Abstract
本发明公开一种面接触的穿刺线夹,包括上夹体、下夹体,其特征在于:所述上夹体与下夹体通过螺栓连接;所述上夹体、下夹体相对应处设置凹槽;所述上夹体设置压紧螺栓,所述压紧螺栓与上夹体螺纹连接;所述压紧螺栓下端与穿刺座抵接;所述锥头数量为3个,分别为两边的边锥头和中间位置的正锥头;所述边锥头的高度高于正锥头;所述边锥头与穿刺座倾斜设置。本发明的原理及优点是:由于边锥头的高度比正锥头高,所以,两侧的边锥头首先刺破绝缘层,随着压紧螺栓的旋紧,由于边锥头是倾斜设置的,因此其必然向两侧倾斜,这样,边锥头与电线的接触就变成面接触,压紧螺栓进一步旋紧后,正锥头与电线点接触,而两个边锥头则进一步扩大了接触面积。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备领域,具体说是一种金具,更具体说是一种穿刺线夹。
背景技术
穿刺线夹广泛应用于电力设备中,现有的穿刺线夹一般都是采用螺栓的压力,将锥头刺破绝缘层后与电线接触;在锥头刺入后,锥头与电线的接触一般为点接触,其弊端是由于接触面积过小,再加上金属的氧化等,在接触点易发生接触不良的后果,带来电力设备的损坏。中国专利申请号201220026879.3公开了一种限位型穿刺线夹,“它包括由锁紧螺栓紧固的上线夹和下线夹座的线夹部分,上线夹的螺孔与穿刺螺栓配合,环绕穿刺螺栓的穿刺锥头设有环形限位台。”该专利解决了锥头刺入深度的控制问题,但没有解决“点接触”问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种面接触的穿刺线夹,具体技术方案如下:
一种面接触的穿刺线夹,包括上夹体、下夹体,所述上夹体与下夹体通过螺栓连接;所述上夹体、下夹体相对应处设置凹槽;所述上夹体设置压紧螺栓,所述压紧螺栓与上夹体螺纹连接;所述压紧螺栓下端与穿刺座抵接;所述穿刺座上设置多个锥头。
所述锥头数量为3个,分别为两边的边锥头和中间位置的正锥头;所述边锥头的高度高于正锥头;所述边锥头与穿刺座倾斜设置。
本发明的原理及优点是:由于边锥头的高度比正锥头高,所以,两侧的边锥头首先刺破绝缘层,随着压紧螺栓的旋紧,由于边锥头是倾斜设置的,因此其必然向两侧倾斜,这样,边锥头与电线的接触就变成面接触,压紧螺栓进一步旋紧后,正锥头与电线点接触,而两个边锥头则进一步扩大了接触面积。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体说明本发明,如图1、图2所示,本发明包括上夹体1、下夹体2,所述上夹体1与下夹体2通过螺栓3连接;所述上夹体1、下夹体2相对应处设置凹槽6;所述上夹体1设置压紧螺栓4,所述压紧螺栓4与上夹体1螺纹连接;所述压紧螺栓4下端与穿刺座5抵接;所述穿刺座5上设置多个锥头。
本实施例的锥头数量为3个,分别为两边的边锥头52和中间位置的正锥头51;所述边锥头52的高度h2高于正锥头的高度h1;所述边锥头52与穿刺座5倾斜设置,即图2中锥头的锥心线与穿刺座的夹角a小于90度。
锥头材料可采用延展性能较好的金属,以防止锥头根部断裂,还可将锥头根部形状设置成圆弧过渡,以防止应力集中。
锥头数量可根据设计要求进行改变。

1.一种面接触的穿刺线夹,包括上夹体、下夹体,其特征在于:所述上夹体与下夹体通过螺栓连接;所述上夹体、下夹体相对应处设置凹槽;所述上夹体设置压紧螺栓,所述压紧螺栓与上夹体螺纹连接;所述压紧螺栓下端与穿刺座抵接;所述穿刺座上设置多个锥头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的穿刺线夹,其特征在于:所述锥头数量为3个,分别为两边的边锥头和中间位置的正锥头;所述边锥头的高度高于正锥头;所述边锥头与穿刺座倾斜设置。
