本发明涉及电子产品加工技术,具体说是一种刷在电子产品表面的铁灰色不反光油墨。
背景技术
软性FPC天线的一般需要通过涂上油墨进行保护及美化修饰。目前大多数的软性FPC天线的涂色效果都般存在反光、耀眼等缺点,与手机壳等部件的色调匹配起来效果较差,影响手机外观的整体视觉效果。
技术手段
本发明的目的就是要解决上述技术问题,提供一种适合为软性FPC天线上色的铁灰色不反光油墨。
技术手段:本发明公开了一种铁灰色不反光油墨,该油墨由重量份数为42.5%~43.1%的GAP120主剂、28.2%~29.0%的GAP710主剂、6.9%~7.3%的D固化剂、3.4%~3.8%的消光粉和17.6%~18.2%的T980稀释剂混合构成。
优选的,该油墨由重量份数为42.9%的GAP120主剂、28.6%的GAP710主剂、7.1%的D固化剂、3.6%的消光粉和17.8%的T980稀释剂混合构成。
有益效果:本发明公开的油墨具有不反光、不耀眼等特点,可以使软性FPC天线的色调与手机壳等部件更好的匹配,使手机的整体外观更加美观和谐。
