技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆涂料及其制备方法,特别涉及一种红木底漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
红木家具(英文学名:Mahogany furniture)始于明朝。其外观形体简朴对称,天然材色和纹理宜人。红木主要采用中国家具制造的雕刻、榫卯、镶嵌、曲线等传统工艺,即不用任何铁钉和胶粘剂。所以红木家具的造型和工艺中明显的民族性是对许多收藏者最有吸引力的部分,很多人称红木家具为人文家具、艺术家具。
底漆,是指直接涂到物体表面作为面漆坚实基础的涂料。根据涂装要求可分为头道底漆、二道底漆等。底漆是油漆系统的第一层,用于提高面漆的附着力、增加面漆的丰满度、提供抗碱性、提供防腐功能等,同时可以保证面漆的均匀吸收,使油漆系统发挥最佳效果,提高面漆的装饰性。红木因其具有独特的红色和材质而被广泛用于各种高档家具和其他装饰品,因此,对红木进行处理的底漆对透明性的要求极高,现有红木底漆普遍存在的不足是透明度较差,硬度偏低,流平性差,打磨性差,起粉不好,填充性不理想,直接作为面漆使用时丰满度较差。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种红木底漆,从而克服现有底漆透明度差、打磨性差、流平性差的缺点。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种红木底漆的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种红木底漆,按重量份数计包括以下组分:滑石粉10~15份、石英粉15~35份、消泡剂1~2份、流平剂0.1~0.5份、防沉剂0.5~1份、膨润土0.5~1份、催干剂1~2份、硬脂酸锌5~10份、环氧大豆油1~2份、短油醇酸树脂40~70份。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述的红木底漆,按重量份数计包括以下组分:滑石粉13份、石英粉25份、消泡剂1份、流平剂0.3份、防沉剂0.6份、膨润土0.7份、催干剂2份、硬脂酸锌6份、环氧大豆油1份、短油醇酸树脂50份。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述的流平剂为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述的催干剂为二丁基锡二月桂酸酯。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述的环氧树脂为双酚A环氧树脂。
一种制备红木底漆的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述的份数将滑石粉、石英粉、流平剂、防沉剂、膨润土、催干剂、硬脂酸锌、环氧大豆油、短油醇酸树脂混合均匀,
(2)在移除加入消泡剂和催干剂,混合均匀;
(3)用孔径200目的过滤网过滤即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明的红木底漆,透明度好,硬度适中,流平性好,易打磨,起粉好,手感好,制备本发明红木底漆的方法简单,便于操作,易于掌握。

实施例1
一种红木底漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述的份数将滑石粉13份、石英粉25份、流平剂0.3份、防沉剂0.6份、膨润土0.7份、硬脂酸锌6份、环氧大豆油1份、短油醇酸树脂50份置入混合均匀,
(2)在移除加入消泡剂1份和催干剂2份,混合均匀;
(3)用孔径200目的过滤网过滤即可。
实施例2
一种红木底漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述的份数将滑石粉10份、石英粉15份、流平剂0.1份、防沉剂0.5份、膨润土0.5份、硬脂酸锌5份、环氧大豆油1份、短油醇酸树脂40份置入混合均匀,
(2)在移除加入消泡剂1份和催干剂1份,混合均匀;
(3)用孔径200目的过滤网过滤即可。
实施例3
一种红木底漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述的份数将滑石粉15份、石英粉35份、流平剂0.5份、防沉剂1份、膨润土1份、硬脂酸锌10份、环氧大豆油2份、短油醇酸树脂70份置入混合均匀,
(2)在移除加入消泡剂2份和催干剂2份,混合均匀;
(3)用孔径200目的过滤网过滤即可。
通过上述实施例制得的红木底漆进行性能检测,如表1:
如表1所示,本发明的红木底漆成品细度≤25μm,硬度适中,透明度好,流平性好,易打磨,起粉好,手感好,喷涂后快速流平,遮盖力强。

1.一种红木底漆,其特征在于,按重量份数计包括以下组分:滑石粉10~15份、石英粉15~35份、消泡剂1~2份、流平剂0.1~0.5份、防沉剂0.5~1份、膨润土0.5~1份、催干剂1~2份、硬脂酸锌5~10份、环氧大豆油1~2份、短油醇酸树脂40~70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的红木底漆,其特征在于,所述按重量份数计包括以下组分:滑石粉13份、石英粉25份、消泡剂1份、流平剂0.3份、防沉剂0.6份、膨润土0.7份、催干剂2份、硬脂酸锌6份、环氧大豆油1份、短油醇酸树脂50份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的红木底漆,其特征在于,所述的流平剂为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。
4.根据权利要求2所述的红木底漆,其特征在于,所述的催干剂为二丁基锡二月桂酸酯。
5.根据权利要求2所述的红木底漆,其特征在于,所述的环氧树脂为双酚A环氧树脂。
6.一种制备权利要求1所述红木底漆的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述的份数将滑石粉、石英粉、流平剂、防沉剂、膨润土、催干剂、硬脂酸锌、环氧大豆油、短油醇酸树脂混合均匀,
(2)在移除加入消泡剂和催干剂,混合均匀;
(3)用孔径200目的过滤网过滤即可。
