技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件制造技术领域，尤其是一种安装在轻轿车刹车主缸上的橡胶皮碗。
背景技术
现有的汽车刹车主缸上的橡胶皮碗，尤其是安装在轻型轿车的刹车主缸上的橡胶皮碗，其结构包括有环形碗体，碗体的下端边缘卷曲形成内唇和外唇，外唇的上端面低于内唇上端面。外唇作用在气缸内壁上与气缸相对滑动，往复运动，起动密封作用；内唇安装在活塞杆上，不产生相互运动，起静密封作用，也有支撑的作用。这种结构的皮碗具有一定的牢固性和难用性，但由于它弯曲变形空间有限，除了安装不方便，唇边容易破损外，在使用过程中，皮碗在不断挤压的过程中，变形量也十分有限，因而导致部分位置应力过于集中而容易损坏，使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种轻轿车刹车主缸皮碗，以解决现有轻轿车刹车主缸皮碗安装不变，容易破损，使用寿命短的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明的技术方案是：本轻轿车刹车主缸皮碗包括有环形的碗体，所述碗体的下端边缘卷曲形成内唇和外唇，所述外唇的上端面低于所述内唇的上端面，所述内唇的上端面设有横截面呈“V”形或梯形的凹槽，所述碗体底部设有碗底凹槽，所述内唇的环体内侧设有至少两排内唇凹槽。
在上述技术方案中，更为具体的技术方案还可以是：所述碗底凹槽至少有两条，所述碗底凹槽的横截面呈半圆形；所述内唇凹槽的横截面呈“V”形。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
本轻轿车刹车主缸皮碗通过分别在三处易产生应力集中处开设有凹槽，有效得消除了应力集中，有效的解决了破损问题，大大延长了使用寿命，又可以减少材料，减轻重量；内唇的上端面的凹槽及其形状及内唇环体内侧的多条凹槽，既可以方便安装，不易破损，又可以加强皮碗和活塞杆的结合；多条半圆形的碗底凹槽是减小应力集中的最佳形状之一，多条碗底凹槽可以有效解决皮碗受挤压弯曲时的破坏问题。

如图1所示的轻轿车刹车主缸皮碗，它包括有环形的碗体，碗体的下端边缘卷曲形成内唇2和外唇1，外唇1的上端面低于内唇2的上端面，内唇2的上端面设有横截面呈梯形的凹槽3，内唇2的环体内侧设有三排内唇凹槽4，内唇凹槽4的横截面呈“V”形。内唇2的上端面的凹槽3及其形状及内唇2环体内侧的多条内唇凹槽4，既可以方便安装，不易破损，又可以加强皮碗和活塞杆的结合。碗体底部设有碗底凹槽5，碗底凹槽5有两条，碗底凹槽5的横截面呈半圆形，半圆形的碗底凹槽5是减小应力集中的最佳形状之一，多条碗底凹槽5可以有效解决皮碗受挤压弯曲时的破坏问题。
在其他实施例中，内唇的上端面设置的凹槽的横截面还可以呈“V”形。

1.一种轻轿车刹车主缸皮碗，包括有环形的碗体，所述碗体的下端边缘卷曲形成内唇和外唇，所述外唇的上端面低于所述内唇的上端面，其特征在于：所述内唇的上端面设有横截面呈“V”形或梯形的凹槽，所述碗体底部设有碗底凹槽，所述内唇的环体内侧设有至少两排内唇凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻轿车刹车主缸皮碗，其特征在于：所述碗底凹槽至少有两条，所述碗底凹槽的横截面呈半圆形；所述内唇凹槽的横截面呈“V”形。
