本发明一种对夹式煤渣管道用蝶阀的阀座,它的主要技术方案是:所述阀座包括骨架、衬胶,所述骨架一面设有凹洞,所述凹洞内设凹槽,所述衬胶位于所述凹洞内部,并通过所述凹槽将其固定在所述骨架上。本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明打破以往的衬胶包覆阀座的结构,而是设计成阀座包裹衬胶这一结构形式,阀座骨架由普通碳钢改为153合金铸铁,增加了抗腐蚀耐磨性能;骨架内设凹槽,衬胶不易脱落;衬胶采用高含胶量的高耐磨橡胶,不易撕裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种对夹式煤渣管道用蝶阀的阀座。
背景技术
发电厂发电时燃烧煤所产生的大量煤灰渣,通过灰渣泵及管道排入特定灰库,为了保护灰渣泵,延长其使用寿命,我们常在出灰管道上增加一个二次隔离阀,常采用对夹式蝶阀,因其结构简单、体积小巧、拆装方便。但是在使用过程中,常出现阀座进出口沿磨损过甚、衬胶密封层脱落和撕裂导致寿命较短,需要频繁拆卸、抢修、更换。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐磨抗腐;衬胶不易脱落、不易撕裂的的阀座。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:一种对夹式煤渣管道用蝶阀的阀座,所述阀座包括骨架1、衬胶2,所述骨架1一面设有凹洞3,所述凹洞3内设凹槽4,所述衬胶2位于所述凹洞3内部,并通过所述凹槽4将其固定在所述骨架1上。
进一步地,所述骨架1采用153合金铸铁制成。
进一步地,所述衬胶2采用含胶量不低于65%的高耐磨橡胶。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明打破以往的衬胶包覆阀座的结构,而是设计成阀座包裹衬胶这一结构形式,阀座骨架由普通碳钢改为153合金铸铁,增加了抗腐蚀耐磨性能;骨架内设凹槽,衬胶不易脱落;衬胶采用高含胶量的高耐磨橡胶,不易撕裂。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
本发明一种对夹式煤渣管道用蝶阀的阀座,所述阀座包括由抗腐蚀耐磨性能优良的153合金铸铁制成骨架1和高含胶量的耐磨橡胶制成的衬胶2,所述骨架1一面是水平面,另一面设有凹洞3,所述凹洞3外围一圈设有凹槽4,所述衬胶2位于所述凹洞3内部,并通过所述凹槽4将其固定在所述骨架1上,这种设计使得所述衬胶2不易从所述骨架1脱落,而采用高含胶量的耐磨橡胶材料又使得所述衬胶2不易撕裂,延长了阀座的使用寿命,增强了该蝶阀的整体密封性能,不易泄漏,保证管道的正常工作。

1.一种对夹式煤渣管道用蝶阀的阀座,所述阀座包括骨架(1)、衬胶(2),其特征在于,所述骨架(1)一面设有凹洞(3),所述凹洞(3)内设凹槽(4),所述衬胶(2)位于所述凹洞(3)内部,并通过所述凹槽(4)将其固定在所述骨架(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种对夹式煤渣管道用蝶阀的阀座,其特征在于,所述骨架(1)采用153合金铸铁制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种对夹式煤渣管道用蝶阀的阀座,其特征在于,所述衬胶(2)采用含胶量不低于65%的高耐磨橡胶。
