本发明涉及一种纤维垫，包括：4080纤维38-50%、丙纶纤维25-30%、涤纶纤维25-35%；使用以下方法制备：a、将上述配比的4080纤维、丙纶纤维、涤纶纤维混合均匀；b、向步骤a的混合物中喷入混合物总重量1-3%的水；c、使用铺网机将上述混合物一层一层的平铺，铺成所需的厚度；d、将步骤c铺好的混合物送入烘箱，在195-220℃下处理40-80s，压制成型。本发明通过使用4080纤维作为粘合剂，在高温下将涤纶和丙纶纤维粘合，然后压制成型，制成垫状，可以用作床垫或汽车内饰件，不含甲醛，对人体无害，同时可以保障纤维垫的良好弹性。

技术领域
本发明属于弹性材料领域，具体涉及一种纤维垫。
背景技术
软垫在日常生活中使用十分广泛，可以用来加工床垫、汽车内饰等，但是现在的软垫使用植物原料或化纤生产，为了保持软垫的质量和防虫，常常在材料中加入甲醛防虫，但是甲醛是易挥发的致癌物，不易挥发，挥发较慢，用来制成人体接触的床垫或汽车内饰，往往会严重损害使用者的身体健康，所以甲醛含量成为现在生活用品的一项重要指标，现在软垫在加工时使用的胶水中也多使用甲醛、苯类作为稀释剂，容易对人体产生损害。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的上述缺点，本发明提供一种纤维垫，再提供足够的强度、弹性的同时，无甲醛，减少了污染。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种纤维垫，包括：4080纤维38-50%、丙纶纤维25-30%、涤纶纤维25-35%；使用以下方法制备：a、将上述配比的4080纤维、丙纶纤维、涤纶纤维混合均匀；b、向步骤a的混合物中喷入混合物总重量1-3%的水；c、使用铺网机将上述混合物一层一层的平铺，铺成所需的厚度；d、将步骤c铺好的混合物送入烘箱，在195-220℃下处理40-80s，压制成型。
所述涤纶纤维为中空涤纶纤维。
本发明的有益效果：本发明通过使用4080纤维作为粘合剂，在高温下将涤纶和丙纶纤维粘合，然后压制成型，制成垫状，可以用作床垫或汽车内饰件，不含甲醛，对人体无害，同时可以保障纤维垫的良好弹性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种纤维垫，包括：4080纤维35%、丙纶纤维30%、涤纶纤维35%；使用以下方法制备：a、将上述配比的4080纤维、丙纶纤维、涤纶纤维混合均匀；b、向步骤a的混合物中喷入混合物总重量2%的水；c、使用铺网机将上述混合物一层一层的平铺，铺成所需的厚度；d、将步骤c铺好的混合物送入烘箱，在200℃下处理60s，压制成型。
实施例2
一种纤维垫，包括：4080纤维40%、丙纶纤维30%、中空涤纶纤维30%；使用以下方法制备：a、将上述配比的4080纤维、丙纶纤维、涤纶纤维混合均匀；b、向步骤a的混合物中喷入混合物总重量2%的水；c、使用铺网机将上述混合物一层一层的平铺，铺成所需的厚度；d、将步骤c铺好的混合物送入烘箱，在210℃下处理50s，压制成型。根据需要可以使用铺网机进行铺网，达到需要的厚度。还可以在高温处理时，使用双棍轴辊压，调节辊轴间的距离可以调节纤维垫的厚度及松软。

1.一种纤维垫，其特征在于，包括：4080纤维38-50%、丙纶纤维25-30%、涤纶纤维25-35%；使用以下方法制备：a、将上述配比的4080纤维、丙纶纤维、涤纶纤维混合均匀；b、向步骤a的混合物中喷入混合物总重量1-3%的水；c、使用铺网机将上述混合物一层一层的平铺，铺成所需的厚度；d、将步骤c铺好的混合物送入烘箱，在195-220℃下处理40-80s，压制成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维垫，其特征在于：所述涤纶纤维为中空涤纶纤维。
