Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物及其制备方法,属于药物技术领域。其是由木姜子50-100份、鸡屎藤10-50份、环糊精10-25份、糖粉70-800份以及乙醇70-800份制备而成。制备方法为:将木姜子粉碎后蒸馏得木姜子油;将鸡屎藤切碎后煎煮,接着过滤浓缩,再喷雾干燥得鸡屎藤粉;将环糊精配制为饱和溶液后与木姜子油混合,采用超声振荡溶解后,再冷却、过滤和干燥,得木姜子油包合物;将木姜子包合物、鸡屎藤粉、糖粉和乙醇混合均匀后制成湿颗粒,再干燥即可。本发明的药物具有显著的抑菌作用、体外抗内毒素作用、解热作用、抗炎作用以及镇痛作用,对于雏鸡肠炎沙门氏菌病具有较好的疗效。

技术领域
本发明涉及药物技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物及其制备方法。
背景技术
雏鸡阶段的饲养是后备鸡饲养管理的重点,做好育雏管理具有特殊的重要意义,它是养鸡的开端,雏鸡养育好坏,存活多少,能否培育出健康、结实、生产性能高的鸡来,是每个饲养管理员十分关心的问题,也是发展家庭养鸡,办好养鸡场的关键。雏鸡培育是养鸡业中一项细致而重要的工作,雏鸡培育的好坏直接影响雏鸡的生长发育、成鸡的生产力、种用价值以及经济效益。雏鸡具有生长发育快、代谢旺盛的特点。但其消化系统发育不健全,胃容积小,消化能力差,但生长速度又很快。因此,要喂给营养全面、易于消化吸收的饲料,并且要适当增加喂料次数。雏鸡抗病能力差,容易受到病原微生物的侵袭而感染疾病,应做好消毒、隔离及防疫工作。但这种措施只能起到减少雏鸡疾病发生的作用,并不能彻底预防雏鸡各种疾病的发生。例如,雏鸡沙门氏菌病发病率高达30%以上,以肠炎沙门氏菌病最为常见,该病严重阻碍了养殖业的发展。
针对雏鸡肠炎沙门氏菌病的治疗,目前主要通过在饲料或饮水中添加抗菌药物来治疗。由于抗菌药物长期使用,临床耐药性严重。同时,抗菌药物一般不能拮抗内毒素,还可能在杀灭细菌的同时引起内毒素释放,导致血浆内毒素水平升高,加重炎症反应,使雏鸡肠炎沙门氏菌病的治愈更加困难。目前临床上尚无既能杀菌又能中和内毒素的抗生素。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物及其制备方法,以解决现有技术使用抗菌药物来治疗沙门氏菌病时存在的耐药性严重、不能同时拮抗内毒素以及加重炎症反应而存在的不足。
本发明通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物,以重量份计,由木姜子50-100份、鸡屎藤10-50份、环糊精10-25份、糖粉70-800份以及乙醇70-800份制备而成。
进一步,由木姜子60-90份、鸡屎藤20-40份、环糊精15-20份、糖粉200-400份以及乙醇300-600份制备而成。
更进一步,由木姜子80份、鸡屎藤30份、环糊精18份、糖粉300份以及乙醇450份制备而成。
优选地,所述环糊精为β-环糊精。
优选地,所述乙醇浓度为75-90%。
优选地,所述糖粉为白砂糖粉。
所述的治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将木姜子粉碎至细度为60-200目,然后用蒸汽蒸馏30-60min,得木姜子油;
(2)将鸡屎藤切碎,再将其置于蒸馏水中煎煮,蒸馏水的用量为鸡屎藤重量的2-5倍,煎煮10-50min后,将其过滤浓缩至10-50ml,然后再进行喷雾干燥,即得鸡屎藤粉;
(3)在30-80℃温度下,将环糊精溶解在水中制备成饱和溶液,将该饱和溶液与木姜子油混合,采用超声振荡溶解后,在3-5℃的温度下冷却12-24h,接着进行过滤和干燥,得木姜子油包合物;
