Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明的技术领域是具有可变的光漫射的电可操控装配玻璃的领域,并且更具体地是液晶装配玻璃的领域。本发明涉及电可操控的装配玻璃及其供电,所述装配玻璃在通过供电进行的交变电压的施加下能从漫射状态转变成透明状态。
背景技术
液晶装配玻璃的透明度在适当供电的效应下可以被修改。该透明度事实上与施加至装配玻璃的电压的幅度直接相关。于是控制穿过这样的装配玻璃而观看的能力,这使得能够在某个时间期间降低所述观看能力甚至阻挡它。这样的装配玻璃例如被用作在建筑物中两个房间之间或者在火车或飞机的两个舱室之间的内部隔墙。
液晶装配玻璃典型地包括液晶层,其被布置在与供电相连的第一电极和第二电极之间。液晶层由纯液晶和聚合物组成。当装配玻璃通过供电而被置于电压下时,纯液晶沿着优选轴而定向,并且其光学指数(indice optique)等于聚合物的光学指数,这导致使得能够观看的透明状态。断开电压,缺乏液晶的对准,在纯液晶与聚合物的光学指数之间的不一致使得装配玻璃漫射并且阻挡观看。Saint-Gobain Glass公司尤其在商业名称Privalite下商品化这样的液晶装配玻璃。
这些装配玻璃通常由正弦交变电压 来供电,其中频率f0例如为50Hz,并且称作运转幅度的幅度V0典型地约为数十伏特。穿过装配玻璃的透明度通过模糊(英文“haze”)水平来测量。图1示出了在模糊水平与幅度V0之间的关系。对于V0=0V,模糊水平接近于100%并且电可操控的液晶装配玻璃呈漫射状态。对于V0等于标称幅度Vnom,模糊水平为大约5%,并且装配玻璃呈透明状态。标称幅度Vnom取决于装配玻璃以及尤其是液晶层的固有特征。
在供电起动时,装配玻璃通常从对应于漫射状态的零电压转变成对应于透明或几乎透明状态的幅度电压V0=Vnom。同样地,在供电停止时,装配玻璃从电压V0=Vnom转变成零电压。
从漫射状态到透明状态以及相反地从透明状态到漫射状态的转变是即刻的,这可以被认为是视觉上突然的。
发明内容
本发明的目的提出了一种解决方案用于避免电可操控的液晶装配玻璃从漫射状态到透明状态和/或相反情况下的突然转变。
本发明还适用于其中电极是反射或半反射的情况,或还适用于其中反射或半反射元件被增添在衬底上的情况,并且因此还提出一种解决方案用于避免液晶装配玻璃从漫射状态到反射或半反射状态和/或在相反情况下的突然转变。
此外,本发明还适用于其中液晶层是着色的情况,并且因此还提出一种解决方案用于避免液晶装配玻璃从漫射状态到着色状态和/或在相反情况下的突然转变。
根据第一方面,本发明基本上涉及一种电可操控液晶装配玻璃,其包括承载有液晶元件的衬底(透明或如有必要则着色的,由玻璃或聚合物制成),所述液晶元件被布置在与供电相连的第一电极(透明)和第二电极之间,所述液晶元件能:
-从其中装配玻璃经受零电压的漫射状态,
-转变到透明和/或着色状态,其中装配玻璃经受具有所谓运转幅度的正弦交变电压,

凭借本发明,电可操控液晶装配玻璃经受其幅度逐渐增大和/或逐渐减小的电压。于是模糊水平随着幅度逐渐减小或增大,这在视觉上对于使用者而言是更舒适的,其可以顺着裸眼的过渡。起动或停止持续时间事实上被选择用于适应于眼睛的敏感性。
此外,从0V开始的起动电压,其还使得能够避免在起动供电时大的电流峰值,所述大电流峰值可能损坏装配玻璃。事实上,凭借本发明,在起动供电时装配玻璃端子上的电压并不即刻从0V转变到被包括在-V0和V0(正弦交变信号的幅度)之间的不受控的任意值V(t=0)。从零开始逐渐增大的起动电流i(t=0)因此既不损坏配电(英文“bus bar(汇流条)”)系统,也不损坏导电层又或液晶。
除了刚在前段中提及的主要特征之外,根据本发明的装配玻璃可以呈现在以下各项之中的、被单独地或根据技术上可能的组合而被考虑的一个或多个补充特征:
·起动电压的幅度线性增大和/或停止电压的幅度线性减小。线性增大事实上被认为是在视觉上对于使用者而言舒适的,并且实施起来相对简单。逐渐的增大有利地是恒定的(连续的),而不是呈阶梯状,并且在起动持续时间期间既不包括向已经达到的较低值的返回,也不包括稳定水平段。
·起动电压是伪正弦的,和/或停止电压是伪正弦的。
·起动电压和正弦交变电压具有基本上等同的频率,和/或停止电压和正弦交变电压具有基本上等同的频率。
·正弦交变运转电压的频率f0被包括在40Hz和5kHz之间。
·起动电压的频率,当该起动电压是伪正弦的时,被包括在40Hz和5kHz之间,和/或停止电压的频率,当该停止电压是伪正弦的时,被包括在40Hz和5kHz之间。
·起动电压是多项式或线性的,和/或停止电压是多项式或线性的。
·在起动持续时间结束时,电可操控装配玻璃的模糊小于10%、并且优选地小于或等于5%。
·在起动持续时间结束时,装配玻璃的光透射(TL)为至少70%、甚至80%或90%,并且在存在反射元件时,光反射(RL)为至少50%甚至70%。

