Description

技术领域
本发明涉及假体踝关节部件,特别但不限于适用于全踝关节的假体踝关节部件。
背景技术
众所周知,用假体部件替换踝关节的病变或受伤的关节面。例如,假体可包括植入患者胫骨的胫骨部件和植入患者距骨的距骨部件。此外,在胫骨和距骨部件之间可提供轴承插入件。
所述插入件可相对于胫骨部件固定。该固定的插入件可包括用于与距骨部件上相应的关节面接触的关节面。可替代地,插入件相对于胫骨部件自由移动。该无约束的插入件可包括两个关节面,一个用于结合每个胫骨和距骨部件。结果,由于额外的自由度,该无约束的插入件可提供改进的关节。
然而,在使用过程中无约束移动轴承插入件存在可脱落的危险,由于这个原因,目前一个或多个监管部门不批准该无约束插入件,至少没有一个长期的批准过程。进一步地,由于插入件一旦安装不能自由移动,在手术中固的定插入件需要准确的定位。要求准确定位难以达到并且耗时,而随后矫正的是昂贵的。
还有一个问题,当进行踝关节替换手术时,外科医生可获得的进入是有限的。不同于膝关节,由于膝关节更大范围能为手术暴露更大的工作区域,而踝关节则为手术提供较小的进入区域。本发明也试图解决这个问题。
发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了第一假体踝关节部件,所述第一假体踝关节部件包括:
第一支承面,所述第一支承面用于接合,例如:滑动接合第二假体踝关节部件的第二支承面,例如,当在已安装结构中;以及

具体实施方式
参考图1至图4,假体踝关节装置包括第一假体踝关节部件10和第二假体踝关节部件20,所述第一假体踝关节部件10和所述第二假体踝关节部件20可植入到患者的踝关节。所述假体踝关节装置还包括第三假体踝关节部件30(在图3到图6中描述)。所述第一假体踝关节部件10可植入到患者的胫骨,从而可形成胫骨部件。所述第三假体踝关节部件30可植入到患者的距骨,从而可形成距骨部件。所述第二假体踝关节部件20可设置在所述第一踝关节部件10和另一个踝关节部件30之间。

如图3中所描述,在垂直于所述第一支承面12的平面上(且垂直于槽的长度),突起16的横截面形状在所述突起的末端更大,所述末端远离所述第一支承面。类似地,在垂直于第二支承面的平面22上,槽26的横截面形状在槽的末端的更大,所述槽的末端远离所述第二支承面22。因此,突起16和槽26可互锁。
举例来说,突起16和槽26可具有锥形横截面,例如,具有一个或多个倾斜侧壁。可替代地,所述突起16和槽26可具有T形或L形横截面。换句话说,所述突起16可包括颈部16a和头部16b。例如,在基本上为内侧-外侧的方向上,所述头部16b可比颈部16a宽。所述颈部16a可设置在第一支承面12和头部16b之间。相应地,所述头部16b可设置在突起16的顶部。

在一个替换的设备中(未示出),突起在槽中可形成紧密适配,例如,使得所述第一和第二假体踝关节部件之间不允许有相对旋转。
为了保证组装,在第二假体踝关节部件20的第一端壁28a上设有对应于槽26的开口27。第一端壁28a和形成的开口27可成角度或基本上垂直于所述第二支承面22和槽26。相应地,所述开口27可设置为用于在所述第一和第二假体踝关节部件10,20的组装过程中接收突起16,例如,如图2中所描述的。开口27可设置在第二假体踝关节部件20的后端。相反地,所述槽26可在相对开口27的槽的相反端封闭,例如,在槽的前端,从而限制轴承向后运动。
在踝关节替换手术期间,外科医生可能从前侧有限的通道进入踝关节。通过在第一端壁28a提供开口27,外科医生可容易地将所述第二假体踝关节部件20滑动在第一假体踝关节部件10上。
如图1,2和4所示,所述第一假体踝关节部件10还可包括唇部18。所述唇部18可设置在或朝向第一支承面的边缘,且所述唇部18可设置在假体踝关节的前端。所述唇部18可从所述第一支承面的边缘伸出,并提供邻接面19,第二假体踝关节部件20的边缘可邻接所述邻接面19。相应地,所述唇部18可设置为用于限制所述第一和第二假体踝关节部件10,20的滑动移动。所述第二假体踝关节部件20可包括凹痕29,其对应于和接纳唇部18和邻接面19。

