Abstract

一种连铸机用闸门,包括闸门框架、闸门板,所述闸门板包括壳体,壳体腔室内由内往外依次设置有耐火材料层、碳化硅层,所述壳体表面材质为不锈钢板,闸门框架上沿设置凹槽与闸门板内表面上设置的凸棱配接的,闸门板左侧设置有铰接装置与闸门框架铰接,右侧闸门框架设置有开启装置,所述开启装置包括千金顶、与闸门板右侧固结的导向套以及闸门框架上的定位圆槽。通过对连铸机闸门的结构进行改进,将闸门改成复合式结构,大大降低了制作成本,并且大大延长了使用寿命,有待防止铜液外溢,烫坏结晶轮。

技术领域
本发明涉及连铸机闸门制作领域。
背景技术
现有技术的连铸机闸门一般为整体碳化硅材质,其原料价格便宜并且耐热性能好,进货方便,但由于其材质的脆性,容易在使用过程中出现断裂,使用寿命较短有待改进,为了解决这一技术问题,本领域技术人员想到用不锈钢板来制作闸门,但不锈钢板价格较贵,制作成本较高,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种制作成本低,使用寿命长,并有效结合两种材质优点的连铸机用闸门。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种连铸机用闸门,包括闸门框架、闸门板,其特征在于所述闸门板包括壳体,壳体腔室内由内往外依次设置有耐火材料层、碳化硅层,所述壳体表面材质为不锈钢板,闸门框架上沿设置凹槽与闸门板内表面上设置的凸棱配接的,闸门板左侧设置有铰链与闸门框架铰接,右侧闸门框架设置有开启装置,所述开启装置包括千金顶、与闸门板右侧固结的导向套以及闸门框架上的定位圆槽。
作为优选,所述开启装置设置有上下两个。
作为优选,所述壳体腔室内设置有一条分隔板,所述耐火材料层、碳化硅层分别插于分隔板的上下面。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过对连铸机闸门的结构进行改进,将闸门改成复合式结构,大大降低了制作成本,并且大大延长了使用寿命,有待防止铜液外溢,烫坏结晶轮。

一种连铸机用闸门,包括闸门框架001、闸门板002,所述闸门板002包括壳体021,所述壳体021腔室内设置有一条分隔板022,所述耐火材料层023、碳化硅层024分别插于分隔板022的上下面,所述壳体021表面材质为不锈钢板,闸门框架001上沿设置凹槽011与闸门板002内表面上设置的凸棱025配接的,闸门板002左侧设置有铰链与闸门框架001铰接,右侧闸门框架001设置有上下两个开启装置003,所述开启装置003包括千金顶031、与闸门板002右侧固结的导向套032以及闸门框架001上的定位圆槽033。

1.一种连铸机用闸门,包括闸门框架、闸门板,其特征在于所述闸门板包括壳体,壳体腔室内由内往外依次设置有耐火材料层、碳化硅层,所述壳体表面材质为不锈钢板,闸门框架上沿设置凹槽与闸门板内表面上设置的凸棱配接的,闸门板左侧设置有铰链与闸门框架铰接,右侧闸门框架设置有开启装置,所述开启装置包括千金顶、与闸门板右侧固结的导向套以及闸门框架上的定位圆槽。
