一种万应膏药，所述万应膏药为A组中草药原料加入茶籽植物油中熬制得药油后，再加入B组中草药原料粉剂和黄丹熬至滴水成珠后获得；所述的A组中草药原料按重量份数计包含以下组分：田七50重量份、生川乌30重量份、生草乌30重量份、生南星30重量份、生半夏30重量份、莪术40重量份、木瓜30重量份、牛黄20重量份、蟾蜍30重量份、碎补40重量份、川军(大黄)50重量份、牛七50重量份、威灵仙50重量份、地龙50重量份、土必50重量份、玉桂30重量份、乌梢蛇50重量份、泽兰50重量份、独活50重量份、秦艽50重量份、天麻50重量份、土茯苓50重量份、川芎40重量份、白芷40重量份和芍药50重量份；所述的B组中草药原料粉剂按重量份数计包含以下组分：乳香40重量份、红花50重量份、麝香20重量份和琥珀30重量份。
优选的，所述茶籽植物油与A组中草药原料的比例为500mL：(500～850)g；所述药油与B组中草药原料粉剂的比例为500mL：(20～38)g；所述药油与黄丹的比例为500mL：(120～240)g。
优选的，所述茶籽植物油为天然野生茶树的果实精制炼成的茶籽植物油。
上述万应膏药的制备方法，其具体步骤如下：
(1)将所述的田七、生川乌、生草乌、生南星、生半夏、莪术、木瓜、牛黄、蟾蜍、碎补、川军、牛七、威灵仙、地龙、土必、玉桂、乌梢蛇、泽兰、独活、秦艽、天麻、土茯苓、川芎、白芷、芍药、乳香、红花、麝香和琥珀等所有中草药原料分别用水单独浸泡，然后清洗干净，将各中草药原料内含有重金属的物质、杂质清洗干净，防止重金属污染影响药效，晾干备用；
(2)将茶籽植物油用武火熬至无水分，然后加入步骤(1)处理后的A组中草药原料并用文火熬30～36小时，至全部药渣成焦后，将药渣捞出，得到药油；
(3)将步骤(1)处理后的B组中草药原料粉剂的中草药原料研磨成粉末并用100目筛筛下至步骤(2)获得的药油中，药油的温度为240～300℃，然后在搅拌的状态下用100目筛筛下黄丹，下丹后保持温度继续搅拌20～30min至油滴水成珠，之后将膏药倒入20～25℃的水中，使膏药倾入集聚成整团，浸泡3～7天，并每日换清水数次除去火毒，即得到所述万应膏药。
优选的，按照南方天气计，制备万应膏药的季节为春夏季节28～33℃时，步骤(1)所述浸泡时间为3天；制备万应膏药的季节为秋冬季节22～28℃时，步骤(1)所述浸泡时间为6～7天。
优选的，按照南方天气计，制备万应膏药的季节为春夏季节28～33℃时，步骤(3)中每500mL药油下丹240克；制备万应膏药的季节为秋冬季节22～28℃时，步骤(3)中每500mL药油下丹120克。
下列为中草药药方分析：
田七：化瘀止血，消肿定痛，跌打损伤，瘀血消肿；
红花：活血，通经络及瘀恶血；
生川乌：石积、消痿风闭之功；
生草乌：去风散寒、破血化瘀、通络止痛；
生南星：散瘀、通络；
生半夏：散寒消肿，痛疸肿毒；
莪术：散瘀破积，通络；
木瓜：强筋健骨；
麝香：通九窍、温中散寒；
牛黄：清热解毒、痛疸疗毒；
蟾蜍：治恶痛疸；
乳香：行气理血、消肿定痛，活血生肌；
碎补：滋补养胃、强筋健骨；
川军(大黄)：活血散瘀、消肿止痛；
牛七：四肢无力、膝痛不能屈伸；
威灵仙：化瘀消肿、宣风气通；
地龙：治中风、脚风；
土必：活血化瘀、疼痛胀痛；
琥珀：消肿瘀血、外伤及金疮；
玉桂：散寒、通九窍、利关节。
乌梢蛇：顽痹之风、遍身疥癣；
泽兰：通九窍、利关节、破瘀血、消痛肿；
独活：通达全身、风寒湿邪；
秦艽：去风湿、舒筋活络；
天麻：风寒麻痹，强筋骨；
土茯苓：去风湿、利关节、利水；
川芎：定活络之痛，去风湿；
白芷：散风除湿、通窍止痛；
芍药：活血行瘀，跌打损伤。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述，但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
