Abstract

电缆轴向穿刺线夹,涉及一种用于与电缆连接的线夹。它由上下可以啮合的上、下齿盒构成,两齿盒内的穿线孔的底部嵌有2排以上的齿条,两齿盒间用螺杆固定压紧,同一穿线孔齿条上的齿相互交错。本实用新型将齿条沿电缆穿行的方向轴向排列,可增加齿数,从而增大了齿条与电缆导体的接触面积,降低了接触电阻;适当增大了齿距,并使同一穿线孔的齿条上的齿相互交错,大大减轻了齿对电缆外皮的伤害,保证了外皮在电缆承力中的作用。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种用于电缆连接的线夹。
背景技术  现有的用于电缆连接的线夹,由上下可以啮合的上、下齿盒1、2构成,两齿盒内的穿线孔的底部横向嵌有齿条3,两齿盒间用螺杆4固定压紧。由于齿条是横向嵌入的,齿条上嵌有的齿有数量的限制,由于齿少,与电缆接触的面积少,接触电阻较大,也易对电缆外皮造成截断性损伤。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是针对上述现状,设计一种能增大接触面积,减少对电缆外皮损伤的电缆轴向穿刺线夹。
本实用新型目的的实现方式为:电缆轴向穿刺线夹,由上下可以啮合的上、下齿盒1、2构成,两齿盒内的穿线孔的底部嵌有齿条3,两齿盒间用螺杆4固定压紧。两齿盒内的穿线孔的底部轴向嵌有2排以上的齿条3。各排齿条上的齿相互交错。
本实用新型将齿条沿电缆穿行的方向轴向排列,可增加齿数,从而增大了齿条与电缆导体的接触面积,降低了接触电阻;适当增大了齿距,并使同一穿线孔的齿条上的齿相互交错,大大减轻了齿对电缆外皮的伤害,保证了外皮在电缆承力中的作用。

具体实施方式  本实用新型由上下可以啮合的上、下齿盒1、2构成,两齿盒内的穿线孔的底部嵌有2排以上的齿条3,两齿盒间用螺杆4固定压紧,同一穿线孔齿条上的齿相互交错。
下面参照附图详述本实用新型,上、下齿盒1、2沿轴向各嵌入6或8根齿条,每3或4根齿条构成一半圆,齿头指向圆心。
使用时,将两根未经剥去外皮的电缆置于穿线孔中,拧紧螺杆4压迫齿条刺穿电缆外皮5与电缆6导体接触,而齿条是互相导通的,从而可使两根带外皮的电缆能相互连接。

Claims (2)

1、电缆轴向穿刺线夹,由上下可以啮合的上、下齿盒(1)、(2)构成,两齿盒内的穿线孔的底部嵌有齿条(3),两齿盒间用螺杆(4)固定压紧,其特征在于两齿盒内的穿线孔的底部轴向嵌有2排以上的齿条(3),各排齿条上的齿相互交错。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电缆轴向穿刺线夹,其特征在于上、下齿盒(1)、(2)沿轴向各嵌入6或8根齿条,每3或4根齿条构成一半圆,齿头指向圆心。
