一种双端面磨床带有旋转接头的冷却装置，包括：砂轮主轴和砂轮，所述砂轮主轴的中心设有过水孔，所述砂轮主轴的尾端设有接轴，所述接轴处设有轴套，所述轴套外部设有后盖，所述后盖上设有进水口，本发明所述的一种双端面磨床带有旋转接头的冷却装置，使冷却水从砂轮主轴中心流到砂轮上，整个过程即对主轴工作产生的热量进行冷却，也对砂轮起到冷却作用，而且冷却水不会飞溅，便于操作人员观察，结构简单美观。

本发明涉及一种机械设备生产加工领域，尤其是涉及一种双端面磨床带有旋转接头的冷却装置。
背景技术：
传统双端面磨床的冷却系统是安装在砂轮的顶部，水从上方流到砂轮上，仅仅起到冷却砂轮一个零件的作用，这种做法是常用做法，但是经常会引起水花四溅，使操作人员观察情况时即为不便，而且在安装位置的选择上局限性很大，不美观也不实用。
发明内容：
为了克服上述的不足，本发明提供了一种双端面磨床带有旋转接头的冷却装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案：
一种双端面磨床带有旋转接头的冷却装置，包括：砂轮主轴和砂轮，所述砂轮主轴的中心设有过水孔，所述砂轮主轴的尾端设有接轴，所述接轴处设有轴套，所述轴套外部设有后盖，所述后盖上设有进水口。
所述接轴上设有孔，并与过水孔连通。
所述接轴与轴套之间设有支座。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案，本发明具有如下优越性：
本发明所述的一种双端面磨床带有旋转接头的冷却装置，使冷却水从砂轮主轴中心流到砂轮上，整个过程即对主轴工作产生的热量进行冷却，也对砂轮起到冷却作用，而且冷却水不会飞溅，便于操作人员观察，结构简单美观。

结合附图1所示的一种双端面磨床带有旋转接头的冷却装置，在砂轮主轴5的尾端设有接轴4，接轴4处设有轴套2，轴套2外部接有后盖1，后盖1上钻有孔，整个装置由两套轴承相配合来完成，砂轮主轴5中心钻过水孔7，工作时，后盖1上的进水口9接入水管，经过接轴4内部的孔流到砂轮主轴5内的过水孔7，再流到砂轮6上，整个过程既对主轴工作产生的热量进行冷却，也起到冷却砂轮的作用。

1.一种双端面磨床带有旋转接头的冷却装置，包括：砂轮主轴（5）和砂轮（6），其特征在于：所述砂轮主轴（5）的中心设有过水孔（7），所述砂轮主轴（5）的尾端设有接轴（4），所述接轴（4）处设有轴套（2），所述轴套（2）外部设有后盖（1），所述后盖（1）上设有进水口（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双端面磨床带有旋转接头的冷却装置，其特征在于：所述接轴（4）上设有孔，并与过水孔（7）连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双端面磨床带有旋转接头的冷却装置，其特征在于：所述接轴（4）与轴套（2）之间设有支座（3）。
