Abstract
本发明提出了一种检测和移除适用于制造航空器元件的辅助材料的方法,所述方法包括:提供具有至少一种检测标签的辅助材料;在所述元件制造完成后用适于检测所述检测标签的标签检测器扫描所述元件;通过由所述标签检测器发射的警告信号检测辅助材料;以及从所述元件中移除所述辅助材料。本发明还提供了适用于制造包括检测标签的航空器元件的辅助材料。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于航空器结构的领域并且涉及检测和移除适用于制造航空器元件的辅助材料的方法。
背景技术
航空器一些元件的制造工艺的某些步骤需要使用辅助材料,例如用于在处理和制造航空器元件期间覆盖航空器部件如机翼的保护性塑料薄片(foil)或膜。在将航空器元件的特定部分装配到符合航空器元件的结构的其余部分前,必须移除辅助材料。否则,侵入材料将保留在航空器元件的最终构造内部,从而导致在将这些航空器元件附接到其他元件上时出现可能的结构行为问题,原因是辅助材料与其所覆盖的航空器元件的材料并不以相同方式运行。还可能存在其他问题,如导电不连续性或者航空器元件与辅助材料之间热膨胀的差异,以及制孔时的不同行为,导致辅助材料剩余部分侵入到不同航空器元件的接合装置中。在这些情况下,应移除所述辅助材料,但是因为其与航空器元件以某种方式一起加工,所述移除将涉及大修。
航空器元件一旦完成,移除辅助材料以纠正错误就是复杂的,并因此是昂贵的。这种缺陷的修复涉及耗费许多时间和资源。
迄今为止,还没有避免来自辅助材料或膜的材料(FOD)侵入的稳健方法,也没有帮助避免所述问题的技术。
发明内容
有利地,本发明通过提供根据如下1的方法、根据如下7的制造航空器机翼的方法以及根据如下8的辅助材料克服了上述问题。以下还限定了本发明的优选实施方案。
1.一种检测和移除适用于制造航空器元件的辅助材料的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
-提供具有至少一种检测标签的辅助材料,
-用所述辅助材料覆盖至少部分的所述航空器元件,
-在所述元件制造完成后,用适于检测所述检测标签的标签检测器扫描所述元件,
-通过由所述标签检测器发射的警告信号检测所述辅助材料,
-从所述元件中移除所述辅助材料。
2.根据1所述的方法,还包括在提供所述辅助材料前,将检测标签放置在所述辅助材料上的步骤。
3.根据前述1至2中任一项所述的方法,其中所述元件是加强件。
4.根据3所述的方法,其中所述加强件是桁条或翼梁或翼肋或框架。
5.根据前述1至4中任一项所述的方法,其中所述标签是磁标签或声磁标签。
6.根据前述1至5中任一项所述的方法,其中由所述标签检测器发射的所述警告信号是声信号和/或视觉信号。
7.一种制造航空器机翼的方法,包括制造至少航空器元件的步骤,其中所述制造所述元件的步骤包括根据前述1至6中任一项所述的检测和移除辅助材料的方法。
8.一种适用于在航空器部件处理或制造期间覆盖所述航空器部件的辅助材料,所述辅助材料包括检测标签以使得通过用标签检测器扫描能够检测所述辅助材料的存在。
9.根据8所述的辅助材料,其中所述辅助材料是塑料膜。
10.根据8或9中任一项所述的辅助材料,其中所述检测标签是磁标签或声磁标签。
在第一个创造性方面中,本发明涉及一种检测和移除适用于制造航空器元件的辅助材料的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-向所述辅助材料提供至少一种检测标签,
-在所述元件制造完成后,用适于检测所述检测标签的标签检测器扫描所述元件,
-通过由所述标签检测器发射的警告信号检测所述辅助材料,
-从所述元件中移除所述辅助材料。
通过本发明的方法,在到达制造工艺的下一个步骤前,可通过由检测器发射的警告信号容易地检测出辅助材料的存在,从而以简单且成本效率的方式防止在所述工艺后续步骤中辅助材料的存在。
在一个优选实施方案中,元件是航空器加强件(reinforcement)。在一个优选实施方案中,其是桁条或翼肋(rib)或翼梁(spar)。
在一个优选实施方案中,标签是磁标签或声磁标签。有利地,声磁标签可容易地用于平坦表面上并且提供强且可靠的粘附。其还可耐受相当宽范围的温度(大约由-36℃到70℃)。
