背景技术
纺织工艺流程主要包括：清棉、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、捻线、摇线。其中、细纱工序主要任务: 1．牵伸：将粗纱拉细到所需细度，使纤维伸直平行。 2．加捻：将须条加以捻回，成为具有一定捻度、一定强力的细纱。3.卷绕：将加捻后的细纱卷绕在筒管上。 4．成型：制成一定大小和形状的管纱，便于搬运及后工序加工。 其中加捻过程中绞线工艺复杂，很需要人工费事，并且需要人看管，费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足，提供一种结构简单，设计合理、使用方便的一种重力感应的绞线机，它采用在细线盘上装有重力感应器，通过重力感应器测量细线的重量，从而自动控制绞线机，它具有使用方便，操作简单，实用性强。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
本发明所述的一种重力感应的绞线机，包括转轴电机1、转轴2、细线盘3、固定模块6、线槽7、电机盘8和绞线盘9，其特征在于，它还包括控制模块10和电磁阀11，所述转轴电机1与转轴2相连接，装在细线盘3的底部，转轴2与细线盘3焊接在一起，所述细线盘3上装有细线柱5，细线柱5下面连有重力传感器4，所述线槽7在固定模块6上，电机盘8安装在绞线盘9与固定模块7之间，电磁阀11和控制模块10与重力传感器4相连。
进一步地，所述细线盘3的重力传感器4与细线柱5为若干个；
进一步地，所述绞线盘9上装有转轴电机与转轴。
进一步地，所述重力传感器选自LPS-30kg、LPS-35kg、LPS-60kg、H3-C3-25kg-3B、H3-50kg-3B、H3-25kg中的一种
采用上述结构后，本发明有益效果为：本发明它在细线盘上装有重力传感器，通过重力传感器来监控细线盘上细线柱的细线重量，从而达到控制绞线机的目的，这种方式省事省力，而且不给人工，它具有使用方便，操作简单，实用性好。

如图1所示，本发明所述的一种重力感应的绞线机，包括转轴电机1、转轴2、细线盘3、固定模块6、线槽7、电机盘8和绞线盘9，其特征在于，它还包括控制模块10和电磁阀11，所述转轴电机1与转轴2相连接，装在细线盘3的底部，转轴2与细线盘3焊接在一起，所述细线盘3上装有细线柱5，细线柱5下面连有重力传感器4，所述线槽7在固定模块6上，电机盘8安装在绞线盘9与固定模块7之间，电磁阀11和控制模块10与重力传感器4相连。
进一步地，所述细线盘3的重力传感器4与细线柱5为若干个；
