本发明提供一种金属清洗剂,所述金属清洗剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:苹果酸5‑8份、酒石酸4‑6份、硬脂酸1‑1.5份、三聚磷酸钠0.2‑0.4份、三乙醇胺0.6‑0.8份、苯并三氮唑1.2‑1.6份、硫酸钾0.2‑0.4份、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.4‑0.6份、硅酸钠0.1‑0.3份、水65‑70份。本发明的金属清洗剂对金属无损害;用法简单,在常温下即可使用,去污力强,能够去除在加工过程中机械零件表面产生的残留物质。

本发明涉及一种金属清洗剂。
背景技术
机械零件在加工过程中使用了大量的冷却液或润滑液,这些液体含有油性物质,在零件的表面会有一定量的残留,对零件的电镀或涂层处理产生一定的影响,有的在装配前也必须清洗去除。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种金属清洗剂。
本发明提供一种金属清洗剂,所述金属清洗剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:苹果酸5-8份、酒石酸4-6份、硬脂酸1-1.5份、三聚磷酸钠0.2-0.4份、三乙醇胺0.6-0.8份、苯并三氮唑1.2-1.6份、硫酸钾0.2-0.4份、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.4-0.6份、硅酸钠0.1-0.3份、水65-70份。
优选地,所述金属清洗剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:苹果酸6份、酒石酸5份、硬脂酸1.2份、三聚磷酸钠0.3份、三乙醇胺0.7份、苯并三氮唑1.4份、硫酸钾0.3份、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.5份、硅酸钠0.2份、水68份。
本发明还提供上述金属清洗剂的制备方法,是将配方量的各组分混合,搅拌均匀即得。
本发明的金属清洗剂对金属无损害;用法简单,在常温下即可使用,去污力强,能够去除在加工过程中机械零件表面产生的残留物质。

以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
实施例1
本发明的金属清洗剂的配方如下:
苹果酸6kg、酒石酸5kg、硬脂酸1.2kg、三聚磷酸钠0.3kg、三乙醇胺0.7kg、苯并三氮唑1.4kg、硫酸钾0.3kg、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.5kg、硅酸钠0.2kg、水68kg。
本发明的金属清洗剂的制备方法如下:
将苹果酸6kg、酒石酸5kg、硬脂酸1.2kg、三聚磷酸钠0.3kg、三乙醇胺0.7kg、苯并三氮唑1.4kg、硫酸钾0.3kg、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.5kg、硅酸钠0.2kg、水68kg混合,搅拌均匀即得。
实施例2
本发明的金属清洗剂的配方如下:
苹果酸5kg、酒石酸4kg、硬脂酸1.5kg、三聚磷酸钠0.2kg、三乙醇胺0.8kg、苯并三氮唑1.2kg、硫酸钾0.4kg、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.4kg、硅酸钠0.3kg、水65kg。
本实施例的金属清洗剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本发明的金属清洗剂的配方如下:
苹果酸8kg、酒石酸6kg、硬脂酸1kg、三聚磷酸钠0.4kg、三乙醇胺0.6kg、苯并三氮唑1.6kg、硫酸钾0.2kg、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.6kg、硅酸钠0.1kg、水70kg。
本实施例的金属清洗剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例4
本发明的金属清洗剂的配方如下:
苹果酸7kg、酒石酸6kg、硬脂酸1.3kg、三聚磷酸钠0.4kg、三乙醇胺0.6kg、苯并三氮唑1.5kg、硫酸钾0.3kg、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.6kg、硅酸钠0.2kg、水69kg。
本实施例的金属清洗剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。

2.根据权利要求1所述的金属清洗剂,其特征在于:所述金属清洗剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:苹果酸6份、酒石酸5份、硬脂酸1.2份、三聚磷酸钠0.3份、三乙醇胺0.7份、苯并三氮唑1.4份、硫酸钾0.3份、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.5份、硅酸钠0.2份、水68份。
