技术领域
本发明涉及波纹管的成型模具,具体涉及一种单壁波纹管的管坯成型模具结构。
背景技术
单壁波纹管的内、外表面均为波纹状,其弯曲性、柔韧性虽优,但其流体阻力大,且易使内表面螺槽处产生悬浮物的沉积。波纹成型装置主要由成型模具、传动系统和控制系统组成。其中成型模具是由数十对上下对开的连续吹塑模组成,上下模以履带式分别固定在两传动带上。当传动系统带动模具转动时,上下模具重复进行闭合-打开动作。模具闭合构成圆形管子的成形腔,吹胀成型波纹管后模具打开,可使制品脱模。波纹成型装置同时起到制品成型和牵引作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,使用方便的单壁波纹管的管坯成型模具结构。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:单壁波纹管的管坯成型模具结构,包括顶头、口模和芯棒连接而成的模具体,其特征在于:所述顶头前端固定连接有多孔板,所述顶头后端设有凹槽,所述口模与所述顶头通过锁紧螺母配合连接,所述顶头与所述口模的连接处设有分流椎体,所述分流椎体顶部设有调节螺钉,所述分流椎体下端设有连接与分流椎体和模具体的进气管路,所述进气管路上设有开关阀,所述芯棒中心设有通孔,通孔内设有气堵拉杆。
采用了上述技术方案,管坯壁厚的调整是通过调节分流锥和芯棒的移动来调节芯棒与口模间的间隙大小,本发明结构简单,生产出来的单壁波纹管表面抗压能力强,拉升度好,不容易变形和破裂,本发明结构简单,使用寿命长,具有很好的推广性。

参照图1,单壁波纹管的管坯成型模具结构,包括顶头2、口模6和芯棒8连接而成的模具体,所述顶头2前端固定连接有多孔板1,所述顶头2后端设有凹槽,所述口模6与所述顶头2通过锁紧螺母5配合连接,所述顶头2与所述口模6的连接处设有分流椎体4,所述分流椎体4顶部设有调节螺钉3,所述分流椎体4下端设有连接与分流椎体4和模具体的进气管路9,所述进气管路9上设有开关阀,所述芯棒8中心设有通孔10,通孔10内设有气堵拉杆7。
管坯壁厚的调整是通过调节分流锥和芯棒的移动来调节芯棒与口模间的间隙大小,本发明结构简单,生产出来的单壁波纹管表面抗压能力强,拉升度好,不容易变形和破裂,本发明结构简单,使用寿命长,具有很好的推广性。
