技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及龟鹿二胶丸的提取方法和新用途。
背景技术
胆汁分泌不足会导致消化功能降低，影响饮食，特别时肉类食品更不能消化，见到油腻的食品会产生恶心厌食，不能闻到油烟味。胆汁分泌不足时还会出现腹部胀气、便秘、贫血、骨骼疏松人体抗氧化性能大减等症状表现。因此提高胆汁分泌的药物尤为重要。
发明内容
发明目的：为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供龟鹿二胶丸的提取方法和新用途。
技术方案：本发明的目的是通过如下的方案实现的：
龟鹿二胶丸在制备提高胆汁分泌药物中的应用。
龟鹿二胶丸由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：龟板胶20g、鹿角胶30g、盐制巴戟天80g、盐炒补骨脂40g、续断80g、盐炒杜仲80g、熟地黄140g、当归80g、白芍80g、枸杞子40g、五味子10g、山药165g、山茱萸103.8g、麦冬40g、芡实120g、肉桂20g、炮附片40g、牡丹皮103.8g、盐浸麸炒泽泻103.8g、茯苓103.8g。
龟鹿二胶丸的制备方法为：以上二十味，除龟板胶和鹿胶外，其余巴戟天等十八味粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀，取龟板胶和鹿角胶加白酒10ml蒸化，与炼蜜混匀，每100g粉末加炼蜜20～30g与适量的水，泛丸，干燥；或加炼蜜90～100g，制成大蜜丸或小蜜丸；即得。
本发明中原料均符合中国药典标准和炮制规范。
有益效果：龟鹿二胶丸能提高胆汁分泌。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例形式，对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明，但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例，凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
一、制备实施例
实施例1：称取龟板胶20g、鹿角胶30g、盐制巴戟天80g、盐炒补骨脂40g、续断80g、盐炒杜仲80g、熟地黄140g、当归80g、白芍80g、枸杞子40g、五味子10g、山药165g、山茱萸103.8g、麦冬40g、芡实120g、肉桂20g、炮附片40g、牡丹皮103.8g、盐浸麸炒泽泻103.8g、茯苓103.8g，以上二十味，除龟板胶和鹿胶外，其余巴戟天等十八味粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀，取龟板胶和鹿角胶加白酒10ml蒸化，与炼蜜混匀，每100g粉末加炼蜜20～30g与适量的水，泛丸，干燥，即得。
实施例2：称取龟板胶20g、鹿角胶30g、盐制巴戟天80g、盐炒补骨脂40g、续断80g、盐炒杜仲80g、熟地黄140g、当归80g、白芍80g、枸杞子40g、五味子10g、山药165g、山茱萸103.8g、麦冬40g、芡实120g、肉桂20g、炮附片40g、牡丹皮103.8g、盐浸麸炒泽泻103.8g、茯苓103.8g，以上二十味，除龟板胶和鹿胶外，其余巴戟天等十八味粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀，取龟板胶和鹿角胶加白酒10ml蒸化，与炼蜜混匀，每100g粉末加炼蜜90～100g，制成大蜜丸或小蜜丸；即得。
二、效果实施例：龟鹿二胶丸对大鼠肝脏蛋白质合成的研究
2.1实验动物：SD大鼠，南京医科大学实验动物中心，质量150g-180g。
2.2药品与试剂：龟鹿二胶丸按上述制备实施例中实施例1方法制备得到，阳性药：泰瑞特(利胆醇胶丸)，宜昌人福药业有限责任公司生产，批号：120306。
2.3实验方法：
2.3.1分组及处置：50只大鼠适应性喂养1周后，按体重分层，随机分为5组，每组10只：空白组、阳性药组、实施例1高剂量组、实施例1中剂量组、实施例1低剂量组，均饲喂普通饲料，给予各组大鼠相应的药物干预，其中空白组按lmL/100g给予蒸馏水灌胃，按生药量计算，实施例1高、中、低剂量组分别给予20g/kg、10g/kg、5g/kg，阳性对照药利胆醇0.25g/kg，每日一次，直至7日结束，大鼠腹腔注射水合氯醛300mg/kg麻醉后打开腹腔，以细塑料管作胆总管插管引流胆汁，稳定20min后，收集给药前30min的胆汁量。结果见表1。
2.3.2指标检测与观察：实验结束后处死各组大鼠(处死前禁食12h)，腹主动脉采血，采用全自动生化分析仪测定总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)，各项指标检测结果见表1。

2.3.3结果表明：本发明实施例1高、中、低剂量组能提高大鼠胆汁分泌，与空白组有显著性差异，说明本发明有良好的提高胆汁分泌效果。

1.龟鹿二胶丸在提高胆汁分泌药物中的应用，其特征在于，龟鹿二胶丸由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：龟板胶20g、鹿角胶30g、盐制巴戟天80g、盐炒补骨脂40g、续断80g、盐炒杜仲80g、熟地黄140g、当归80g、白芍80g、枸杞子40g、五味子10g、山药165g、山茱萸103.8g、麦冬40g、芡实120g、肉桂20g、炮附片40g、牡丹皮103.8g、盐浸麸炒泽泻103.8g、茯苓103.8g。
2.如权利要求1所述龟鹿二胶丸在提高胆汁分泌药物中的应用，其特征在于，龟鹿二胶丸的制备方法为：以上二十味，除龟板胶和鹿胶外，其余巴戟天等十八味粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀，取龟板胶和鹿角胶加白酒10ml蒸化，与炼蜜混匀，每100g粉末加炼蜜20～30g与适量的水，泛丸，干燥；或加炼蜜90～100g，制成大蜜丸或小蜜丸；即得。