(4)将木姜子包合物、鸡屎藤粉、糖粉和乙醇混合均匀后,将该混合物过18目筛制成湿颗粒,并将该颗粒在50-80℃的温度下减压干燥至水分含量为6-8%,即得治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中,采用蒸汽蒸馏时,控制蒸汽的温度为110-130℃。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中,喷雾干燥时,控制进风温度为180-230℃,出风温度为50-100℃,入料流量为10-25mL/min。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中,在50-60℃温度下,将环糊精溶解在水中制备成饱和溶液,将该饱和溶液与木姜子油混合,采用超声振荡溶解后,在4℃的温度下冷却16-20h,接着进行过滤和干燥,得木姜子油包合物。
本发明的有益效果在于:
首先,本发明治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物的主要原料鸡屎藤、糖粉、环糊精、乙醇和木姜子易得,而且市场价格较低,使得该药物的原料成本较低。
其次,本发明的药物配方简单且合理,不仅能够抗菌,而且能够中和内毒素,具有显著的抑菌作用、体外抗内毒素作用、解热作用、抗炎作用以及镇痛作用。经试验,其治疗雏鸡肠炎沙门氏菌病的治愈率达到90%以上,且未出现耐药性问题。
再次,本发明的制备方法简单易行,制备过程中所需的设备较少,并且各步骤中的工艺参数易于控制,使得生产成本较低。
具体实施方式
为了方便本领域的技术人员理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。实施例仅仅是对该发明的举例说明,不是对本发明的限定,实施例中未作具体说明的步骤均是已有技术,在此不做详细描述。
本发明所述的鸡屎藤,又称鸡矢藤,为茜草科多年生草质藤本植物,无毛或近无毛。基部木质,多分枝。揉碎后有恶臭。生于溪边、河边、路边、林旁及灌木林中,常攀援于其他植物或岩石上,喜温暖湿润的环境。国内外均有分布。植物的全草及根和果实均可供药用,主治风湿痹痛;食积腹胀;小儿疳积;腹泻;痢疾;中暑;黄疸;肝炎;肝脾肿大;咳嗽;瘰疬;肠痈;无名肿毒;脚湿肿烂;烫火伤;湿疹;皮炎;跌打损伤;蛇蛟蝎螫。
木姜子又名木香子、山鸡椒、山苍子、青皮树、山苍树、过山香、山胡椒、野胡椒、大筑子皮、澄茄子、沙海藤。分布在中国除高海拔地区外,大部分地区均有分布,以南部地区为常见,生于向阳丘陵和山地的灌木丛或树林中,适合生于海拔100-2900米,对土壤和气候的适应性较强,但在土壤酸度为5—6度的地区生长较为旺盛。根、叶及果实等均可入药,有祛风散寒、消肿止痛的功效。木姜油能抑制试管内黄癣菌、断发毛癣菌、絮状表皮癣菌、石膏样孢子菌等9种皮肤癣菌。还能抑制白色念珠菌、新型隐球菌、孢子丝菌及几种皮肤着色真菌(裴氏着色真菌、卡氏枝孢菌、茄病镰刀霉、粉绿木霉等)。对曲菌抑菌力较弱。除抑菌作用外,木姜油还有一定程度的杀菌作用。
实施例一
原料:
木姜子50kg、鸡屎藤10kg、β-环糊精10kg、白砂糖粉70kg以及75%乙醇70kg。
制备方法:
(1)将木姜子粉碎至细度为60目,然后将粉碎后木姜子置于蒸馏设备中,采用水蒸汽蒸馏30min,得木姜子油;
(2)将鸡屎藤切碎,再将其置于50kg蒸馏水中煎煮,煎煮50min后,将其过滤浓缩至10ml,然后再其送入喷雾干燥器中进行喷雾干燥,控制进风温度为180℃,出风温度为50℃,入料流量为10mL/min,得鸡屎藤粉;
(3)在30℃的温度下,将β-环糊精溶解在水中制备成饱和溶液,将该饱和溶液与木姜子油混合,送入超声振荡器中溶解后,再送入冰箱中,调节冰箱的温度为3℃,冷却12h后进行过滤和干燥,得木姜子油包合物;
(4)将木姜子包合物、鸡屎藤粉、糖粉和乙醇混合均匀后,将该混合物送入制粒机中过18目筛制成湿颗粒,并将该颗粒在50℃的温度下减压干燥至水分含量为6%,即得治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物。
实施例二
原料:
木姜子100kg、鸡屎藤50kg、β-环糊精25kg、白砂糖粉800kg以及78%乙醇800kg。
制备方法:
(1)将木姜子粉碎至细度为200目,然后将粉碎后木姜子置于蒸馏设备中,采用水蒸汽蒸馏60min,得木姜子油;
