目前 国内医疗卫生用乳胶手套在生产乳化成型时尚无专用设备或工装可使用,必须采用人工脱模的方式。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于针对乳胶手套在生产乳化成型时必须采用人工脱模的方式的缺陷,提供一种一种乳胶手套成型的专用工装--脱模手的手臂。为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:本发明涉及一种乳胶手套成型的脱模手的手臂,包括球关节Ⅰ1、连杆2、球关节Ⅱ3组成,其特征在于所述的一种乳胶手套成型的脱模手的手臂的连杆2安装在球关节1的座内。所述的球关节Ⅱ连接在连杆2的另一端。所述的连杆2和球关节Ⅰ、球关节Ⅱ3的材质是硬橡胶。
本发明的优势主要体现在:
手臂采用硬橡胶模拟人手的动作,具备足够得硬度和强度而又不会对乳胶手套造成损伤。