应认识到,所述突起16,槽26和唇部18可防止所述第二假体踝关节部件20在使用过程中脱落。然而,所述第二假体踝关节部件20可随后从所述第一假体踝关节部件10处脱落,例如,由外科医生使用工具将第一和第二假体踝关节部件分开。
虽然在所示的实施例中,第一和第二假体踝关节部件10,20分别包括突起16和槽26,在替代的实施例(未示出)中,可以用相反的方式,使所述第一和第二假体踝关节部件分别包括槽和突起。同样地,所述唇部18可设置在第一或第二假体踝关节部件10,20上。在另一个替代的实施例中,所述第一假体踝关节部件10可植入距骨,而所述第三假体踝关节部件30可植入胫骨。

Claims (15)

1.第一假体踝关节部件,包括:
第一支承面,当第一和第二假体踝关节部件处于安装结构时,所述第一支承面被配置为与第二假体踝关节部件的第二支承面可滑动地接合;以及
从所述第一支承面突出的一个或多个突起,该一个或多个突起被配置为由设置在所述第二假体踝关节部件上的一个或多个相应接纳部分接纳,其中所述第二假体踝关节部件的所述接纳部分包括封闭端,其配置为限制在第一方向上的滑动移动;
其中,所述一个或多个突起进一步被配置为使得:当处于安装结构时,所述突起与所述接纳部分的相互作用允许所述第一和第二假体踝关节部件在由所述第一和第二支承面之间的界面所限定的界面平面上相对于彼此平移滑动,并且,所述突起还被配置为限制所述第一和第二假体踝关节部件在具有垂直于所述界面平面的分量的方向上的彼此远离移动;和

10.根据权利要求9所述的第一假体踝关节部件,其特征在于,所述突起和/或接纳部分被配置为使得所述第一和第二假体踝关节部件之间的相对旋转量是有限的。
11.根据权利要求1所述的第一假体踝关节部件,其特征在于,所述第一或第二假体踝关节部件的其中之一包括另一支承面,所述另一支承面用于接合第三假体踝关节部件。
12.根据权利要求11所述的第一假体踝关节部件,其特征在于,所述第一或第二假体踝关节部件中的其中一个为轴承插入件,所述轴承插入件设置在所述第一或第二假体踝关节部件中的其中另一个与所述第三假体踝关节部件之间。
13.根据权利要求11所述的第一假体踝关节部件,其特征在于,所述另一支承面设置在所述第一或第二假体踝关节部件的、与相应的第一或第二支承面相对的表面上,所述另一支承面延伸跨越位于相对支承面上的相应突起或接纳部分。
14.根据权利要求11所述的第一假体踝关节部件,其特征在于,所述第一或第二假体踝关节部件中的其中另一个用于与患者的胫骨连接,且所述第三假体踝关节部件与所述患者的距骨连接。
15.一种假体踝关节装置,其包括
第一假体踝关节部件,其具有第一支承面;和
第二假体踝关节部件,其具有第二支承面;
其中,当所述第一和第二假体踝关节部件处于安装结构时,所述第一支承面被配置为与第二假体踝关节部件的第二支承面滑动地接合;和
从所述第一支承面突出的一个或多个突起,该一个或多个突起被配置为由设置在所述第二假体踝关节部件上的一个或多个相应接纳部分接纳,其中所述第二假体踝关节部件的所述接纳部分包括封闭端,其配置为限制在第一方向上的滑动移动;
其中,所述一个或多个突起进一步被配置为使得:当处于安装结构时,所述突起与所述接纳部分的相互作用允许所述第一和第二假体踝关节部件在由所述第一和第二支承面之间的界面所限定的界面平面上相对于彼此平移滑动,并且,所述突起还被配置为限制所述第一和第二假体踝关节部件在具有垂直于所述界面平面的分量的方向上的彼此远离移动;和
其中,所述第一假体踝关节部件进一步包括唇部,该唇部设置在所述第一支承面的边缘或朝向所述第一支承面设置,所述唇部配置为限制所述第一和第二假体踝关节部件在第二方向上的滑动移动。