(2)将鸡屎藤切碎,再将其置于100kg蒸馏水中煎煮,煎煮10min后,将其过滤浓缩至50ml,然后再其送入喷雾干燥器中进行喷雾干燥,控制进风温度为230℃,出风温度为100℃,入料流量为25mL/min,得鸡屎藤粉;
(3)在80℃的温度下,将β-环糊精溶解在水中制备成饱和溶液,将该饱和溶液与木姜子油混合,送入超声振荡器中溶解后,再送入冰箱中,调节冰箱的温度为5℃,冷却24h后进行过滤和干燥,得木姜子油包合物;
(4)将木姜子包合物、鸡屎藤粉、糖粉和乙醇混合均匀后,将该混合物送入制粒机中过18目筛制成湿颗粒,并将该颗粒在80℃的温度下减压干燥至水分含量为8%,即得治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物。
实施例三
原料:
木姜子60kg、鸡屎藤20kg、β-环糊精15kg、白砂糖粉200kg以及80%乙醇200kg。
制备方法:
(1)将木姜子粉碎至细度为80目,然后将粉碎后木姜子置于蒸馏设备中,采用水蒸汽蒸馏40min,得木姜子油;
(2)将鸡屎藤切碎,再将其置于60kg蒸馏水中煎煮,煎煮20min后,将其过滤浓缩至20ml,然后再其送入喷雾干燥器中进行喷雾干燥,控制进风温度为210℃,出风温度为90℃,入料流量为22mL/min,得鸡屎藤粉;
(3)在70℃的温度下,将β-环糊精溶解在水中制备成饱和溶液,将该饱和溶液与木姜子油混合,送入超声振荡器中溶解后,再送入冰箱中,调节冰箱的温度为4℃,冷却20h后进行过滤和干燥,得木姜子油包合物;
(4)将木姜子包合物、鸡屎藤粉、糖粉和乙醇混合均匀后,将该混合物送入制粒机中过18目筛制成湿颗粒,并将该颗粒在70℃的温度下减压干燥至水分含量为7%,即得治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物。
实施例四
原料:
木姜子90kg、鸡屎藤40kg、β-环糊精20kg、白砂糖粉400kg以及85%乙醇400kg。
制备方法:
(1)将木姜子粉碎至细度为160目,然后将粉碎后木姜子置于蒸馏设备中,采用水蒸汽蒸馏50min,得木姜子油;
(2)将鸡屎藤切碎,再将其置于160kg蒸馏水中煎煮,煎煮40min后,将其过滤浓缩至40ml,然后再其送入喷雾干燥器中进行喷雾干燥,控制进风温度为190℃,出风温度为70℃,入料流量为12mL/min,得鸡屎藤粉;
(3)在50℃的温度下,将β-环糊精溶解在水中制备成饱和溶液,将该饱和溶液与木姜子油混合,送入超声振荡器中溶解后,再送入冰箱中,调节冰箱的温度为4℃,冷却16h后进行过滤和干燥,得木姜子油包合物;
(4)将木姜子包合物、鸡屎藤粉、糖粉和乙醇混合均匀后,将该混合物送入制粒机中过18目筛制成湿颗粒,并将该颗粒在60℃的温度下减压干燥至水分含量为7%,即得治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物。
实施例五
原料:
木姜子80kg、鸡屎藤30kg、β-环糊精18kg、白砂糖粉300kg以及90%乙醇450kg。
制备方法:
(1)将木姜子粉碎至细度为120目,然后将粉碎后木姜子置于蒸馏设备中,采用水蒸汽蒸馏45min,得木姜子油;
(2)将鸡屎藤切碎,再将其置于80kg蒸馏水中煎煮,煎煮30min后,将其过滤浓缩至30ml,然后再其送入喷雾干燥器中进行喷雾干燥,控制进风温度为200℃,出风温度为80℃,入料流量为20mL/min,得鸡屎藤粉;
(3)在60℃的温度下,将β-环糊精溶解在水中制备成饱和溶液,将该饱和溶液与木姜子油混合,送入超声振荡器中溶解后,再送入冰箱中,调节冰箱的温度为4℃,冷却18h后进行过滤和干燥,得木姜子油包合物;
(4)将木姜子包合物、鸡屎藤粉、糖粉和乙醇混合均匀后,将该混合物送入制粒机中过18目筛制成湿颗粒,并将该颗粒在60℃的温度下减压干燥至水分含量为7%,即得治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物。
下面以毒理试验和药理试验来检测本发明药物的毒性以及药理作用:
