本发明涉及一种治疗骨质增生的中药组合物及其制备方法，属生物医药领域。
二、背景技术
骨质增生症系中老年人的一种慢性疾病，严重地危害人们身体健康，其发病率为5.1％。本病多发生于中老年并绝经后妇女，50岁左右的人群中约有25％患有此疾，60岁左右占59.8％，70岁左右占100％，并有逐年增加之趋势。骨质增生又称为增生性骨关节炎、骨性关节炎(OA)、退变性关节病、老年性关节炎、肥大性关节炎，是由于构成关节的软骨、椎间盘、韧带等软组织变性、退化，关节边缘形成骨刺，滑膜肥厚等变化，而出现骨破坏，引起继发性的骨质增生，导致关节变形，当受到异常载荷时，引起关节疼痛，活动受限等症状的一种疾病。分原发性和继发性两种。常用腰部活动的重体力劳动者及运动员易患此病，最常见于膝、髋、腰椎、颈椎、肘等关节。
骨质增生属于无菌性炎症，所以一般的西医消炎药不起作用。手术创伤大，风险高，恢复期长，费用昂贵因而受到极大限制。中医药治疗骨质增生有一定优势。骨质增生症属中医的″痹证″范畴，亦称″骨痹″。中医认为本病与外伤、劳损、瘀血阻络、感受风寒湿邪、痰湿内阻、肝肾亏虚等有关。
肝肾亏虚：中医认为“肾主藏精，主骨生髓”，若肾精充足则机体强健，骨骼外形及内部结构正常，且可耐劳累及一般伤损。而“肝主藏血，主筋束骨利关节”，肝血充足则筋脉强劲，静可保护诸骨，充养骨髓；动则约束诸骨，免致过度活动，防止脱位。若肾精亏虚，肝血不足，则骨髓发育异常，更兼筋肉不坚，荣养乏源，既无力保护骨髓、充养骨髓，又不能约束诸骨，防止脱位。久之关节在反复的活动过程中，可渐渐地受到损害而过早过快地出现退。
外伤与劳损：一时性承受超强度的外力，包括扭、挫、撞、跌等，或长时间承受超强度的外力劳损，如特定状态下采取不正确姿式持续紧张地劳作等，都可造成关节的急性或慢性损伤，以发生在颈、腰段、脊柱及髋、膝、踝等负重关节较多。当这些外方作用于上述部位时，可引起受力最集中的关节局部发生气血逆乱，严重的导致筋损骨伤、血流不循常道而溢于脉外形成瘀血凝滞，导致关节骨骼结构受损，失去滋养，久之，退行性疾病便会出现。
外感风寒湿邪：感受风寒、着凉、久居潮湿之地、冒雨涉水等，外邪乘隙侵犯肌表经络，客于关节、筋骨，导致机体全部或某一局部性生气血运行阻滞，经脉痹阻，筋骨失养，渐成骨痹。
痰湿内阻：“肥人多痰湿”，故体胖之人易患本病。肥胖之体，多阳虚湿盛，湿聚成痰，随经脉流注于关节部位，又体胖之人可加重关节之负重。二者均可造成关节局部血运不畅，筋骨失养，久则成痹。
骨质增生症之病理特点乃“本虚标实”、“虚实夹杂”、“正虚邪实”之候。正(肾精骨髓)虚损匮乏于内，邪(风寒湿痰瘀)实鸱张戕残其中，是引起本病之主要病理关键。本发明在临床经验基础上，以活血化瘀、祛风散寒、通络止痛为法创立本方，适用于各种原因而致的骨质增生，以及肩周炎、乳腺炎、肌纤维炎、风湿、类风湿患者贴敷，临床使用收到良好效果。本发明采用纯中药配制而成，具有组方独特、疗效确切、安全、经济、方便、无明显毒副作用等特点。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种疗效确切、安全、经济、方便、无毒副作用的治疗骨质增生的中药组合物及其制备方法，适用于骨质增生，以及肩周炎、乳腺炎、肌纤维炎、风湿、类风湿患者外用贴敷。
