Abstract

Description
发明背景
本发明涉及一种服务器机柜,更具体地说,涉及一种具有内嵌设置的前后梁和可拆装的竖向支柱的服务器机柜。
服务器机柜是本技术领域众所周知的。例如,转让给美国电力转换公司(American Power Conversion corporation)(位于美国罗德岛的西金士顿)的美国专利第7,293,666号披露了一种服务器机柜。但是,那种服务器机柜没有内嵌设置的前后梁和可拆装的竖向支柱。
所以,需要有一种有内嵌设置的前后梁和可拆装的竖向支柱的服务器机柜。
发明内容
提供一种用于机柜的框架。这种框架包括侧向横梁、连接于侧向横梁的前后梁、以及连接于侧向横梁的竖向支柱。相对于竖向支柱,前后梁是内嵌设置的,因而形成沿着这种框架的侧面的电缆敷设区域。

本发明的详细说明
如图1-3所示,服务器机柜100包括机柜框架200(图4-16)、设备轨道300A、300B(图17-31)、前门400(图32-37)、后门500(图38-43)、侧门600(图44-52)、以及顶盖700(图53-61)。
如图4所示,机柜框架200包括各前后梁210、各顶部和底部侧向横梁220A、220B、各竖向支柱230、以及各表面板条240。
如图5所示,各前后梁210和顶部侧向横梁220A连接成顶框250A。类似地,各前后梁210和底部侧向横梁220B连接成底框250B。优选的是,用诸如铆接和焊接的永久性连接方式把前后梁210永久地连接于侧向横梁220A、220B,但也可以设想,用诸如螺母和螺栓或螺钉的可拆装连接件把前后梁210可拆装地连接于侧向横梁220A、220B。
如图6和7所示,各竖向支柱230是连接于顶框和底框250A、250B,更具体地说,是连接于各侧向横梁220A、220B,而形成机柜框架200。优选的是,用诸如螺母和螺栓或螺钉的可拆装连接件把各竖向支柱230可拆装地连接于各侧向横梁220A、220B,但也可以设想,用诸如铆接和焊接的永久性连接方式把各竖向支柱230永久地连接于侧向横梁220A、220B。盖板232是用诸如螺母和螺栓或螺钉的可拆装连接件可拆装地连接于各竖向支柱230,在其被拆下时,可提供通向机柜框架组件开孔234的通路。此外,在盖板232被装上时,它可作为把多个机柜排成一排的靠挡。
另外,表面板条240是用诸如螺母和螺栓或螺钉的可拆装连接件可拆装地连接于各侧向横梁220A、220B和各竖向支柱230,但同样也可以设想,用诸如铆接和焊接的永久性连接方式把表面板条240永久地连接于侧向横梁220A、220B。优选的是,表面板条240可给机柜框架200,更具体地说,是给各侧向横梁220A、220B和各竖向支柱230提供附加的刚性。盖板242是用诸如螺母和螺栓或螺钉的可拆装连接件可拆装地连接于表面板条240,并最终连接于侧向横梁220A,在其被拆下时,可提供通向电缆敷设开孔224、244的通路。
优选的是,在发运服务器机柜100之前,例如在工厂里先组装成顶框250A和底框250B。但是,各竖向支柱230和表面板条240、以及设备轨道300、前门400、后门500、侧门600、以及顶盖700都可以在服务器机柜100运输之后组装,例如在一个数据中心或在位于数据中心附近的远程组装设施进行组装,这可减小运输体积,且因此降低服务器机柜100的运输费用,而又不会明显地影响组装时间。
如图8-10所示,各前和后脚轮260A、260B和调平腿270是连接于底框250B,更具体地说,是连接于底部侧向横梁220B。优选的是,各后脚轮260B和调平腿270是可转动地连接于底框250B,更具体地说,是连接于底部侧向横梁220B,这有助于服务器机柜100的定位和调平,但同样也可以设想,把各前脚轮260A单独地或与各后脚轮260b相组合地可转动地连接于底框250B,更具体地说,是连接于底部侧向横梁220B,这进一步有助于服务器机柜100的定位。
如图11和12所示,相对于各竖向支柱230,更具体地说,是相对于侧向横梁220A、220B与竖向支柱230的交接处,各前后梁210是内嵌设置的,这就形成了沿着机柜框架200的侧面的、例如在由设备轨道300A、300B所定义的设备安装区域290与侧门600的侧门板610A、610B之间的电缆敷设区域280。
随着服务器机柜100的宽度例如从600mm(图11和12)增大到700mm(图13和14)和800mm(图15和16),电缆敷设区域280的宽度也增大,而设备安装区域290的宽度保持相同。
如图17-19和28-31所示,设备轨道300A、300B连接于机柜框架200,更具体地说,是连接于顶框和底框250A和250B的前后梁210。优选的是,设备轨道300A、300B是可调整的。就是说,设备轨道300A、300B是用诸如螺母和螺栓或螺钉的可拆装连接件可拆装地连接于机柜框架200,更具体地说,是连接于顶框和底框250A和250B的各前后梁210。
