Abstract

一种利用潮汐发电的装置,解决利用海洋资源进行发电的问题。包括涵管、活塞套筒、齿条式活塞杆、活塞杆头、压缩弹簧、密封条、钢珠、导套、齿轮箱、一组传动齿轮、支撑座、万向联轴器、飞轮、发电机、输出轴,涵管内设有活塞套,活塞套筒外径与涵管内孔配合由密封条密封,活塞套筒外径表面设有一组球窝,球窝内镶嵌钢珠,齿条式活塞杆一端经活塞杆头与活塞套筒连接,另一端与导套内孔配合,活塞套筒内孔与齿条式活塞杆之间设有压缩弹簧,齿条式活塞杆的齿条部分与齿轮箱内的一组传动齿轮啮合,将齿条活塞杆的往复移动输出为单向转动,齿轮箱固定在支撑座上,齿轮箱的输出轴经万向联轴器、飞轮与发电机轴连接,输出电能。资源有效利用,效益巨大。

一种利用潮汐发电的装置
技术领域
   本发明涉及电力工程建设领域,尤其涉及一种利用潮汐发电的装置。 
背景技术
全世界海岸线漫长,然而利用海浪发电的项目却很少见,其原因是,海浪的冲击力大,但频率低,撞击岸堤的时间段各不相同,其能量难以利用。如何设计一种既能加固海堤,又可以利用海浪巨大的撞击力进行发电的装置,是现有技术需要解决的技术问题。 
发明内容
为解决海浪资源有效利用问题,本发明提供了一种利用潮汐发电的装置,将海浪的冲击力转化为电力,实现加固海堤的同时,利用海浪发电的目的,使漫长的海岸线成为清洁能源的发源地。。 
本发明实现发明目的采用的技术方案是:一种利用潮汐发电的装置,该装置包括涵管、活塞套筒、齿条式活塞杆、活塞杆头、压缩弹簧、密封条、钢珠、导套、齿轮箱、一组传动齿轮、支撑座、万向联轴器、飞轮、发电机、输出轴,涵管内设有活塞套,活塞套筒外径与涵管内孔配合由密封条密封,活塞套筒外径表面设有一组球窝,球窝内镶嵌钢珠,齿条式活塞杆一端经活塞杆头与活塞套筒连接,另一端与导套内孔配合,活塞套筒内孔与齿条式活塞杆之间设有压缩弹簧,齿条式活塞杆的齿条部分与齿轮箱内的一组传动齿轮啮合,将齿条活塞杆的往复移动输出为单向转动,齿轮箱固定在支撑座上,齿轮箱的输出轴经万向联轴器、飞轮与发电机轴连接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。 
一种利用潮汐发电的装置,该装置包括涵管1、活塞套筒2、齿条式活塞杆3、活塞杆头3-1、压缩弹簧4、密封条5、钢珠6、导套7、齿轮箱8、一组传动齿轮8-1、支撑座9、万向联轴器10、飞轮11、发电机12、输出轴13,涵管1内设有活塞套2,活塞套筒2外径与涵管1内孔配合由密封条5密封,活塞套筒2外径表面设有一组球窝,球窝内镶嵌钢珠6,齿条式活塞杆3一端经活塞杆头3-1与活塞套筒2连接,另一端与导套7内孔配合,活塞套筒2内孔与齿条式活塞杆3之间设有压缩弹簧4,齿条式活塞杆3的齿条部分与齿轮箱8内的一组传动齿轮8-1啮合,将齿条活塞杆3的往复移动输出为单向转动,齿轮箱8固定在支撑座9上,齿轮箱8的输出轴13经万向联轴器10、飞轮11与发电机12轴连接。 
具体实施例:该装置建筑在海岸上,活塞杆头3-1迎着海浪冲击方向设置,齿条式活塞杆3及活塞套筒2在海浪冲击下,在涵管1内往复移动,齿条式活塞杆3的齿条部分与齿轮箱8内的一组传动齿轮8-1啮合,一组传动齿轮8-1的传动原理来源于自动手表摆砣上弦实例,能使齿条活塞杆3的往复移动,输出为单向转动,齿轮箱8固定在支撑座9上,齿轮箱8的输出轴13经万向联轴器10、飞轮11与发电机12轴连接,输出电能。密封条5密封活塞套筒2与涵管1的配合面,防止海水的侵入与腐蚀,镶嵌在活塞套筒2外径表面的一组钢珠6,起导向和减少摩擦的作用,飞轮11可以使发电机的运转更连续、平稳,万向联轴器10可以消除设备的安装误差。

1.一种利用潮汐发电的装置,其特征在于,该装置包括涵管(1)、活塞套筒(2)、齿条式活塞杆(3)、活塞杆头(3-1)、压缩弹簧(4)、密封条(5)、钢珠(6)、导套(7)、齿轮箱(8)、一组传动齿轮(8-1)、支撑座(9)、万向联轴器(10)、飞轮(11)、发电机(12)、输出轴(13),所述涵管(1)内设有活塞套(2),所述活塞套筒(2)外径与涵管(1)内孔配合由密封条(5)密封,活塞套筒(2)外径表面设有一组球窝,球窝内镶嵌钢珠(6),所述齿条式活塞杆(3)一端经活塞杆头(3-1)与活塞套筒(2)连接,另一端与导套(7)内孔配合,活塞套筒(2)内孔与齿条式活塞杆(3)之间设有压缩弹簧(4),所述齿条式活塞杆(3)的齿条部分与齿轮箱(8)内的一组传动齿轮(8-1)啮合,输出单向转动,所述齿轮箱(8)固定在支撑座(9)上,齿轮箱(8)的输出轴(13)经万向联轴器(10)、飞轮(11)与发电机(12)轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用潮汐发电的装置,其特征在于,所述涵管(1)及其对应零部件成组设置,构筑在海岸或江岸上。
