技术领域
本发明涉及针织面料领域，尤其是涉及一种抗静电保暖混纺面料。
背景技术
随着生活质量的提高，人们对于穿着于身上的衣服，在要求美观的同时，更要保暖轻便，衣服要保暖轻便关键在于衣服的面料。随着纺织工业的迅猛发展，各种各样的功能性面料层出不穷，有吸湿透气的、防水透湿的、保暖轻便的、抗菌防臭的、卫生保健等诸多功能性面料。其中以保暖轻便的功能性面料应用的最为广泛，也是人们对其要求不断提高的功能性面料，同时人们也对保暖面料的除静电性能也提出了进一步要求，因此需要提出一种方案能够使保温性面料同时具有除静电效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种抗静电保暖混纺面料，保暖性好，轻便舒适且具备抗静电功能。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案是：抗静电保暖混纺面料，包括由内到外依次设置的针织里层、针织夹层和针织表层，所述针织里层由11.1tex的涤纶纱编织而成，所述针织夹层由11.1tex的涤纶纱在编织过程中加入导电金属丝而成，所述涤纶纱的线圈长度为25cm/100针，涤纶纱由涤纶单丝加捻而成，所述针织表层由18.4tex的棉纱编织而成，所述棉纱的线圈长度为27cm/100针，棉纱由棉纤维加捻而成，所述涤纶单丝截面为圆形，涤纶单丝内设有多个圆形通孔，所述棉纤维截面为腰圆形，棉纤维内设有月牙形通孔。
所述针织里层的厚度为0.2～0.3mm，所述针织夹层的厚度为0.5～0.8mm，所述针织表层的厚度为0.3～0.4mm。
本发明的有益效果是：采用内设圆形通孔的涤纶单丝加捻而成的涤纶纱和内设月牙形通孔的棉纤维加捻而成的棉纱分别编织而成，加上合理的线圈长度和覆盖效果，保暖性和舒适性好，同时面料较为轻便，导电金属丝混入针织夹层内，可以防止面料内部产生的静电影响人们的穿着舒适感。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例，并结合附图，对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
如图1～图3所示，抗静电保暖混纺面料，包括由内到外依次设置的针织里层1、针织夹层2和针织表层3，所述针织里层1由11.1tex的涤纶纱编织而成，所述针织夹层2由11.1tex的涤纶纱在编织过程中加入导电金属丝4而成，导电金属丝4的设置可以防止面料内部产生的静电影响人们的穿着舒适感。
涤纶纱由涤纶单丝5加捻而成，所述涤纶单丝5截面为圆形，涤纶单丝5内设有多个圆形通孔6，本发明中的圆形通孔6的数量为三个，以圆形截面的圆心为中心周向均布，涤纶单丝5的弹性和保暖性均较好。
所述针织表层3由18.4tex的棉纱编织而成，棉纱由棉纤维7加捻而成，所述棉纤维7截面为腰圆形，棉纤维7内设有月牙形通孔8，月牙形通孔8位于腰圆形截面的中心处，整个棉纤维7的弹性、吸湿排汗性和保暖性均较好。
所述涤纶纱的线圈长度为25cm/100针，所述棉纱的线圈长度为27cm/100针，所述针织里层1的厚度为0.2～0.3mm，所述针织夹层2的厚度为0.5～0.8mm，所述针织表层3的厚度为0.3～0.4mm。采用内设圆形通孔6的涤纶单丝5加捻而成的涤纶纱和内设月牙形通孔8的棉纤维7加捻而成的棉纱分别编织而成，加上合理的线圈长度和覆盖效果，保暖性和舒适性好。圆形通孔6和月牙形通孔8内可包含大量静止空气，为面料带来舒适的保暖效果，同时大大减轻了面料的质量，穿着保暖舒适轻便。

1.抗静电保暖混纺面料，其特征在于：包括由内到外依次设置的针织里层(1)、针织夹层(2)和针织表层(3)，所述针织里层(1)由11.1tex的涤纶纱编织而成，所述针织夹层(2)由11.1tex的涤纶纱在编织过程中加入导电金属丝(4)而成，所述涤纶纱的线圈长度为25cm/100针，涤纶纱由涤纶单丝(5)加捻而成，所述针织表层(3)由18.4tex的棉纱编织而成，所述棉纱的线圈长度为27cm/100针，棉纱由棉纤维(7)加捻而成，所述涤纶单丝(5)截面为圆形，涤纶单丝(5)内设有多个圆形通孔(6)，所述棉纤维(7)截面为腰圆形，棉纤维(7)内设有月牙形通孔(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述抗静电保暖混纺面料，其特征在于：所述针织里层(1)的厚度为0.2～0.3mm，所述针织夹层(2)的厚度为0.5～0.8mm，所述针织表层(3)的厚度为0.3～0.4mm。