在一个优选实施方案中,由标签检测器发射的警告信号是声信号和/或视觉信号。
在第二个创造性方面中,本发明涉及一种制造航空器的方法,其包括制造至少航空器元件的步骤,其中制造所述航空器元件的步骤包括根据第一个创造性方面的检测和移除辅助材料的方法。
在第三个创造性方面中,本发明涉及适用于制造包括检测标签的航空器元件的辅助材料。
除了那些互相排斥的特征和/或步骤的组合之外,本说明书(包括权利要求书、说明书和附图)中描述的所有特征和/或所述方法的所有步骤可以以任意组合方式进行组合。
具体实施方式
在航空器元件制造工艺的某些步骤中,将辅助材料(如塑料膜形式的辅助材料)用于在处理和制造航空器元件期间覆盖航空器部件。例如,使用自动带分层技术(AutomaticTape Layer technology)制造机翼加强件。在机翼的制造工艺期间,放置辅助材料以覆盖机翼加强件,用于在所述机翼加强件的切割工艺期间保护所述机翼加强件。然后将所述加强件装配到形成机翼的剩余部件上。
许多航空器元件的制造工艺主要是手动的,如在机翼的情况下。因此,当不再需要此材料时,操作者必须深入地专注于控制辅助材料移除的工艺。
根据本发明,待在航空器机翼的制造工艺期间使用的辅助材料提供有至少一种检测标签。在制造机翼加强件如桁条或翼梁时,用适于检测所述检测标签的标签检测器对其进行扫描。如果所制造的加强件中存在辅助材料,通过由标签检测器发射的警告信号检测所述辅助材料。由检测器发射的警告信号优选是声信号和/或视觉信号,但是其他选择也是可能的。最后,在将加强件装配到航空器机翼的其他部件上前,从加强件中移除覆盖加强件的辅助材料。
由于覆盖加强件一部分的每种辅助材料都设置有检测标签,因此通过用标签检测器扫描而容易且快速地检测到所制造的加强件中辅助材料的存在,从而确保航空器机翼制造工艺的后期阶段中不存在辅助材料。
在一个优选实施方案中,检测标签是声磁标签。这些标签包括在由相应检测器引起的激发下自由机械振荡的至少两个金属条,所述检测器进而检测标签振动。
根据本发明,包括制造至少一个机翼加强件的步骤的制造航空器机翼的方法,包括向辅助材料提供至少一种检测标签以及用所述辅助材料覆盖至少部分的机翼加强件。在加强件制造完成后,用适于检测所述检测标签的标签检测器对其进行扫描。如果通过由标签检测器发射的警告信号检测到辅助材料,则在将加强件装配到机翼的其他部件上前,从加强件中移除辅助材料。
虽然所述实施例涉及机翼加强件,但是本发明的方法可应用于用于制造其中使用辅助材料的任何元件。
Claims (7)
1.一种检测和移除适用于制造航空器元件的辅助材料的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
-提供具有至少一种检测标签的辅助材料,
-用所述辅助材料覆盖至少部分的所述航空器元件,
-在所述元件制造完成后,用适于检测所述检测标签的标签检测器扫描所述元件,
-通过由所述标签检测器发射的警告信号检测所述辅助材料,
-从所述元件中移除所述辅助材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括在提供所述辅助材料前,将检测标签放置在所述辅助材料上的步骤。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述元件是加强件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述加强件是桁条或翼梁或翼肋或框架。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述标签是磁标签或声磁标签。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中由所述标签检测器发射的所述警告信号是声信号和/或视觉信号。
7.一种制造航空器机翼的方法,包括制造至少航空器元件的步骤,其中所述制造所述元件的步骤包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的检测和移除辅助材料的方法。