根据第二方面,本发明涉及诸如前述的电可操控装配玻璃的供电方法,包括以下接连步骤:
-激活供电的步骤,
-如有必要则对起动持续时间的调节步骤,
-向装配玻璃施加其幅度在起动持续时间期间从零逐渐增大直到运转幅度的起动电压的步骤,
-去活供电的步骤,
-如有必要则向装配玻璃施加其幅度在至少0.1秒的停止持续时间期间从运转幅度逐渐减小直到零的停止电压的步骤。
根据第三方面,本发明涉及根据本发明的电可操控装配玻璃的供电设备,包括连接到自动调节装置的开关,所述自动调节装置被适配用于经由机载软件而在激活开关之后开始的起动持续时间期间将起动电压的幅度从零逐渐增大直到运转幅度。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及用于电可操控液晶装配玻璃VITR的供电ALIM。在本描述的下文中,将V(t)标注为通过供电ALIM而递送到装配玻璃VITR的电压。
如之前解释的,装配玻璃VITR包括被布置在第一电极和第二电极之间的液晶层。在所描述的实施例中,第一电极和第二电极是透明的并且在如有必要则上色的透明衬底(典型地为聚合物或玻璃)上,装配玻璃VITR于是能在电压V(t)的效应下从漫射状态转变到透明(或几乎透明)状态。装配玻璃VITR:
-当其没有经受任何电压时、即当电压V(t)为零时处于漫射状态中,以及
-当电压V(t)为正弦交变电压时处于透明状态中(透明度为例如至少70%)。
因此有:V(t)=Vnom(t)=V0sin(2πf0t),其中:

注意到,在另一实施例中,第一电极不是透明的而是反射或半反射的。装配玻璃VITR因此能从漫射状态转变到反射或半反射状态,并且反之亦然。
作为变型,液晶层是着色的,例如如通常进行的那样通过添加二向色着色剂。此外,一个或多个衬底可以在与液晶层的面相对的主面上涂覆有各种功能元件:防反射层、保护层等等。另外,在与液晶层的面相对的主面侧,一个或多个衬底可以经由分层的夹层而分层有反玻璃(contre-verre)。
为了避免装配玻璃VITR从一个状态到另一个的突然转变,供电ALIM能提供一个/多个过渡电压Ve(t)、Vs(t),避免装配玻璃VITR突然经受从零电压到正弦交变电压Vnom(t),和/或相反地从正弦交变电压Vnom(t)到零电压。供电ALIM于是能提供:
-在激活供电ALIM之后开始的起动持续时间Ton期间的起动电压Ve(t),其幅度从零逐渐增大直到运转幅度V0。在第一实施例中,起动电压Ve(t)是以正弦交变电压Vnom(t)的频率f0的伪正弦。然后,在起动持续时间Ton结束时,供电ALIM因此递送正弦交变电压Vnom(t)。
-和/或在去活供电ALIM之后开始的停止持续时间Toff期间的停止电压Vs(t),其幅度在停止持续时间Toff期间从运转幅度V0逐渐减小直到零。在实施例中,停止电压Vs(t) 是以正弦交变电压Vnom(t)的频率f0的伪正弦。
根据本发明的实施例的通过供电而递送的电压V(t)被表示在图2和3中。图2涉及供电ALIM的起动,即其中装配玻璃VITR最初呈漫射状态并且期望其转变成透明状态的情况,而图3涉及供电ALIM的停止,即当期望装配玻璃VITR从透明状态再转变到漫射状态时。
在时间t=td时实现供电ALIM的起动。对于小于t=td的时间,因此有V(t)=0。在起动持续时间Ton期间,有:V(t)= Ve(t)。然后,在起动持续时间Ton结束时,有:V(t)= Vnom(t)。
在时间t=ta时实现供电ALIM的停止。在开始于t=ta的停止持续时间Toff期间,有:V(t)= Vs(t)。然后,在停止持续时间Toff结束时,有:V(t)= 0。
在图2和3中表示的实施例中:
-起动电压Ve(t)和停止电压Vs(t)是伪正弦的;
-起动电压Ve(t)的幅度和停止电压Vs(t)的幅度线性增大;
-起动电压Ve(t)、停止电压Vs(t)以及正弦交变电压Vnom(t)具有基本上等同的频率。注意到,提及伪周期信号的频率是目的在于减轻文本的语言滥用,并且自然地领会对伪频率的提及。
以上列出的特征的优点在于实施起来简单,并且导致就一方面在起动电压Ve(t)和正弦交变电压Vnom(t)之间的以及另一方面在正弦交变电压Vnom(t)和停止电压Vs(t)之间的频率和幅度而言的连续性。
在图4描述的第二实施例中,起动电压Ve(t)是线性的。逐渐透明的视觉效应等同于图2描述的实施例,并且该实施例此外呈现实施起来特别简单的优点。在未表示的其它实施例中,起动电压Ve(t)呈钟又或抛物线的形状。
图5图示了当供电ALIM包括“平滑起动”功能和“平滑停止”功能时、即当其能递送渐进幅度的起动电压Ve(t)和停止电压Vs(t)时,作为时间的函数的电压V(t)的幅度AMP的变化。观察到,在时间t=td时,即在起动供电ALIM时,电压V(t)的幅度线性增长直到在时间t= ta+Ton时达到运转幅度V0。然后,在时间t= ta时,即在停止供电ALIM时,电压V(t)的幅度从运转幅度V0线性减小直到零,其在时间t= ta+Toff时达到的值。

