本发明公开了一种自弹式Micro-SIM卡座,其包括一底座和一外壳,所述底座和所述外壳之间设有一自弹式退卡机构和一容纳Micro-SIM卡的容纳腔,所述自弹式退卡机构和所述容纳腔相邻接,所述自弹式退卡机构包括一滑块,所述滑块设有一斜边部,所述斜边部的底部设有一横向分布的挡墙部;所述挡墙部靠近所述底座的端部;所述底座设有多个弹片,所述弹片的端部为圆弧形凸起,所述圆弧形凸起从所述底座朝所述容纳腔延伸。本发明的卡座可以使SD卡无损取出,既避免使用专业工具的困境,又避免SD卡及卡座受到损坏。

Description

自弹式Micro-SIM卡座
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于移动终端的自弹式Micro-SIM卡座。
背景技术
SIM卡和SD卡是移动终端的常用部件。SIM卡是“Subscriber IdentityModule”(即客户识别模块)的缩写,也称为用户身份识别卡、智能卡,GSM数字移动电话机必须装上此卡方能使用。SD卡,即安全数码卡,是一种基于半导体快闪记忆器的新一代记忆设备,它被广泛地于便携式装置上使用,例如数码相机、个人数码助理(外语缩写PDA)和多媒体播放器等。随着移动终端技术的发展,SIM卡领域出现了Micro-SIM卡(有的称为SIM小卡)。Micro-SIM卡和SD卡的外形尺寸均为行业内通用的标准尺寸。
目前,有的移动终端使用内置电池,电池不可取下,而Micro-SIM卡以及SD卡可以从位于侧边的卡座中取出。为了节省空间,Micro-SIM卡通常使用push-push-Micro-SIM卡座(即自弹式Micro-SIM卡座)。自弹式Micro-SIM卡座设有自弹式退卡机构,通过该自弹式退卡机构可以实现Micro-SIM卡的进卡与退卡。自弹式退卡机构通常包括拉杆、滑块和弹簧,滑块套设于拉杆,弹簧设于滑块与卡座的底座之间。
由于移动终端的空间有限,因此,自弹式Micro-SIM卡座以及SD卡的卡座通常布置得很邻近,而且两卡座的大小相近。最终用户使用时,有时会把SD卡误插入自弹式Micro-SIM卡座中。目前使用的自弹式Micro-SIM卡座,当SD卡误插入后,如果没有专业工具,SD卡很难取出;此时,如果采用暴力取出时,会造成SD卡及自弹式Micro-SIM卡座的损坏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术存在的SD卡误插入后很难无损取出的缺陷,提供一种自弹式Micro-SIM卡座。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题:
一种自弹式Micro-SIM卡座,其包括一底座和一外壳,所述底座和所述外壳之间设有一自弹式退卡机构和一容纳Micro-SIM卡的容纳腔,所述自弹式退卡机构和所述容纳腔相邻接,所述自弹式退卡机构包括一滑块,其特点在于,所述滑块设有一斜边部,所述斜边部的底部设有一横向分布的挡墙部;所述挡墙部靠近所述底座的端部;所述底座设有多个弹片,所述弹片的端部为圆弧形凸起,所述圆弧形凸起从所述底座朝所述容纳腔延伸。
较佳地,所述底座设有多个通孔,所述通孔位于所述弹片的圆弧形凸起的下方。
较佳地,所述弹片为六个。
较佳地,所述底座和所述外壳之间设有一供Micro-SIM卡通过的开口,所述开口的宽度不小于Micro-SIM卡的宽度的1.1倍。
较佳地,所述自弹式退卡机构还包括一拉杆和一弹簧,所述拉杆的两端与所述底座的两端部相抵接,所述滑块套设于所述拉杆,所述弹簧设于所述滑块与所述底座的端部之间。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:移动终端采用本发明的卡座后,当SD卡误插入Micro-SIM卡座时,SD卡可以无损取出,且不会损坏卡座。