一种万应膏药，为A组中草药原料加入茶籽植物油中熬制得药油后，再加入B组中草药原料粉剂和黄丹熬至滴水成珠后获得，所述的A组中草药原料按重量份数计包含以下组分：田七50重量份、生川乌30重量份、生草乌30重量份、生南星30重量份、生半夏30重量份、莪术40重量份、木瓜30重量份、牛黄20重量份、蟾蜍30重量份、碎补40重量份、川军(大黄)50重量份、牛七50重量份、威灵仙50重量份、地龙50重量份、土必50重量份、玉桂30重量份、乌梢蛇50重量份、泽兰50重量份、独活50重量份、秦艽50重量份、天麻50重量份、土茯苓50重量份、川芎40重量份、白芷40重量份和芍药50重量份；所述的B组中草药原料粉剂按重量份数计包含以下组分：乳香40重量份、红花50重量份、麝香20重量份和琥珀30重量份；具体制备方法包括如下步骤：
(1)将上述(包括A组中草药原料和B组中草药原料粉剂的中草药原料)的所有中草药原料分别用水浸泡(制备本实施例时在广东茂名为冬季，温度约为22～28℃，浸泡7天)，然后清洗干净，将各中草药原料内含有重金属的物质、杂质清洗干净，防止重金属污染影响药效，晾干备用；
(2)将茶籽植物油用武火熬至无水分，然后加入步骤(1)处理后的A组中草药原料并用文火熬30～36小时，至全部药渣成焦后，将药渣捞出，得到药油；
所述茶籽植物油与A组中草药原料的比例是500mL:500g；
(3)将步骤(1)处理后的B组中草药原料粉剂的中草药原料研磨成粉末并用100目筛筛下至步骤(2)获得的药油中，所述药油与B组中草药原料粉剂的比例为500mL：20g，药油的温度为240℃，然后在搅拌的状态下用100目筛筛下黄丹(制备本实施例时在广东茂名为冬季，温度约为22～28℃，每500mL药油下丹120克)，下丹后保持温度继续搅拌30min至油滴水成珠，之后将膏药倒入25℃的水中，使膏药倾入集聚成整团，浸泡3天，并每日换清水数次除去火毒，即得到所述万应膏药。
为证明本发明万应膏药的治疗效果，将本实施例所制得的万应膏药应用于临床试验：
病例1：患者吴亚德48岁，属湛江吴川浅水镇双塘村，往高州人民医院治一年多无效，返回我所治疗，腿膝下浮肿，痛走路不能行走，经贴实施例1所制得的万应膏药后及配合内服中药治疗，一个月治愈。
病例2：黄海波，52岁，茂名市茂南区镇盛人，因关节突然肿痛，经市人民医院诊为“风湿性关节炎”，西药治疗无效，要求出院，不能走路。由家人陪来我所治疗，经用清热利湿消肿活血化瘀，通经止痛药结合贴实施例1所制得的万应膏药治疗，十五天痊愈，走路方便。
实施例2
一种万应膏药，为A组中草药原料加入茶籽植物油中熬制得药油后，再加入B组中草药原料粉剂和黄丹熬至滴水成珠后获得，所述的A组中草药原料按重量份数计包含以下组分：田七50重量份、生川乌30重量份、生草乌30重量份、生南星30重量份、生半夏30重量份、莪术40重量份、木瓜30重量份、牛黄20重量份、蟾蜍30重量份、碎补40重量份、川军(大黄)50重量份、牛七50重量份、威灵仙50重量份、地龙50重量份、土必50重量份、玉桂30重量份、乌梢蛇50重量份、泽兰50重量份、独活50重量份、秦艽50重量份、天麻50重量份、土茯苓50重量份、川芎40重量份、白芷40重量份和芍药50重量份；所述的B组中草药原料粉剂按重量份数计包含以下组分：乳香40重量份、红花50重量份、麝香20重量份和琥珀30重量份；具体制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)将上述(包括A组中草药原料和B组中草药原料粉剂的中草药原料)的所有中草药原料分别用水浸泡(制备本实施例时在广东茂名为夏季，温度约为28～33℃，浸泡3天)，然后清洗干净，将各中草药原料内含有重金属的物质、杂质清洗干净，防止重金属污染影响药效，晾干备用；
(2)将茶籽植物油用武火熬至无水分，然后加入步骤(1)处理后的A组中草药原料并用文火熬30～36小时，至全部药渣成焦后，将药渣捞出，得到药油；
所述茶籽植物油与A组中草药原料的比例是500mL:850g；
(3)将步骤(1)处理后的B组中草药原料粉剂的中草药原料研磨成粉末并用100目筛筛下至步骤(2)获得的药油中，所述药油与B组中草药原料粉剂的比例为500mL：38g，药油的温度为300℃，然后在搅拌的状态下用100目筛筛下黄丹(制备本实施例时在广东茂名为夏季，温度约为28～33℃，每500mL药油下丹240克)，下丹后保持温度继续搅拌20min至油滴水成珠，之后将膏药倒入20℃的水中，使膏药倾入集聚成整团，浸泡7天，并每日换清水数次除去火毒，即得到所述万应膏药。
