一种紫薇育苗的方法,包括圃地选择,还包括整地、播种前对种子的处理、播种、架棚与去棚、日常管理;本发明充分考虑了紫薇生长情况,通过多年的实践经验,采用高猛酸碱、赤霉素和萘乙酸对种植进行处理能有效的提高种子的萌发率和发芽势,同时利用大棚法,给幼苗一个有利的生长环境,增加植株的生长速度和植株的长势。

技术领域
本发明涉及苗圃育种领域,尤其涉及一种紫薇育苗方法。
背景技术
紫薇为千屈菜科紫薇属植物,是我国夏季重要的观花小乔木,紫薇花色有深红、浅红、白色、紫色等,其花团锦簇,景色艳丽,清香四溢,是园林绿化中不可多得的绿化树种,在园林绿化中越来越受到人们的重视。
但现有的育苗技术,往往出现种子萌发率低,育种不合理导致植株长势低矮,影响了观赏性。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种紫薇育苗的方法,包括圃地选择,还包括:
(1)整地:育苗的圃地在入冬前或土壤封冻前深翻一次,耕深30cm以上,每亩施有机农家肥1500-2000kg,来年开春后,充分细耕土壤,使土壤达到松软、颗粒细小和绒土充足,在田中修建多条平行的畦,畦宽1-1.2米,高20-25cm;
(2)播种前对种子的处理:播种前7天,用0.2%高锰酸钾浸泡消毒10-20h,后用清水冲洗干净后放入40~50℃温水中浸泡2~3天,种子入土前,先用420mg/L的赤霉素浸泡3-5分钟,后用13mg/L的萘乙酸喷洒种子,采用此种方法能有效的提高种子的萌发率,同时也能提高发芽势;
(3)播种:播种前对整理好的宽畦进行浇水,后将种子均匀的洒在宽畦上,后轻轻的洒上一层草木灰,再洒上一层绒土,草木灰的厚度为0.2mm,绒土的厚度为1mm;
(4)架棚与去棚:种子播完后,用竹条在宽畦上架设高为70cm的小棚,盖上塑料薄膜;当温度稳定回升到18℃后,选择阴雨天,即可去棚;
(5)日常管理:去棚后,及时清除幼苗间的杂草,去棚后7天,用2.5%敌杀死2500-3000倍液喷洒苗株,当苗株长到10-15cm时,进行定植,定植时,苗株之间的行间距保持在10cm。
本发明的有益效果:本发明充分考虑了紫薇生长情况,通过多年的实践经验,采用高锰酸钾、赤霉素和萘乙酸对种植进行处理能有效的提高种子的萌发率和发芽势,同时利用大棚法,给幼苗一个有利的生长环境,增加植株的生长速度和植株的长势。
