背景技术 夏季炎热，暑湿较重，出汗过多，复因贪凉淋雨，或夜卧当风，或恣食生冷，阳气多伤，极易出现亚健康状态，常表现为情绪低落、胸闷心悸、疲乏无力、腰背酸痛、易感外邪。

睡莲：莲叶，性味甘、寒，入脾、胃经，有清热解暑、平肝降脂之功，适用于暑热烦渴，口干引饮，小便短黄，头目眩晕，面色红赤，高血压、高血脂症。《本草纲目》言其“生发元气，散瘀血，消水肿”。《本草再新》言其“清凉解暑，止渴生津”。药理研究表明，本品含莲叶碱、莲碱、莲叶甙等。莲叶入食味清香，可口宜人，入药可理脾活血，祛暑解热，治疗暑天外感身痛及脾湿泻泄。
香薷：香薷味辛，性温，无毒。归肺、胃、脾经。有发汗解表，化湿和中，利水消肿之功。主治：发汗解暑，行水散湿，温胃调中。治夏月感寒饮冷，头痛发热，恶寒无汗，胸痞腹痛，呕吐腹泻，水肿，脚气。研究表明，香薷挥发油具有广谱抗菌和杀菌作用，并有直接抑制流感病毒的作用。海州香薷水煎剂1：20 浓度时对病毒ECHO11 株有抑制作用。抑菌作用：该品挥发油对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌作用。
白扁豆功效：白扁豆味甘，性微温，归脾经、胃经。有健脾化湿，利尿消肿，清肝明目等功效。治暑湿吐泻，夏日暑湿伤中，脾胃不和，易致吐泻，能健脾化湿以和中；治脾气虚证，白扁豆能补气以健脾，化湿以和中，性虽偏温，但无温燥助热伤津之弊，故可用于暑湿吐泻。《本草新编》：“味轻气薄，单用无功，必须同补气之药共用为佳”。
砂仁功效：味辛，性温。归脾经、胃经、肾经。有化湿开胃，温脾止泻，理气安胎之功。用于湿浊中阻，脘痞不饥，脾胃虚寒，呕吐泄泻，妊娠恶阻，胎动不安。《本草汇言》：温中和气之药也。若上焦之气梗逆而不下，下焦之气抑遏而不上，中焦之气凝聚而不舒，用砂仁治之，奏效最捷。然古方多用以安胎何也？盖气结则痛 ，气逆则胎动不安，此药辛香而散，温而不烈，利而不削，和而不争，通畅三焦，温行六腑，暖肺醒脾，养胃养肾，舒达肝胆不顺不平之气，所以善安胎也。
厚朴功效：对消化道作用厚朴碱在使离体兔十二指肠张力逐渐升高，至1.5ml时，肌张力逐渐抑制，频率减慢，至2.5ml时肠肌收缩活动完全停止。对胃粘膜溃疡呈显著抑制作用，其活性成分之一确定为和厚朴酚与厚朴酚。采用水浸刺激法造成大鼠的应激性急性胃溃疡，用胃内灌流法测定大鼠胃液分泌，测定在人工胃液灌流条件下应激负荷大鼠的胃出血，结果表明厚朴酚具有防止应激性胃功能障碍的作用。厚朴甲醇提取物和厚朴酚对体内二期致癌试验引起的小鼠皮肤肿瘤有明显的抑制作用。冰片基厚朴酚有抗变态反应作用。抗菌作用厚朴的乙和甲醇提取物对致龋菌变形链球菌有强抗菌作用，其抗菌活性成分确定为厚朴酚与和厚朴酚。
茯苓功效：茯苓味甘、淡、性平，具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神、败毒抗癌之功用。药性平和，利湿而不伤正气。可治小便不利、水肿胀满、痰饮咳逆、呕逆、恶阻、泄泻、遗精、淋浊、惊悸、健忘等症。现代医学研究表明，所含茯苓酸具有增强免疫力、抗肿瘤以及镇静、降血糖等的作用。可松弛消化道平滑肌，抑制胃酸分泌，防止肝细胞坏死，抗菌等功效。适量服食可作为春夏潮湿季节的调养佳品
白术功效：白术味苦，甘，性温，归脾，胃经。有补中益气，健脾和胃，燥湿利水；化痰，止汗；安胎；增食欲之功。白术含有挥发油、苍术醇、苍木酮以及对身体有补益作用的维生素A。《医学启源》言：“除湿益燥，和中益气，温中，去脾胃中湿，除胃热，强脾胃，进饮食，和胃，生津液，主肌热，四肢困倦，目不欲开，怠惰嗜卧，不思饮食，止渴，安胎。”
本发明产品的制备方法：
1)、选择优质的一定重量份睡莲，香薷，白扁豆，砂仁，厚朴，茯苓，白术按照配比称取，上述各原料，粉碎成细粉，过筛60目筛；
2)、粉碎、混匀的药粉需置干燥灭菌箱中干燥、灭菌，加500毫升滚开水浸泡10分钟，再以大火煎煮5分钟；
3)、每100ml药液加蜂蜜20g调均,静置，放凉后饮用即可。
本发明同已有的同类产品相比具有如下优点：
（1）具有健脾养胃，外解表寒，内化暑湿的功效，尤其适用于夏季贪凉、饮冷引起的感冒，空调病等无汗怕冷，肢体酸痛，舌苔厚腻，不思饮食的症状；
（2）遵循中医古法合理配伍，理论支持充足；
（3）纯正中草药制剂，无任何毒副作用；
（4）质量稳定，服用方便，便于携带；
（5）制备工艺简单，成本低。

Claims (2)
1.本发明涉及一种预防暑湿腹泻香薷饮，其特征在于具有如下的配方（组分及其重量百分比％）：睡莲15.0-20.0，香薷15.0-20.0，白扁豆30.0-35.0，砂仁10.0-15.0，厚朴15.0-20.0，茯苓5.0-10.0，白术10.0-15.0。
2.根据权利要求1所述预防暑湿腹泻香薷饮，其特征在于具有如下工艺：
1)、选择优质的一定重量份睡莲，香薷，白扁豆，砂仁，厚朴，茯苓，白术按照配比称取，上述各原料，粉碎成细粉，过筛60目筛；
2)、粉碎、混匀的药粉需置干燥灭菌箱中干燥、灭菌，加500毫升滚开水浸泡10分钟，再以大火煎煮5分钟；
3)、每100ml药液加蜂蜜20g调均,静置，放凉后饮用即可。
