背景技术

本发明针对现有技术中存在问题和不足，提供一种带有螺旋加劲式橡胶管接头。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是：一种带有螺旋加劲式橡胶管接头，在橡胶管的中部设置有螺旋形凹槽，在螺旋形凹槽内匹配套装有螺旋弹簧。
所述橡胶管包括内胶层、骨架层和外胶层。
所述螺旋形凹槽的数量为三圈。还可以设置双螺旋形凹槽并匹配安装有双螺旋弹簧。
所述橡胶管的两端分别为直管段，直管段的管口向外设置有法兰状翻边，法兰状翻边的边缘设置有固定孔，所述法兰状翻边的内侧各套装一个环形法兰，该环形法兰与法兰状翻边匹配贴合，法兰状翻边的固定孔与环形法兰的固定孔对应。
有益效果：1.本发明利用橡胶的弹性、高气密性、耐介质性、耐候性和耐辐射性等优点，结构简单且强度高，通过设置螺旋弹簧，不仅可以约束橡胶接头的径向膨胀幅度，还可以对橡胶轴向具有牵引和抗压作用，达到较好的轴向补偿作用，从而可提高压力的承受能力增加使用寿命。弹性变形较好，具有减震、降噪、轻巧、无毒优点。2.橡胶接头法兰状翻边的设制，可与法兰全部贴合固定在一起，可提高与管道连接的密封强度，也简化了橡胶管端部结构。在施工中对可曲挠橡胶接头的安装、拆卸省时省力，大大提高了功效，降低了劳动强度，节省了人力物力。

实施例1：参见图1和图2，一种带有螺旋加劲式橡胶管接头，在橡胶管的中部设置有三圈螺旋形凹槽，每圈凹槽内匹配套装有一根螺旋弹簧。
所述橡胶管包括中心的骨架层3和两侧的胶层，分别为内胶层1和外胶层2。
另外，所述橡胶管的两端分别为直管段6，直管段6的管口向外设置有法兰状翻边7，法兰状翻边7的边缘设置有固定孔，所述法兰状翻边7的内侧各套装一个环形法兰5，该环形法兰5与法兰状翻边7匹配贴合，法兰状翻边7的固定孔8与环形法兰的固定孔对应。
实施例2：附图未画，内容与实施例1基本相同，不同的是：本实施例中，在橡胶管外侧设置双螺旋形凹槽并匹配安装有双螺旋弹簧。
