本发明涉及一种气密水密防火风闸,包括闸体、转轴和阀板,闸体的两侧为法兰接头,闸体顶部开口处连接有下机构座,所述下机构座的上表面上焊接连接有上机构座,所述转轴的底端自风闸闸体顶部依次穿过上、下机构座伸入闸体内腔底部的轴孔内,所述轴孔内的底面与转轴伸入端的端面间设有滚珠;所述闸体内设有阀板,所述阀板与转轴固定连接,所述闸体内还设有感温器,所述感温器密封安装与上机构座并穿过下机构座伸入闸体内,所述上机构座的上方设有手动执行机构,所述手动执行机构与转轴连接,所述感温器与手动执行机构连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种船用风闸,具体涉及一种气密水密防火风闸。
背景技术
现有技术中的普通防火风闸均没有要求防火风闸气密性及水密性的要求,但船用空调通风管道较长,风管中要求压力较高,而且用于特殊的空调舱室场所,如防火风闸不是气密的,管道内外压差相差较大,泄漏相当严重,而且带着较大的啸音,影响航空空调效果,因此风闸的气密性要求相当重要,不容置疑。防火风闸内都设有感温器和手动执行机构,特别是感温器需要经常更换感温片,常规设计中,感温片的更换比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种气密水密防火风闸。
为达到以上目的,本发明的采取的技术方案为:
一种气密水密防火风闸,包括闸体、转轴和阀板,闸体的两侧为法兰接头,闸体顶部开口处连接有下机构座,所述下机构座的上表面上连接有上机构座,所述转轴的底端自风闸闸体顶部依次穿过上、下机构座伸入闸体内腔底部的轴孔内,所述轴孔内的底面与转轴伸入端的端面间设有滚珠;所述闸体内设有阀板,所述阀板与转轴固定连接,所述闸体内还设有感温器,所述感温器密封安装于上机构座并穿过下机构座伸入闸体内,所述上机构座的上方设有手动执行机构,所述手动执行机构与转轴连接,所述感温器与手动执行机构连接。
进一步地,所述上机构座上设有感温密封套,所述感温密封套的内部和外壁上均设有密封圈,所述感温器穿接于感温密封套。
进一步地,所述转轴与上机构座间设有外圈及内圈带密封圈的轴承。
再进一步地,所述感温密封套及轴承经螺钉固定安装于上机构座。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:下机构座焊接于闸体,上机构座与下机构座间设有密封圈,保证了闸体的整体密封性;转轴及感温器分别经带密封圈的轴承及感温密封套密封连接与上机构座,确保气密和水密;感温器由感温密封套安装与上机构座,感温密封套经螺钉与上机构座固定连接,既起到密封作用,同时也方便感温器上感温片的更换。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:
一种气密水密防火风闸,包括闸体1、转轴5和阀板6,闸体1的两侧为法兰式接头2,闸体1顶部开口处连接有下机构座3,所述下机构座3的上表面上连接有上机构座4,所述转轴5的底端自风闸闸体顶部依次穿过上、下机构座伸入闸体内腔底部的轴孔内,所述轴孔内的底面与转轴伸入端的端面间设有滚珠9,所述转轴5与上机构座4间设有外圈及内圈带密封圈的轴承10,所述轴承10经螺钉固定连接于上机构座4;所述闸体1内设有阀板6,所述阀板6与转轴5以焊接方式固定连接,所述闸体1内还设有感温器7,所述上机构座4上设有感温密封套11,所述感温密封套11的内壁和外壁上均设有密封圈,所述感温器7穿接于感温密封套11伸入闸体内,所述感温密封套11经螺钉固定安装于上机构座4;所述上机构座的上方设有手动执行机构8,所述手动执行机构8与转轴5连接,所述感温器7与手动执行机构8连接。

1.一种气密水密防火风闸,其特征在于,包括闸体、转轴和阀板,闸体的两侧为法兰接头,闸体顶部开口处连接有下机构座,所述下机构座的上表面上焊接连接有上机构座,所述转轴的底端自风闸闸体顶部依次穿过上、下机构座伸入闸体内腔底部的轴孔内,所述轴孔内的底面与转轴伸入端的端面间设有滚珠;所述闸体内设有阀板,所述阀板与转轴固定连接,所述闸体内还设有感温器,所述感温器密封安装于上机构座并穿过下机构座伸入闸体内,所述上机构座的上方设有手动执行机构,所述手动执行机构与转轴连接,所述感温器与手动执行机构连接,所述上机构座上设有感温密封套,所述感温密封套的内部和外壁上均设有密封圈,所述感温器穿接于感温密封套,所述转轴与上机构座间设有外圈及内圈带密封圈的轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气密水密防火风闸,其特征在于,所述感温密封套及轴承经螺钉固定安装于上机构座。
