Abstract

本发明公开了一种人造板甲醛吸附固定剂,包括组分A和组分B,按照重量份,组分A包括:200目的硅藻土90~95份、硅烷偶联剂2~4份、脲素3~8份;组分B包括:磷酸盐缓冲盐水40~60份、固体硫酸铵35~55份、液体石蜡2~5份。组分A、组分B分别独立储存,不能混合。组分A在人造板生产过程中直接添加到胶黏剂中,占胶黏剂重量的4~5%,组分B直接喷洒到人造板表面,喷洒量为40~50g/m2。本发明还提供了一种上述人造板甲醛吸附固定剂的制备方法。本发明的人造板甲醛吸附固定剂能高效吸附及固定人造板甲醛、有效降低游离甲醛释放量,使板材环保等级达到E0级。

Description

一种人造板甲醛吸附固定剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及人造板领域,具体涉及一种高效的人造板甲醛吸附固定剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
人造板是以木材、竹材以及其它植物为原料,添加胶黏剂并通过一定的成型工艺制备的板材,可广泛应用于家具制造及室内装修等领域。目前,人造板生产采用的胶黏剂主要是脲醛树脂胶、酚醛树脂胶等醛类胶黏剂,人造板生产和使用过程中会释放游离甲醛,污染生产和生活环境,严重危害人类的健康。当前,市场上的人造板甲醛吸附及固定剂种类繁多,但吸附能力差,固定不持久,效果不佳。因此,发明一种高效的人造板甲醛吸附固定剂,有效降低人造板生产和使用过程中游离甲醛释放量,对我国人造板产业的发展具有重大现实意义。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能高效吸附及固定人造板甲醛、有效降低游离甲醛释放量的人造板甲醛吸附固定剂;还提供一种制备该吸附固定剂的方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案为:
一种人造板甲醛吸附固定剂,包括独立的吸附剂组分A和固定剂组分B,按照重量份,所述组分A包括:200目的硅藻土90~95份、硅烷偶联剂2~4份、脲素3~8份;所述组分B包括:磷酸盐缓冲盐水40~60份、固体硫酸铵35~55份、液体石蜡2~5份。
优选的,所述组分A在人造板生产过程中直接添加到胶黏剂中,占胶黏剂重量的4-5%,所述组分B直接喷洒到人造板表面,喷洒量为40~50g/m2
作为一种总的技术构思,本发明还提供一种上述人造板甲醛吸附固定剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:
吸附剂组分A:
将2~4份硅烷偶联剂均匀喷洒到90~95份200目的硅藻土表面,然后再将喷洒了硅烷偶联剂的硅藻土与3~8份脲素均匀混合,制得人造板甲醛吸附固定剂的组分A;
固定剂组分B:
将35~55份固体硫酸铵加入到40~60份磷酸盐缓冲盐水,充分搅拌30min,然后再向混合溶液中加入2~5份液体石蜡,充分搅拌,制得人造板甲醛吸附固定剂的组分B。
优选的,所述组分A、组分B分别独立储存,不能混合。
优选的,使用时组分A、组分B分别添加,其中组分A在人造板生产过程中直接添加到胶黏剂中,占胶黏剂重量的4~5%,组分B直接喷洒到人造板表面,喷洒量为40~50g/m2
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明的人造板甲醛吸附固定剂,包括甲醛吸附剂和固定剂两种组分,其中吸附剂组分A中的脲素可以在人造板热压过程中与胶黏剂中部分游离甲醛反应,硅藻土具有比表面积大、吸附能力强的特点,通过硅烷偶联剂的偶联作用,使硅藻土可以牢固地吸附在人造板胶黏剂中,吸附胶黏剂释放出来的游离甲醛;固定剂组分B中的磷酸盐缓冲盐水可以使硫酸铵长效地将人造板中的游离甲醛固定在人造板中,液体石蜡可以堵塞人造板中游离甲醛的释放途径。通过组分A和组分B的协同作用可以高效地降低人造板中游离甲醛的释放量。常规人造板甲醛吸附固定剂可以使板材环保等级达到E1级,本发明所述人造板甲醛吸附固定剂可以使板材环保等级达到E0级,且成本降低了20%左右。

为了便于理解本发明,下文将结合较佳的实施例对本发明作更全面、细致地描述,但本发明的保护范围并不限于以下具体的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种人造板甲醛吸附固定剂,包括独立的吸附剂组分A和固定剂组分B,按照重量份,组分A包括:200目的硅藻土90~95份;
硅烷偶联剂2~4份;
脲素3~8份;
组分B包括:磷酸盐缓冲盐水40~60份;
固体硫酸铵35~55份;
液体石蜡2~5份。
实施例 1
(1)将2份硅烷偶联剂均匀喷洒到90份200目硅藻土表面,然后再将8份脲素与喷洒了硅烷偶联剂的硅藻土均匀混合,制得人造板甲醛吸附固定剂的组分A。
(2)将55份固体硫酸铵加入到40份磷酸盐缓冲盐水,充分搅拌30min,然后再向混合溶液中加入5份液体石蜡,充分搅拌,制得人造板甲醛吸附固定剂的组分B。
(3)组分A、组分B分别独立储存,不能混合;其中组分A在人造板生产过程中直接添加到胶黏剂中,占胶黏剂重量的4%,组分B直接喷洒到人造板表面,喷洒量为50g/m2
实施例 2
(1)将4份硅烷偶联剂均匀喷洒到93份200目硅藻土表面,然后再将3份脲素与喷洒了硅烷偶联剂的硅藻土均匀混合,制得人造板甲醛吸附固定剂的组分A。
(2)将53份固体硫酸铵加入到43份磷酸盐缓冲盐水,充分搅拌30min,然后再向混合溶液中加入4份液体石蜡,充分搅拌,制得人造板甲醛吸附固定剂的组分B。
(3)组分A、组分B分别独立储存,不能混合;其中组分A在人造板生产过程中直接添加到胶黏剂中,占胶黏剂重量的5%,组分B直接喷洒到人造板表面,喷洒量为40g/m2

Claims (3)

1. 一种人造板甲醛吸附固定剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述人造板甲醛吸附固定剂包括独立的吸附剂组分A和固定剂组分B,按照重量份,所述组分A包括:200目的硅藻土90~95份、硅烷偶联剂2~4份、脲素3~8份;所述组分B包括:磷酸盐缓冲盐水40~60份、固体硫酸铵35~55份、液体石蜡2~5份;其制备的具体步骤为:
吸附剂组分A:
将2~4份硅烷偶联剂均匀喷洒到90~95份200目的硅藻土表面,然后再将喷洒了硅烷偶联剂的硅藻土与3~8份脲素均匀混合,制得人造板甲醛吸附固定剂的组分A;
固定剂组分B:
将35~55份固体硫酸铵加入到40~60份磷酸盐缓冲盐水,充分搅拌30min,然后再向混合溶液中加入2~5份液体石蜡,充分搅拌,制得人造板甲醛吸附固定剂的组分B。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述组分A、组分B分别独立储存,不能混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,使用时组分A、组分B分别添加,其中组分A在人造板生产过程中直接添加到胶黏剂中,占胶黏剂重量的4~5%,组分B直接喷洒到人造板表面,喷洒量为40~50g/m2
