本发明公开了一种PC抗静电色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体树脂15%~50%、抗静电剂25%~50%、增塑剂3%~8%、钛白粉3%~8%、分散剂2%~5%。本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明制得的一种PC抗静电色母粒应用于PC改性时,其具有抗静电效果好(添加3%~5%可使制品的表面电阻下降至108~1010Ω)、且高效、持久和耐水洗性强等优点。

一种PC抗静电色母粒
技术领域
本发明涉及一种母粒,具体地说是一种PC抗静电色母粒。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯(PC)作为综合性能优异、用途极为广泛的重要工程塑料品种,广泛用于汽车、电子电气、建筑材料、机械零件、办公自动化设备、包装业、运动器械、医疗、保健、光盘和家庭用品等领域。PC塑料因其本身体积电阻大,极易产生静电而粘吸灰尘,严重时会造成重大灾难。通常,防止聚合物表面产生静电的方法有空气离子化、金属接触放电、导电物质导入、表面形成吸湿膜以及应用抗静电剂等。目前应用最多的抗静电PC主要是添加低分子量的抗静电剂,依靠分子物析出至材料表面形成亲水层而产生抗静电效果,但缺点在于抗静电时间短,不耐水洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电性能持久、使用方便和分散性良好的PC抗静电色母粒。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种PC抗静电色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体树脂15%~50%、抗静电剂25%~50%、增塑剂3%~8%、钛白粉3%~8%、分散剂2%~5%。
所述的载体树脂为双酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯(PC)。
所述的抗静电剂为高分子永久性抗静电剂,优选聚环氧乙烷(PEO)、聚醚酯酰胺(PEEA)、聚醚酯酰亚胺(PEAI)中的一种。
所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)。
所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
所述的分散剂为EVA蜡、OP蜡、TAS-2A、PETS、EBS中的一种。
上述的一种PC抗静电色母粒的制备方法为:按重量配比称取各组分,并分别加入高速混合中,搅拌5~25分钟,使充分混合和均匀分散后,出料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在210℃~260℃下经熔融混炼挤出、冷却造粒,并干燥后包装,即得本发明的一种PC抗静电色母粒。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明制得的一种PC抗静电色母粒应用于PC改性时,其具有抗静电效果好(添加3%~5%可使制品的表面电阻下降至108~1010Ω)、且高效、持久和耐水洗性强等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种PC抗静电色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:双酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯(PC)45%、聚环氧乙烷(PEO)40%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)6%、金红石型钛白粉6%、TAS-2A 3%。
制备方法:按重量配比称取各组分,并分别加入高速混合中,搅拌5~25分钟,使充分混合和均匀分散后,出料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在210℃~260℃下经熔融混炼挤出、冷却造粒,并干燥后包装,即得本发明的一种PC抗静电色母粒。
实施例2:
一种PC抗静电色母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:双酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯(PC)35%、聚醚酯酰胺(PEEA)50%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)5%、金红石型钛白粉5%、PETS 5%。
制备方法:按重量配比称取各组分,并分别加入高速混合中,搅拌5~25分钟,使充分混合和均匀分散后,出料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在210℃~260℃下经熔融混炼挤出、冷却造粒,并干燥后包装,即得本发明的一种PC抗静电色母粒。

1.一种PC抗静电色母粒,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:载体树脂15%~50%、抗静电剂25%~50%、增塑剂3%~8%、钛白粉3%~8%、分散剂2%~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC抗静电色母粒,其特征在于,所述的载体树脂为双酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯(PC)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC抗静电色母粒,其特征在于,所述的抗静电剂为高分子永久性抗静电剂,优选聚环氧乙烷(PEO)、聚醚酯酰胺(PEEA)、聚醚酯酰亚胺(PEAI)中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC抗静电色母粒,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC抗静电色母粒,其特征在于,所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC抗静电色母粒,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为EVA蜡、OP蜡、TAS-2A、PETS、EBS中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC抗静电色母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按重量配比称取各组分,并分别加入高速混合中,搅拌5~25分钟,使充分混合和均匀分散后,出料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在210℃~260℃下经熔融混炼挤出、冷却造粒,并干燥后包装,即得本发明的一种PC抗静电色母粒。
