本发明公开一种列车专用PVC地板,所述地板由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC粉100份、抗氧剂0.3-1份、锌钡复合稳定剂1-3份、EVA2-6份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1.2-2.6份、氯化石蜡5-10份、轻质碳酸钙20-30份、防霉剂1.5-3.5份、硬脂酸钙0.05-0.3份、硼纤维12-18份。本发明列车用PVC地板耐酸耐碱、耐磨性好、安全环保,加入防霉剂,抑制列车地板表面细菌的滋生;本发明列车地板加入硼纤维,进一步提高了列车地板的强度,可大大降低列车地板的厚度与重量。

技术领域
本发明属于地板领域,具体是一种列车专用PVC地板。
背景技术
随着我国铁路列车速度不断提高,要求列车结构向着轻量化、低重心的方向发展,为了满足这一要求,列车车体高度不断降低。但是列车的高度降低会引起列车室空间的降低。同时,列车运营环境的特殊性及载客量的庞大性,列车地板的材质必须保证无毒环保、强度大、阻燃性能良好的性能。随着列车地板向着轻量化的方向发展,列车地板重量在不断减轻,这对列车地板的强度提出了很高要求。现有技术的列车地板要么厚度厚,重量大,要么重量轻,列车地板强度却又让人担忧。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种列车专用PVC地板。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种列车专用PVC地板,其特征在于,所述地板由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC粉100份、抗氧剂0.3-1份、锌钡复合稳定剂1-3份、EVA2-6份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1.2-2.6份、氯化石蜡5-10份、轻质碳酸钙20-30份、防霉剂1.5-3.5份、硬脂酸钙0.05-0.3份、硼纤维12-18份。
作为进一步优选,所述地板由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC粉100份、抗氧剂0.6份、锌钡复合稳定剂2份、EVA4份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2.4份、氯化石蜡7.5份、轻质碳酸钙25份、防霉剂2.5份、硬脂酸钙0.2份、硼纤维15份。
所述轻质碳酸钙的粒径为350-450目。
本发明的有益效果:本发明列车用PVC地板耐酸耐碱、耐磨性好、安全环保,加入防霉剂,抑制列车地板表面细菌的滋生;本发明列车地板加入硼纤维,进一步提高了列车地板的强度,可大大降低列车地板的厚度与重量。

一种列车专用PVC地板,由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC粉100份、抗氧剂0.6份、锌钡复合稳定剂2份、EVA4份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2.4份、氯化石蜡7.5份、350目轻质碳酸钙25份、防霉剂2.5份、硬脂酸钙0.2份、硼纤维15份。
实施例2
一种列车专用PVC地板,由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC粉100份、抗氧剂0.3份、锌钡复合稳定剂1份、EVA2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1.2份、氯化石蜡5份、450目轻质碳酸钙20份、防霉剂1.5份、硬脂酸钙0.05份、硼纤维12份。
实施例3
一种列车专用PVC地板,由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC粉100份、抗氧剂1份、锌钡复合稳定剂3份、EVA6份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2.6份、氯化石蜡10份、400目轻质碳酸钙30份、防霉剂3.5份、硬脂酸钙0.3份、硼纤维18份。

2.根据权利要求1所述列车专用PVC地板,其特征在于,所述地板由以下重量份的组分组成:PVC粉100份、抗氧剂0.6份、锌钡复合稳定剂2份、EVA4份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2.4份、氯化石蜡7.5份、轻质碳酸钙25份、防霉剂2.5份、硬脂酸钙0.2份、硼纤维15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述列车专用PVC地板,其特征在于,所述轻质碳酸钙的粒径为350-450目。