本发明方案：一种治疗骨质增生的中药组合物是由A方和B方制备而成的膏剂，其特征在于A方是下述原料成分和重量配比组成：生马钱子30～80g、川草乌20～70g、生南星20～70g、生旱半夏20～70g、生甘遂10～50g、洋金花20～70g、土虫20～70g、生白芥子10～50g、冰片10～40g、樟脑20～70g、蜈蚣10～50g、全虫10～50g；B方是下述原料成分和重量配比组成：乌蛇30～80g、威灵仙60～120g、生麻黄30～80g、桂枝60～120g、鸡血藤60～120g、桃仁20～70g、红花20～70g、当归20～70g、川芎20～70g、姜黄20～70g、生地20～70g、羌活20～70g。
本发明A方最佳重量配比：生马钱子60g、川草乌50g、生南星50g、生旱半夏50g、生甘遂30g、洋金花50g、土虫50g、生白芥子30g、冰片20g、樟脑50g、蜈蚣30g、全虫30g；B方最佳重量配比：乌蛇60g、威灵仙90g、生麻黄60g、桂枝90g、鸡血藤90g、桃仁45g、红花45g、当归45g、川芎50g、姜黄50g、生地50g、羌活40g。
一种治疗骨质增生的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于首先按A方量称取以上各原料药，经烘干、粉碎，过90～120目筛，得药粉备用；再按B方量称取以上各原料药，水煎2～3次，每次1～3小时，合并药液，混合后过滤，以文火慢慢加热浓缩成流浸膏备用；称取膏药基质3000～5000g，以文火熔化后离火，冷却到约60～80度在不断搅拌下缓缓加入流浸膏，完全搅拌均匀后，继续以文火加热使水气去尽，再离火冷却到60～80度时入A方药粉搅拌均匀后即可进行摊膏即成。
本发明的优点在于组方独特、疗效确切、安全、经济、方便、无明显毒副作用，具有活血化瘀、祛风散寒、通络止痛之功效，适用于骨质增生，以及肩周炎、乳腺炎、肌纤维炎、风湿、类风湿患者外用贴敷。
本发明临床治疗230例骨质增生患者，收到良好效果。
1、一般资料：230例患者，其中，男性139例，女性91例，年龄45～75岁，平均60岁，病程0.5～9年。
2、诊断标准：根据国家中医药管理局1994年颁布的《中医病症诊断疗效标准》。①肢体关节疼痛、酸楚、麻木、重着、活动受限甚至僵硬。②X线摄片可见边缘有不同程度的骨质增生。
3、治疗方法：贴前先剪去膏药的四个角，揭去塑料布，用小火加热至软(一定要烤膏药的一面，不要烤布面，以便不使药油渗透到布外)，对转溜合，7天换一贴，趁热贴到病变局部即可，7天换一贴，3次一疗程，大多数一疗程即愈，顽固的病例2～3疗程。
4、疗效标准：根据国家中医药管理局1994年颁布的《中医病症诊断疗效标准》。①治愈：临床症状与体征均消失，恢复体力劳动。②好转：症状与体征明显减轻，或大部分症状和体征消失。③无效：症状与体征无变化。
5、治疗结果：治愈126例，占54.78％；好转93例，占40.43％；无效11例，占4.78％；总有效率95.21％。临床观察期间未见明显毒副作用。

四、具体实施方式
下面以具体实施例对本发明作详细说明：
实施例1：
按照下列配比称取原料：A方：生马钱子40g、川草乌30g、生南星30g、生旱半夏30g、生甘遂20g、洋金花30g、土虫30g、生白芥子20g、冰片20g、樟脑30g、蜈蚣20g、全虫20g；B方：乌蛇40g、威灵仙70g、生麻黄40g、桂枝70g、鸡血藤70g、桃仁30g、红花30g、当归30g、川芎30g、姜黄30g、生地30g、羌活30g。
制备方法：A方量称取以上各原料药，经烘干、粉碎，过100目筛，得药粉备用；再按B方量称取以上各原料药，水煎2次，每次2小时，合并药液，混合后过滤，以文火慢慢加热浓缩成流浸膏备用；称取膏药基质3500g，以文火熔化后离火，冷却到约75度在不断搅拌下缓缓加入流浸膏，完全搅拌均匀后，继续以文火加热使水气去尽，再离火冷却到75度时入A方药粉搅拌均匀后即可进行摊膏即成。