为证明本发明所述万应膏药的治疗效果，将本实施例所制得的万应药膏应用于临床试验：
病例3：曾亚火，62岁，市区新福路，患者颈部，左肩臂痛，手麻胀已2年，颈部不适，经理论为指导，医疗实践中认真探索，结合贴实施例2所制得的万应膏药治疗一个月痊愈，疗效颇感满意。
病例4：张亚水，54岁，市区文明路，患者右肩关节疼痛，穿衣服困难，上举、旋后外展活动障碍，经医院用封闭治疗后用针灸，效果无效。后到我所治疗，采用清热利湿养血通经治疗。结合实施例2所制得的万应膏药，一个月，肩关节功能完全恢复正常。
本发明万应膏药治疗的患者甚多，现本发明万应膏药不仅在广东、广西各地用到者，赞得异口同声，许多患者也来购买，货源供不应求。事例甚多，不能一一举例。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式，但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制，其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化，均应为等效的置换方式，都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种万应膏药，其特征在于，所述万应膏药为A组中草药原料加入茶籽植物油中熬制得药油后，再加入B组中草药原料粉剂和黄丹熬至滴水成珠后获得；所述的A组中草药原料按重量份数计由以下组分组成：田七50重量份、生川乌30重量份、生草乌30重量份、生南星30重量份、生半夏30重量份、莪术40重量份、木瓜30重量份、牛黄20重量份、蟾蜍30重量份、碎补40重量份、川军50重量份、牛七50重量份、威灵仙50重量份、地龙50重量份、土必50重量份、玉桂30重量份、乌梢蛇50重量份、泽兰50重量份、独活50重量份、秦艽50重量份、天麻50重量份、土茯苓50重量份、川芎40重量份、白芷40重量份和芍药50重量份；所述的B组中草药原料粉剂按重量份数计由以下组分组成：乳香40重量份、红花50重量份、麝香20重量份和琥珀30重量份；所述万应膏药用于治疗风湿性关节炎或关节疼痛。
2.根据权利要求1所述的万应膏药，其特征在于，所述茶籽植物油与A组中草药原料的比例为500mL：(500～850)g；所述药油与B组中草药原料粉剂的比例为500mL：(20～38)g；所述药油与黄丹的比例为500mL：(120～240)g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的万应膏药，其特征在于，所述茶籽植物油为由天然野生茶树的果实精制炼成的茶籽植物油。
4.权利要求1至3任一项所述万应膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，具体步骤如下：
(1)将所述A组和B组的所有中草药原料分别用水浸泡，然后清洗干净，晾干备用；
(2)将茶籽植物油用武火熬至无水分，然后加入步骤(1)处理后的A组中草药原料并用文火熬30～36小时，至全部药渣成焦后，将药渣捞出，得到药油；
(3)将步骤(1)处理后的B组中草药原料粉剂的中草药原料研磨成粉末并用100目筛筛下至步骤(2)获得的药油中，药油的温度为240～300℃，然后在搅拌的状态下用100目筛筛下黄丹，下丹后保持温度继续搅拌20～30min至油滴水成珠，之后将膏药倒入20～25℃的水中，使膏药倾入集聚成整团，浸泡3～7天，并每日换清水数次除去火毒，即得到所述万应膏药。
5.根据权利要求4所述的万应膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，按照南方天气计，制备万应膏药的季节为春夏季节28～33℃时，步骤(1)所述浸泡时间为3天；制备万应膏药的季节为秋冬季节22～28℃时，步骤(1)所述浸泡时间为6～7天。