具体实施方式
下面举个较佳实施例,并结合附图来更清楚完整地说明本发明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种自弹式Micro-SIM卡座,其包括底座1和外壳2,底座1和外壳2之间设有自弹式退卡机构和容纳Micro-SIM卡的容纳腔。自弹式退卡机构和容纳腔相邻接。自弹式退卡机构是现有常用的机构,其通常包括拉杆3、滑块4和弹簧5。拉杆3的两端与底座1的两端部相抵接,滑块4套设于拉杆3,弹簧5设于滑块4与底座1的端部之间。滑块4设有斜边部41,斜边部41的底部设有横向分布的挡墙部42;挡墙部42靠近底座1的端部;底座1设有多个弹片6,弹片6的端部为圆弧形凸起,圆弧形凸起从底座1朝容纳腔延伸。底座1设有多个通孔11,通孔11位于弹片6的圆弧形凸起的下方。弹片6可以为六个。底座1和外壳2之间设有一供Micro-SIM卡通过的开口,开口的宽度不小于Micro-SIM卡的宽度的1.1倍。
当Micro-SIM卡插入容纳腔时,Micro-SIM卡的底部与滑块的斜边部相抵接,于是滑块随Micro-SIM卡一起移动。当滑块移动到挡墙部与底座的端部相抵接时,由于底座的端部的阻止,滑块无法前移,进而阻止Micro-SIM卡移动。此时,为Micro-SIM卡插入最深。
如图4所示,当SD卡9误插入时,SD卡的端部与滑块的斜边部相抵接。由于SD卡的宽度小于Micro-SIM卡的宽度,因此,在斜边部的作用下,SD卡的插入端会向朝着一边倾斜,并滑动到与挡墙部相抵接。由于SD卡是斜着插入的,因此,其头部必然会有部分突出外壳。移动终端使用者可以用手很轻松地将SD卡取出。
当SD卡误插入后要拔出时,弹片的圆弧形凸起可以保证SD卡不会被卡住,从而避免弹片受损伤,也可以避免SD卡被刮伤。
外壳与底座之间的容纳腔的厚度可以加大,这样,当SD卡误插入时,SD卡与外壳之间还有一定的间距,使得SD卡不会被卡住。当滑块向外弹出时,可以将SD卡弹出。
因此,当SD卡误插入本发明的卡座时,不会被卡住,可以通过弹簧或者手工使SD卡无损取出,既避免使用专业工具的困境,又避免SD卡及卡座受到损坏。

虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种自弹式Micro-SIM卡座,其包括一底座和一外壳,所述底座和所述外壳之间设有一自弹式退卡机构和一容纳Micro-SIM卡的容纳腔,所述自弹式退卡机构和所述容纳腔相邻接,所述自弹式退卡机构包括一滑块,其特征在于,所述滑块设有一斜边部,所述斜边部的底部设有一横向分布的挡墙部;所述挡墙部靠近所述底座的端部;所述底座设有多个弹片,所述弹片的端部为圆弧形凸起,所述圆弧形凸起从所述底座朝所述容纳腔延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的自弹式Micro-SIM卡座,其特征在于,所述底座设有多个通孔,所述通孔位于所述弹片的圆弧形凸起的下方。
3.如权利要求1所述的自弹式Micro-SIM卡座,其特征在于,所述弹片为六个。
4.如权利要求1所述的自弹式Micro-SIM卡座,其特征在于,所述底座和所述外壳之间设有一供Micro-SIM卡通过的开口,所述开口的宽度不小于Micro-SIM卡的宽度的1.1倍。
5.如权利要求1所述的自弹式Micro-SIM卡座,其特征在于,所述自弹式退卡机构还包括一拉杆和一弹簧,所述拉杆的两端与所述底座的两端部相抵接,所述滑块套设于所述拉杆,所述弹簧设于所述滑块与所述底座的端部之间。
