域技术人员将能够设计很多替代实施例而不脱离本专利的权利要求范围。

1.一种分层工艺管柱,包括封隔器、安全接头、筛管、丝堵、油管,其特征是:封隔器Ⅰ(1)、安全接头Ⅰ(2)、筛管Ⅰ(3)、密封工作筒Ⅰ(4)、安全接头Ⅱ(5)、封隔器Ⅱ(6)、安全接头Ⅲ(7)、密封工作筒Ⅱ(8)、筛管Ⅱ(9)、丝堵(10)由上至下通过油管依次固定连接;封隔器Ⅰ(1)位于上油层(11)的上方,封隔器Ⅱ(6)位于上油层(11)和下油层(12)之间;筛管Ⅰ(3)位于上油层(11),筛管Ⅱ(9)位于下油层(12);所述密封工作筒Ⅰ(4)、密封工作筒Ⅱ(8)的内径小于油管内径。