例如,如图19和31所示,设备轨道300A、300B包括翼形螺母310和安装螺栓320。翼形螺母310有翼312,用于将翼形螺母310穿过在前后梁210里的顶面开孔212定位并使翼形螺母310与前后梁210上的侧面开孔214对准。另外,翼形螺母310包括倒刺314,用于使翼形螺母310固定于前后梁210并使设备轨道300接地于机柜框架200。
如图20和21所示,在翼形螺母310和安装螺栓320啮合并拧紧时,设备轨道300A、300B就被紧固于前后梁210。但是,在翼形螺母310和安装螺栓320啮合了但还没拧紧时,设备轨道300A、300B可沿着前后梁210上的细长开孔214滑动,这允许把设备轨道300A、300B沿着前后梁210上的细长开孔214定位在任何数量的位置处。
根据设备轨道300A、300B的位置,可以在例如服务器机柜100的正面和服务器机柜100的背面,设置附加的电缆敷设区域280。
还有,如图19和31所示,设备轨道300A、300B包括刚性增强板330,其用诸如螺母和螺栓或螺钉的可拆装连接件可拆装地连接于设备轨道300A、300B,但同样也可以设想,用诸如铆接和焊接的永久性连接方式把增强板330永久地连接于设备轨道300A、300B。或者,可以把设备轨道300A、300B和增强板330成形为整体。
如图22-27所示,设备轨道300B包括多个安装开孔340,用于把诸如服务器、接插板、和开关之类的电子设备安装在服务器机柜100里,并且设备轨道300B是构造成接纳附件支架,诸如接插板盒安装架350和电缆管理指安装架360,用于把接插板盒352和电缆管理指362之类的附件安装在服务器机柜100里,更具体地说,是安装在服务器机柜100的电缆敷设区域280里。
例如,如图22-24所示,设备轨道300B包括接插板盒安装架350,用于把接插板盒352安装于设备轨道300B。如图24所示,接插板盒安装架350是用诸如螺母和螺栓或螺钉的可拆装连接件可拆装地连接于设备轨道300B,但同样也可以设想,用诸如铆接和焊接之类永久性连接方式把接插板盒安装架350永久地连接于设备轨道300B。或者,可以把设备轨道300B和接插板盒安装架350成形为整体。接插板盒352卡扣配合于接插板盒的壳354,而接插板盒的壳354又卡扣配合于接插板盒安装架350。照此,接插板盒的壳354可被快速而容易地从接插板盒安装架350上拆下来,而提供通向接插板盒352的更大通路。
或者,如图25-27所示,设备轨道300B包括电缆管理指安装架360,用于把电缆管理指362安装于设备轨道300B。如图27所示,电缆管理指安装架360是用诸如螺母和螺栓或螺钉的可拆装连接件可拆装地连接于设备轨道300B,但同样也可以设想,用诸如铆接和焊接的永久性连接方式把电缆管理指安装架360永久地连接于设备轨道300B。或者,可将设备轨道300B和电缆管理指安装架360成形为整体。电缆管理指362卡扣配合于电缆管理指安装架360。
如图28-31所示,设备轨道300A包括多个安装开孔340,用于把诸如服务器、接插板、和开关之类的电子设备安装在服务器机柜100里,并且设备轨道300A构造成可接纳空白挡板,诸如水平空白挡板(未示)和竖向空白挡板370,水平空白挡板典型地是用安装开孔340安装于设备轨道300A,竖向空白挡板370用于密封服务器机柜100的敞开区域而将冷的进入空气和热的排出空气隔开。
例如,如图28-31所示,设备轨道300A包括竖向的空白挡板370。如图30所示,竖向的空白挡板370用诸如螺母和螺栓或螺钉的可拆装连接件可拆装地连接于设备轨道300A,但同样也可以设想,用诸如铆接和焊接的永久性连接方式把竖向的空白挡板370永久地连接于设备轨道300A。或者,把设备轨道300A和竖向的空白挡板370成形为整体。此外,把竖向的空白挡板370可拆装地连接于竖向支柱230可给机柜框架200,更具体地说,是给竖向支柱230提供附加的刚性。
如图32和34所示,前门400包括前门门板410,其可转动地连接于机柜框架200,更具体地说,是连接于表面板条240,最终连接于竖向支柱230,并且可从关闭位置(图32)转到打开位置(图34)。此外,如图36和37所示,前门门板410是可拆装地连接于机柜框架200并包括弹簧加载的铰链销420,以便于它的快速而容易的装上和拆下。
如图38和40所示,后门500包括后门门板510,其可转动地连接于机柜框架200,更具体地说,是连接于表面板条240,最终连接于竖向支柱230,并且可从关闭位置(图38)转到打开位置(图40)。此外,如图42和43所示,后门门板510可拆装地连接于机柜框架200并包括凸缘520,用以阻止后门门板510在其打开时被拆下来。

