Description

真空排放系统
本发明涉及厕所、小便池和浴洗池之类的卫生设备的真空排放系统,包括连接在该卫生设备上并通往集管的若干支管,和连接在该集管上以在各支管内形成真空并将污水由卫生设备送往收集箱、净化站、排放装置等处所的一个真空装置。
上述类型的污物处理设备是当今轮船、飞机和火车上采用的主要卫生设备。而在陆地上这种装置也日益广泛地被采用,其基本的要求在于减少用水,和由这类系统给出的灵活的管路系统。
从瑞典专利公开号为389,882的文献中,可以获知一种真空排放系统,在管路回路中安装了一台循环泵,以对箱内物质进行抽送、分离和充气。在管路回路上还装了一台喷射泵,以在排放系统中产生真空。这样喷射泵就可用在管路回路中循环的污水驱动,而这种循环则是由循环泵造成的。但该循环泵的一个主要缺点是这种离心式泵容易被进入箱内的织物,卫生用品等堵塞。这时就必须将它卸下进行清理,这意味着要中断运行,增加运行费用。此外这类排放系统的一个主要缺点是,它们具有一个大的需要空间的收集箱,在一些设备中,尤其是在空间狭窄的小船上是不宜采用的。
此外,这种系统的制造和安装费用还很贵,因为它采用了两台泵,一台喷射泵和一台离心泵,以及附加的管路回路和收集箱。
该收集箱的尺寸必须足够大,以随时能够容纳足够量的液体(污水),避免在箱内产生泡沫,因为液体中的泡沫会导致喷射泵不起作用。但是实践表明,即使在箱中保存了大量的循环液体,有时仍然会产生泡沫,尤其在清洗厕所时,会向箱中排入肥皂水。
在申请人的获得挪威87,1539号专利申请中,提供了一种真空排放系统的收集系统,其中采用了一个具有两个腔室的真空箱,和一个单独驱动的粉碎机。污水送入该箱的第一腔室,经粉碎机粉碎后送入第二腔室。用一台真空泵,特别是螺杆泵,产生箱内的真空,并将第二腔室中的物质泵出箱外。即使上述系统已解决了堵塞和中断运行的问题,这种系统的建造费用仍是较贵的,而且要求较大的空间。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能避免上述缺点的真空排放系统,也就是说,它的结构比较紧凑和简单,因而特别适于在空间狭窄的小船和野营车辆上使用,而且它同时还可以廉价地制造,以低廉的运行费即可安全运行,及其有效、能方便地与收集箱和净化系统连接,可以避免由泡沫和丧失泵送能力带来的诸多问题。
按照本发明的真空排放系统,其真空装置还具有一台或任意台螺杆泵,螺杆泵装有一个磨或粉碎装置,以粉碎污水中的固体颗粒,该螺杆泵直接连接在集管上。
本发明可以参考附图通过实施例更清楚地得到说明。其中:
图1是本发明的排放系统的一部分的侧视图、正视图和顶视图,包括一个收集箱和一个螺杆泵;
图2是图1所示螺杆泵的放大的纵向剖视图;
图3是具有替换形式的螺杆泵的纵向剖视图。
如上所述,图1为本发明的真空排放系统的一部分,包括一个收集箱1,和两台并联的真空泵2。泵的出口端3通过连接管4与该箱相联,由集管5向泵送入未处理的来自厕所等处(未示)的污水。每个泵2进口分别装有一个空气分离器6(参见后面的段落)和一个图上未示的单向阀。
图2是图1所示泵中一台的放大的纵向剖视图。它清楚地表示该泵属于螺杆型,它包括一个螺杆壳7,一个内部的泵的螺杆8,以及轴承9和10。泵的进口端装有一个粉碎装置或磨11,它包括一个磨壳12,一个固定刀13和一个旋转刀14。磨壳12还设有一个带法兰的进口15,形成的上述空气分离器6安装在该法兰上。在所示的实例中旋转刀14是安装在螺杆8的同一轴16上的,并用一台公用马达(未示)驱动,但须说明,作为一种替换方案,该旋转刀片也可装在单独是轴上,用单独的马达驱动。
该真空泵按照下述方式工作:
一个真空开关(恒压器)安装在集管5内,当管内压力超过一定值时,可使泵起动(正常情况下两台泵中只有一台在工作)。由集管5送来的空气和未处理的污水在分离器6中被分离,这样空气可以不经过磨,而通过空气管17直接导入泵壳18地进口,而未处理的污水则通过进口15进入磨室。由进口15吸入的污水穿过磨壳12,偶然混入污水的固体物质,如塑料片,纤维等在污水流入泵壳的进口腔室19再度与空气混合前即被刀片13、14粉碎。污水和空气由进口腔室19轴向吸入,通过泵壳7,再经过连接管4泵入箱1。
箱1装有:一个单独的排放物质的泵20;一个管接头21,它带有一个法兰,用以与一个溢流管(未示)相连;另一个管接头22,它带有一个法兰,用以和一个空气管(未示)相连;和一个检修孔23。此外,在箱侧面还固定有一个熔断器/接线盒24。在连接上需要说明的是,尽管上述说明是该泵2连接在箱1上,但本发明不应受这一实施例的限制。该泵也可与一个净化系统,一个公共污水管网的收集系统,或者在该真空排放系统装在船甲板上时,还可直接与通往船外的管线相连。上述真空泵中设置空气分离器的目的在于减小流过该磨的流速(仅有污水通过该磨)。这样可以使偶然混入污水的固体物质得到较彻底的粉碎,以提高泵送能力。因为这种带分离器的泵特别适用于要求大的泵送能力的较大规模的真空排放系统。
该泵的一种替换实施例特别适用于具有小泵送能力的较小规模的系统,这已在图3中示出。除了泵没有设置空气分离器外,其结构基本与图2所示的泵相同。它包括一个泵壳25,一个内部泵螺杆26,各轴承,和一个装在该泵壳端部的磨27。该磨具有一个磨室28,一个内固定刀30,和旋转刀29。旋转刀29装在该泵螺杆26同一轴上,因而可和它一起被一个例如未示的电机驱动。该磨壳的进口装了一个单向阀31,当泵停止工作时,防止空气和污水回流到吸入管(保持吸入管内的真空)。由于该泵未装空气分离器,空气和未处理的污水一起流入磨室,并轴向流过该泵,其工作情况与图2所示的泵相同。

