Abstract

一种带双曲线齿条的波浪发电装置,包括浮箱、滚轮机构、导向柱、发电平台、液压能量转换机构和十字升降杆,导向柱打入海底,导向柱上安装有发电平台,发电平台中间的孔中安装有十字升降杆,十字升降杆的下部通过活动连接杆与浮箱固定在一起,浮箱两侧安装有滚轮机构,滚轮机构紧贴在导向柱上;发电平台上安装有液压能量转换机构,液压能量转换机构与十字升降杆相互配合进行能量转换运动。液压能量转换机构包括壳体、单项液压缸和滚动轮;十字升降杆包括两条曲线齿边和两条直线边;导向柱设有三个。本装置通过液压能量转换机构与十字升降杆的配合,解决了波浪发电过程中一个潮位差的控制与适应问题,适宜大功率机在波浪发电中的运用。

一种带双曲线齿条的波浪发电装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发电平台,主要是一种带双曲线齿条的波浪发电装置,属于海洋能设备领域。
背景技术
目前的波浪能发电平台基本上都是固定式,因此都配置有长长的油缸活塞杆,这样的结构造成油缸活塞杆刚性不足,不够稳定,而且使用寿命相当的短,无法适应大功率机组进行发电,是一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带双曲线齿条的波浪发电装置。
本发明要解决的问题是现有长油缸活塞杆式发电平台使用寿命短,无法适应大功率发电的不足。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种带双曲线齿条的波浪发电装置,包括浮箱、滚轮机构、导向柱、发电平台、液压能量转换机构和十字升降杆,导向柱打入海底,导向柱上安装有发电平台,发电平台中间的孔中安装有十字升降杆,十字升降杆的下部通过活动连接杆与浮箱固定在一起,浮箱两侧安装有滚轮机构,滚轮机构紧贴在导向柱上;发电平台上安装有液压能量转换机构,液压能量转换机构与十字升降杆相互配合进行能量转换运动。
所述液压能量转换机构包括壳体、单项液压缸和滚动轮,单项液压缸头部安装有滚动轮,壳体内安装有八组单项液压缸,每边四组相互对称,中间的空隙用于通过十字升降杆。
所述十字升降杆包括两条曲线齿边和两条直线边,两者对称安装,两条曲线齿边为摆线结构;所述导向柱设有三个,以十字升降杆为中心,三个导向柱间距相同,与之对应的浮箱通过滚轮机构紧贴在导向柱上;所述上下两个滚动轮的间距为曲线齿边波峰到波谷距离的3/4。
本发明的优点是:本装置通过液压能量转换机构与十字升降杆的配合,解决了波浪发电过程中一个潮位差的控制与适应问题,有效解决了现有发电平台不能随潮位变化的难题,适宜大功率机在波浪发电中的运用,应具有广阔的市场空间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图所示,1、一种带双曲线齿条的波浪发电装置,包括浮箱1、滚轮机构2、导向柱3、发电平台4、液压能量转换机构5和十字升降杆6,其特征是:导向柱3打入海底,导向柱3上安装有发电平台4,发电平台4中间的孔中安装有十字升降杆6,十字升降杆6的下部通过活动连接杆与浮箱1固定在一起,浮箱1两侧安装有滚轮机构2,滚轮机构2紧贴在导向柱3上;发电平台4上安装有液压能量转换机构5,液压能量转换机构5与十字升降杆6相互配合进行能量转换运动。
液压能量转换机构5包括壳体51、单项液压缸52和滚动轮53,单项液压缸52头部安装有滚动轮53,壳体51内安装有八组单项液压缸52,每边四组相互对称,中间的空隙用于通过十字升降杆6。
十字升降杆6包括两条曲线齿边61和两条直线边62,两者对称安装,两条曲线齿边61为摆线结构,这样能减少曲线齿边61与滚动轮53配合运动时的摩擦力,而且能使滚动轮53实现平稳过渡曲线齿边61的波峰与波谷。
导向柱3设有三个,以十字升降杆6为中心,三个导向柱3间距相同,与之对应的浮箱1通过滚轮机构2紧贴在导向柱3上,这样呈一个三角形结构,使其增强抗风浪能力,也有利于提高使用寿命。
上下两个滚动轮53的间距为曲线齿边61波峰到波谷距离的3/4,这么相互间不会产生死角的问题,以提高能量转换效率。
本装置的使用方法:当整个装置安装好后,浮箱1随波浪的起伏在导向柱3的配合下带动十字升降杆6实现上下运动,在十字升降杆6上下运动的同时带动液压能量转换机构5中的单项液压缸52来回运动,将浮箱1的机械能转变为液压能储存起来进行发电,这样的设备能量转换密度大,适于海上大型液压发电装置的产业化。

Claims (5)

1.一种带双曲线齿条的波浪发电装置,包括浮箱(1)、滚轮机构(2)、导向柱(3)、发电平台(4)、液压能量转换机构(5)和十字升降杆(6),其特征是:导向柱(3)打入海底,导向柱(3)上安装有发电平台(4),发电平台(4)中间的孔中安装有十字升降杆(6),十字升降杆(6)的下部通过活动连接杆与浮箱(1)固定在一起,浮箱(1)两侧安装有滚轮机构(2),滚轮机构(2)紧贴在导向柱(3)上;发电平台(4)上安装有液压能量转换机构(5),液压能量转换机构(5)与十字升降杆(6)相互配合进行能量转换运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带双曲线齿条的波浪发电装置,其特征是:所述液压能量转换机构(5)包括壳体(51)、单项液压缸(52)和滚动轮(53),单项液压缸(52)头部安装有滚动轮(53),壳体(51)内安装有八组单项液压缸(52),每边四组相互对称,中间的空隙用于通过十字升降杆(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带双曲线齿条的波浪发电装置,其特征是:所述十字升降杆(6)包括两条曲线齿边(61)和两条直线边(62),两者对称安装,两条曲线齿边(61)为摆线结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带双曲线齿条的波浪发电装置,其特征是:所述导向柱(3)设有三个,以十字升降杆(6)为中心,三个导向柱(3)间距相同,与之对应的浮箱(1)通过滚轮机构(2)紧贴在导向柱(3)上。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种带双曲线齿条的波浪发电装置,其特征是:所述上下两个滚动轮(53)的间距为曲线齿边(61)波峰到波谷距离的3/4。