毒性试验:
将上述实施例一至实施例五制备的药物进行急性毒试验,试验结果为:在小于10g/kg体重的多个剂量组下未显著的病理变化和死亡病例。
药理实验:
将上述实施例五制备的药物进行药理试验,结果如下表1:

通过上述试验可以得出,本发明治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物具有显著的抑菌作用、体外抗内毒素作用、解热作用、抗炎作用以及镇痛作用。
下面以实例来进一步证明本发明的有益效果:
实例一
2013年7月,在四川省筠连县杉新山地乌骨鸡养殖场,发生雏鸡腹泻病125例,采用本发明实施例五制备的药物治疗,治愈113例,治愈率达到90%以上。
实例二
2013年8月,在四川省兴文县仙峰乡高山好压,发生雏鸡腹泻病89例,经该药治疗,治愈80例,治愈率达到89%以上。
Claims (10)
1.一种治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物,其特征在于,以重量份计,由木姜子50-100份、鸡屎藤10-50份、环糊精10-25份、糖粉70-800份以及乙醇70-800份制备而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物,其特征在于,由木姜子60-90份、鸡屎藤20-40份、环糊精15-20份、糖粉200-400份以及乙醇300-600份制备而成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物,其特征在于,由木姜子80份、鸡屎藤30份、环糊精18份、糖粉300份以及乙醇450份制备而成。
4.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物,其特征在于,所述环糊精为β-环糊精。
5.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物,其特征在于,所述乙醇浓度为75-90%。
6.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物,其特征在于,所述糖粉为白砂糖粉。
7.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将木姜子粉碎至细度为60-200目,然后用蒸汽蒸馏30-60min,得木姜子油;
(2)将鸡屎藤切碎,再将其置于蒸馏水中煎煮,蒸馏水的用量为鸡屎藤重量的2-5倍,煎煮10-50min后,将其过滤浓缩至10-50ml,然后再进行喷雾干燥,即得鸡屎藤粉;
(3)在30-80℃温度下,将环糊精溶解在水中制备成饱和溶液,将该饱和溶液与木姜子油混合,采用超声振荡溶解后,在3-5℃的温度下冷却12-24h,接着进行过滤和干燥,得木姜子油包合物;
(4)将木姜子包合物、鸡屎藤粉、糖粉和乙醇混合均匀后,将该混合物过18目筛制成湿颗粒,并将该颗粒在50-80℃的温度下减压干燥至水分含量为6-8%,即得治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物。
8.如权利要求7所述的治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,采用蒸汽蒸馏时,控制蒸汽的温度为110-130℃。
9.如权利要求7所述的治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,喷雾干燥时,控制进风温度为180-230℃,出风温度为50-100℃,入料流量为10-25mL/min。
10.如权利要求7所述的治疗雏鸡沙门氏菌病的药物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,在50-60℃温度下,将环糊精溶解在水中制备成饱和溶液,将该饱和溶液与木姜子油混合,采用超声振荡溶解后,在4℃的温度下冷却16-20h,接着进行过滤和干燥,得木姜子油包合物。