Claims (4)

1、用于厕所、小便池、浴洗池等卫生设备的真空排放系统,包括连接在该卫生设备上并通往一个集管(5)的若干支管;真空装置,该真空装置用以在各管内产生真空,并将污水由卫生设备通过该系统送往可选择的一个收集箱(1);磨或粉碎装置(11);该真空装置还具有一台或任意台螺杆泵(2),其特征在于,该螺杆泵(2)上装有磨或粉碎装置(11),以粉碎污水中的固体颗粒,上述粉碎装置(11)、该螺杆泵(2)直接连接在该集管(5)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的真空排放系统,其中的螺杆泵(2)包括一个泵壳(7,25)、和一个带轴承的内部泵螺杆(8、26),其特征在于,该磨(11、27)设置为与该泵的入口端相连,该集管(5)与该磨室(28)的入口端相连,因而污水先流过该磨,然后轴向流过该磨室。
3、根据权利要求2所述的真空排放系统,其中的磨包括一个固定刀和一个旋转刀,其特征在于,该固定刀(30,13)安装在该磨室或泵壳的进口端,而该旋转刀(14,29)安装在该螺杆泵的轴(16、32)上。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的真空排放系统,其特征在于,在该集管(5)和该磨室的的进口端(15)之间安装有一台空气分离器(6),在该空气分离器(6)和该泵壳的一个进口(7)之间安装有一个空气管(17),从而由该卫生设备来的污水流入该磨室(11),而由该卫生设备来的空气则不经过该磨,直接导至该螺杆泵的进口(7)。