在起动时,在开关INT上的动作为自动调节装置REGU供电。自动调节装置REGU被设计用于通过在机载软件中参数化的持续时间:起动持续时间Ton而将0V的输出电压逐渐增大到其标称值。
根据在漫射状态和透明状态之间期望的过渡效应,起动持续时间Ton是可按期望编程的。起动电压Ve(t)的几个、典型地5个伪周期是足够的。对于频率f0=50Hz,25个起动伪周期表示0.5秒。对于舒适的视觉效应,有利地期望起动持续时间Ton是至少半秒、甚至至少一秒。
经由在开关INT上的新动作而引起的供电ALIM的消退关断自动调节装置REGU。该动作去活对输出电压的控制。停止电压Vs(t)的幅度于是在停止持续时间Toff期间逐渐减小。停止持续时间Toff由输出滤波器FILT2的组件以及在装配玻璃VITR中蓄积的能量来确定。液晶装配玻璃VITR事实上在与输出滤波器FILT2的组件的振荡中起积极作用。
有利地,供电的组件被选择以使得停止持续时间Toff有利地为至少半秒甚至至少一秒,以用于舒适的视觉效应。
注意到,该供电还使得能够保证液晶装配玻璃VITR的性能,同时限制与起动和停止时的强电流相关的损坏。装配玻璃VITR的寿命持续时间于是被延长。

2.根据前项权利要求所述的电可操控装配玻璃(VITR),其特征在于,起动电压(Ve(t))的幅度线性增大,和/或停止电压(Vs(t))的幅度线性减小。
3.根据权利要求1至2中之一所述的电可操控装配玻璃(VITR),其特征在于,起动电压(Ve(t))是伪正弦的,和/或停止电压(Vs(t))是伪正弦的。
4.根据前项权利要求所述的电可操控装配玻璃(VITR),其特征在于,伪正弦起动电压(Ve(t))和正弦交变电压(Vnom(t))具有基本上等同的频率,和/或伪正弦停止电压(Vs(t))和正弦交变电压(Vnom(t))具有基本上等同的频率。
5.根据权利要求3至4中之一所述的电可操控装配玻璃(VITR),其特征在于,伪正弦起动电压(Ve(t))的频率被包括在40Hz和5kHz之间,和/或伪正弦停止电压(Vs(t))的频率被包括在40Hz和5kHz之间。
6.根据权利要求1至2中之一所述的电可操控装配玻璃(VITR),其特征在于,起动电压(Ve(t))是多项式或线性的。
7.根据前述权利要求中之一所述的电可操控装配玻璃(VITR),其特征在于,在起动持续时间(Ton)结束时,电可操控装配玻璃(VITR)的模糊小于10%并且优选地小于或等于5%。
8.根据前述权利要求中之一所述的电可操控装配玻璃(VITR),其特征在于,供电(ALIM)包括起动持续时间(Ton)的调节手段。
9.一种对根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电可操控液晶装配玻璃(VITR)的供电方法,其特征在于,其包括以下接连的步骤:
-激活供电(ALIM);
-向装配玻璃(VITR)施加起动电压(Ve(t)),其幅度在至少0.1秒的起动持续时间(Ton)期间从零逐渐增大直到运转幅度(V0)。
10.根据前项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,其包括对起动持续时间(Ton)的调节步骤。
11.根据权利要求9至10中之一所述的方法,其特征在于,其包括以下接连的步骤:
-去活供电(ALIM);
-向装配玻璃(VITR)施加停止电压(Vs(t)),其幅度在至少0.1秒的停止持续时间(Toff)期间从运转幅度(V0)逐渐减小直到零。
12.根据权利要求1至8中之一所述的电可操控装配玻璃(VITR)的供电设备,其特征在于,其包括被连接到自动调节装置(REGU)的开关(INT),所述自动调节装置被适配用于经由机载软件而在激活开关(INT)之后开始的至少0.1秒的起动持续时间(Ton)期间将起动电压(Ve(t))的幅度从零逐渐增大直到运转幅度(V0)。
