本发明涉及一种多功能滑环,具体地说是应用电主轴、转环、中间连接块等构成的一种铣床电主轴检测多功能滑环,属于设备检测领域。
背景技术
在铣床加工研究中,为了更好的研究铣刀在高速铣削时的应力、变形,需要应用电主轴和铣刀模拟加工过程,在加工过程中,由于转速较高,同时切削时会产生铁屑,对分析会造成影响,若将镜头或者是气管,水管放在电主轴和铣刀的一侧产生的碎屑会影响铣削分析,通过将水管、气管、电线利用一种多功能滑环固定在电主轴上一起旋转,保证了测试的效果,而目前市场上没有这种装置。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明提供了一种铣床电主轴检测多功能滑环。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种铣床电主轴检测多功能滑环,是由电主轴、连接块、滑环、铣刀、外环接水管、内环接线、外环接气管、内环接水管、外环接线、内环接气管、外环、内环、外环水通道、外环气通道、内环气通道、内环水通道、耐磨密封垫、内外环气连接通道、内外环水连接通道组成的,其特征在于:连接块将滑环固定在电主轴上,铣刀固定在电主轴的输出轴上,外环接水管、外环接气管和外环接线连接在外环上,内环接线、内环接水管和内环接气管连接在内环上,外环水通道和外环气通道在外环内部,内环气通道和内环水通道在内环内,内外环气连接通道将外环气通道和内环气通道连接,内外环水连接通道将外环水通道和内环水通道连接,耐磨密封垫在内环和外环之间。
所述的连接块内孔与电主轴之间是过渡配合。
所述的滑环的内环与电主轴之间是过盈配合。
