本发明涉及一种用于机械零件的预处理液。
背景技术
近年来,各种产业中,都要求生产性的进一步高效化和成本削减。为了形成目标的形状,采用各种加工方法对金属、塑料、陶瓷和橡胶等加工原材料进行加工。同时近年来机械加工设备的精度越来越高,对于工件的要求也越来越高,同时成本也随之增加,因此在加工高精度、高要求的零部件时,一般需要对零部件进行预处理,减轻加工的难度,同时对于保证精度具有很好的作用,并且降低了加工的成本。但但现在的预处理液并不能够满足要求,存在效果差,成本高的缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种用于机械零件的预处理液,能够对工件进行很好的预处理,减轻了加工的难度,同时对于工件具有一定的防锈功能,降低了成本。
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种用于机械零件的预处理液,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
水杨酸钠8-14份,草酸钠3-8份,液体石酯6-10份,三硬脂酸甘油酯5-9份,硝酸4-6份,氧化锌3-9份,络合剂3-6份,氟化钠4-6份,酒石酸钾钠8-11份,光亮剂2-5份,碳酸钠1-5份,六水合硫酸镍1-3份,次亚磷酸钠4-8份。
本发明优化的技术方案是,一种用于机械零件的预处理液,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
水杨酸钠11份,草酸钠5份,液体石酯8份,三硬脂酸甘油酯7份,硝酸5份,氧化锌6份,络合剂4份,氟化钠5份,酒石酸钾钠10份,光亮剂4份,碳酸钠3份,六水合硫酸镍2份,次亚磷酸钠6份。