如图53-55所示,顶盖700用诸如螺母和螺栓或螺钉的可拆装连接件可拆装地连接于机柜框架200,更具体地说,连接于顶框250A的前后梁210和侧向横梁220A以及竖向支柱230,并包括数据电缆开孔720和电力电缆开孔730,开孔720设置在服务器机柜100的侧面以上并且例如配有孔眼护圈722和孔眼盖724,开孔730是设置在服务器机柜100的背面以上并且例如配有顶出件(knock-outs)732。
随着服务器机柜100的宽度例如从600mm(图56和57)增大到700mm(图58和59)和800mm(图60和61),可增大数据电缆开孔720的宽度,例如以适应电缆敷设区域280的附加宽度。
在本发明的某些实施例中,可在机柜框架200上,例如在开孔224、244里,安装诸如门位置传感器和环境传感器(例如温度传感器、湿度传感器、等等)之类的传感器(未示)。
在本发明的某些实施例中,例如可在开孔224、244里安装诸如泛达(Panduit)公司的模块化插孔(未示出),以便于安装在门上的诸如手柄、键盘、读出器、以及传感器之类的电子器件的便捷连接和脱接。

Claims (20)
1.一种用于机柜的框架,包括:
侧向横梁;
前后梁,所述前后梁连接于所述侧向横梁;以及
竖向支柱,所述竖向支柱连接于所述侧向横梁,
其中,所述前后梁相对于所述竖向支柱内嵌设置,从而形成沿着所述框架的侧面的电缆敷设区域。
2.如权利要求1所述的框架,其特征在于,所述竖向支柱可拆装地连接于所述侧向横梁。
3.如权利要求1所述的框架,其特征在于,所述前后梁相对于所述侧向横梁和所述竖向支柱的交接处内嵌设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的框架,其特征在于,所述前后梁垂直于所述侧向横梁,以及所述竖向支柱是垂直于所述前后梁和所述侧向横梁。
5.如权利要求1所述的框架,其特征在于,所述侧向横梁包括电缆敷设开孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的框架,其特征在于,还包括可拆装地连接于所述侧向横梁并与所述电缆敷设开孔对准的盖板。

11.如权利要求10所述的框架,其特征在于,还包括可拆装地连接于所述表面板条并与所述表面板条开孔对准的盖板。
12.如权利要求1所述的框架,其特征在于,还包括可拆装地连接于所述前后梁的设备轨道。
13.如权利要求12所述的框架,其特征在于,还包括可拆装地连接于所述设备轨道的附件支架以及可拆装地连接于所述附件支架的至少一个附件。
14.如权利要求13所述的框架,其特征在于,所述附件包括接插板盒。
15.如权利要求13所述的框架,其特征在于,所述附件包括电缆管理指。
16.如权利要求12所述的框架,其特征在于,还包括可拆装地连接于所述设备轨道和所述竖向支柱的竖向空白挡板。
17.如权利要求1所述的框架,其特征在于,还包括可拆装地连接于所述前后梁、所述侧向横梁和所述竖向支柱中至少一个的顶盖,其中,所述顶盖包括与所述电缆敷设区域对准的至少一个电缆敷设开孔。
18.如权利要求17所述的框架,其特征在于,还包括可转动地连接于所述顶盖和所述竖向支柱的侧板。
19.如权利要求1所述的框架,其特征在于,还包括连接于所述侧向横梁的脚轮。
