本发明公开了一种具有高效吸湿排汗的面料,所述具有高效吸湿排汗的面料是由横向组织和纵向组织依次交织而成的,所述面料底面呈凸起的均匀分布的六边形蜂窝结构,所述六边形蜂窝结构的中间含有外小里大的倒锥形孔。通过上述方式,本发明的面料能够具有吸湿性强、保暖性好,强度好、高顺化性、抗变形、速干、穿着舒适等特点。

一种具有高效吸湿排汗的面料
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,特别是涉及一种具有高效吸湿排汗的面料。
背景技术
吸湿排汗面料被我们常称为“吸湿快干布料”或“可呼吸面料”,它的英文一般叫“Moisture Wicking Fabric”,“Moisture Absorption Perspiration Fabric”。 吸湿排汗纤维一般具有较高的比表面积,表面有众多的激孔或沟槽,其截面一般为特殊的异形状,利用毛细管效应,使纤维能迅速吸收皮肤表面湿气与汗水,通过扩散、传递到外层带发。
目前,市场上常见的用于运动服饰的吸湿排汗面料主要是涤纶吸湿排汗面料。然而,由于涤纶吸湿排汗面料是一种结晶性很高的纤维,分子主链中没有亲水性基团,因此呈疏水性,吸湿排汗很差,因此服装穿着透湿性差,有闷热感。又有静电易于积累引起的种种麻烦,穿着舒适性差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有高效吸湿排汗的面料,能够具有吸湿性强、保暖性好,强度好、高顺化性、抗变形、速干、穿着舒适等特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种具有高效吸湿排汗的面料,所述具有高效吸湿排汗的面料是由横向组织和纵向组织依次交织而成的,所述面料底面呈凸起的均匀分布的六边形蜂窝结构,所述六边形蜂窝结构的中间含有外小里大的倒锥形孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述横向组织是由经纱长线和纬纱织造而成的,所述纵向组织是由经纱和纬纱长线织造而成的。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述经纱长线为涤纶中空丝,所述纬纱为氨纶丝包芯纱,所述经纱为涤纶低弹丝,所述纬纱长线为腈纶长丝。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述倒锥形孔为倒圆锥形孔或倒棱锥形孔。
本发明的有益效果是:通过采用选优的横向组织和纵向组织交织而成,面料底面呈均布的中间含倒锥形孔的六边形蜂窝结构,使面料具有吸湿性强、保暖性好,强度好、高顺化性、抗变形、速干、穿着舒适等特点。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。

一种具有高效吸湿排汗的面料,所述具有高效吸湿排汗的面料是由横向组织和纵向组织依次交织而成的,所述面料底面呈凸起的均匀分布的六边形蜂窝结构1,所述六边形蜂窝结构1的中间含有外小里大的倒锥形孔2,具有强度好、高顺化性、抗变形等特点。
所述横向组织是由经纱长线和纬纱织造而成的,所述经纱长线为涤纶中空丝,占所述横向组织的质量百分比为75%-80%,所述纬纱为氨纶丝包芯纱,占所述横向组织的质量百分比为20%-25%。
所述纵向组织是由经纱和纬纱长线织造而成的,所述经纱为涤纶低弹丝,占所述纵向组织的质量百分比为60%-65%,所述纬纱长线为腈纶长丝,占所述纵向组织的质量百分比为35%-40%。
所述倒锥形孔为倒圆锥形孔或倒棱锥形孔,优选为倒圆锥形孔,能使织物具有四周高,中间低的圆锥形状,有如同蜂巢状外观的组织,具有较长的经纬浮长线所形成的格子,可使织物具有高效的排湿特点。
本发明的面料具有外观优美,立体感强,手感柔软,保暖性好,吸湿性强等特点,在各类织物中均有应用。 主要应用于:运动服、休闲服、内衣、碗巾、床毯、花色呢等。
本发明揭示了一种具有高效吸湿排汗的面料,通过采用选优的横向组织和纵向组织交织而成,面料底面呈均布的中间含倒锥形孔的六边形蜂窝结构,使面料具有吸湿性强、保暖性好,强度好、高顺化性、抗变形、速干、穿着舒适等特点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高效吸湿排汗的面料,其特征在于,所述横向组织是由经纱长线和纬纱织造而成的,所述纵向组织是由经纱和纬纱长线织造而成的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有高效吸湿排汗的面料,其特征在于,所述经纱长线为涤纶中空丝,所述纬纱为氨纶丝包芯纱,所述经纱为涤纶低弹丝,所述纬纱长线为腈纶长丝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高效吸湿排汗的面料,其特征在于,所述倒锥形孔为倒圆锥形孔或倒棱锥形孔。