实施例2：
按照下列配比称取原料：A方：生马钱子70g、川草乌60g、生南星60g、生旱半夏60g、生甘遂40g、洋金花60g、土虫60g、生白芥子40g、冰片30g、樟脑60g、蜈蚣40g、全虫40g；B方：乌蛇70g、威灵仙110g、生麻黄70g、桂枝110g、鸡血藤110g、桃仁60g、红花60g、当归60g、川芎60g、姜黄60g、生地60g、羌活60g。
制备方法：首先按A方量称取以上各原料药，经烘干、粉碎，过100目筛，得药粉备用；再按B方量称取以上各原料药，水煎2次，每次2小时，合并药液，混合后过滤，以文火慢慢加热浓缩成流浸膏备用；称取膏药基质4500g，以文火熔化后离火，冷却到约70度在不断搅拌下缓缓加入流浸膏，完全搅拌均匀后，继续以文火加热使水气去尽，再离火冷却到70度时入A方药粉搅拌均匀后即可进行摊膏即成。
实施例3：
按照下列配比称取原料：A方：生马钱子60g、川草乌50g、生南星50g、生旱半夏50g、生甘遂30g、洋金花50g、土虫50g、生白芥子30g、冰片20g、樟脑50g、蜈蚣30g、全虫30g；B方：乌蛇60g、威灵仙90g、生麻黄60g、桂枝90g、鸡血藤90g、桃仁45g、红花45g、当归45g、川芎50g、姜黄50g、生地50g、羌活40g。

1.一种治疗骨质增生的中药组合物，其特征在于是下述A方和B方原料成分和重量配比制备而成的膏剂：A方：生马钱子30～80g、川草乌20～70g、生南星20～70g、生旱半夏20～70g、生甘遂10～50g、洋金花20～70g、土虫20～70g、生白芥子10～50g、冰片10～40g、樟脑20～70g、蜈蚣10～50g、全虫10～50g；B方：乌蛇30～80g、威灵仙60～120g、生麻黄30～80g、桂枝60～120g、鸡血藤60～120g、桃仁20～70g、红花20～70g、当归20～70g、川芎20～70g、姜黄20～70g、生地20～70g、羌活20～70g。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗骨质增生的中药组合物，其特征在于A方和B方原料成分和重量是：A方：生马钱子60g、川草乌50g、生南星50g、生旱半夏50g、生甘遂30g、洋金花50g、土虫50g、生白芥子30g、冰片20g、樟脑50g、蜈蚣30g、全虫30g；B方：乌蛇60g、威灵仙90g、生麻黄60g、桂枝90g、鸡血藤90g、桃仁45g、红花45g、当归45g、川芎50g、姜黄50g、生地50g、羌活40g。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗骨质增生的中药组合物，其特征在于制备方法：首先按A方量称取以上各原料药，经烘干、粉碎，过90～120目筛，得药粉备用；再按B方量称取以上各原料药，水煎2～3次，每次1～3小时，合并药液，混合后过滤，以文火慢慢加热浓缩成流浸膏备用；称取膏药基质3000～5000g，以文火熔化后离火，冷却到约60～80度在不断搅拌下缓缓加入流浸膏，完全搅拌均匀后，继续以文火加热使水气去尽，再离火冷却到60～80度时入A方药粉搅拌均匀后即可进行摊膏即成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗骨质增生的中药组合物在制备肩周炎、乳腺炎、肌纤维炎、风湿、类风湿药品中的应用。
