本发明涉及一种乳胶手套成型的脱模手的食指,包括球关节1、连杆Ⅰ2、连接销轴Ⅰ3、连杆Ⅱ4、连接销轴Ⅱ5、连杆Ⅲ6组成,本发明的优势主要体现在:食指采用硬橡胶模拟人手的动作,具备足够得硬度和强度而又不会对乳胶手套造成损伤。

本发明涉及一种乳胶手套成型的脱模手的食指。
背景技术
目前 国内医疗卫生用乳胶手套在生产乳化成型时尚无专用设备或工装可使用,必须采用人工脱模的方式。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于针对乳胶手套在生产乳化成型时必须采用人工脱模的方式的缺陷,提供一种一种乳胶手套成型的专用工装--脱模手的食指。为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:本发明涉及一种乳胶手套成型的脱模手的食指,包括球关节1、连杆Ⅰ2、连接销轴Ⅰ3、连杆Ⅱ4、连接销轴Ⅱ5、连杆Ⅲ6组成,其特征在于所述的一种乳胶手套成型的脱模手的食指的连杆Ⅰ2安装在球关节1的座内。所述的连接销轴Ⅰ3安装在连杆Ⅰ2和连杆Ⅱ4的销孔内。所述的连接销轴Ⅱ5安装在连杆Ⅱ4、和连杆Ⅲ6的销孔内。所述的连杆Ⅰ2、连杆Ⅱ4和连杆Ⅲ6材质是硬橡胶。
本发明的优势主要体现在:
食指采用硬橡胶模拟人手的动作,具备足够得硬度和强度而又不会对乳胶手套造成损伤。

1.本发明涉及一种乳胶手套成型的脱模手的食指,包括球关节1、连杆Ⅰ2、连接销轴Ⅰ3、连杆Ⅱ4、连接销轴Ⅱ5、连杆Ⅲ6组成,其特征在于所述的一种乳胶手套成型的脱模手的食指的连杆Ⅰ2安装在球关节1的座内。
