Abstract

本发明提出一种针刺式免打磨电搭接片结构,在搭接片上预先加工出一定数量的金属刺针。相比于传统的平面式金属电搭接片,该结构能够可靠、方便地实现对金属结构的电搭接方案,并且搭接结构安装过程中不需要对接片和被搭接体进行打磨,适用于某些特殊危险品环境作业场所内进行电搭接安装工作。

一种针刺式免打磨电搭接片结构
技术领域
本发明属于电搭接技术领域,具体涉及一种针刺式免打磨电搭接片结构。
背景技术
电搭接是使飞行器金属结构部件之间以及结构部件、发动机、设备、附件与基本结构之间有低阻抗通路的可靠的电连接,它是用来将金属构件在电气上连接到另一构件上的一种手段。
电搭接主要分直接搭接和间接搭接两种:
(1)直接搭接:亦称刚性搭接,指相互连接的两金属构件之间或结构部件、飞行器设备与基本结构之间无需附加任何专门的元件或材料即有足够低阻抗电气通路的连接。
(2)间接搭接:亦称软性搭接,是在不能采用直接搭接的部位所采用的利用专门的搭接元件完成低阻抗电气通路的连接。
电搭接的基本目的包括:(1)为飞行器内各金属构件及设备之间提供一个可靠的低阻抗电气通路,消除其在所有频段上由于电磁干扰而产生的静电位差,提高弹上电子电气设备的屏蔽性能;(2)防止静电位差引起的金属构件之间火花放电及由此所造成的火灾和弹上火工品的引爆事故;(3)对于采用单线制供电系统的飞行器,搭接可以利用弹身作电源的总负线使之形成可靠的单线制电网系统。
搭接片式电搭接结构是一种常用的电搭接方式,具有结构简单、可靠、成本低廉的特点,普通电搭接片的典型结构如图1所示。其由搭接片1和搭接线2组成,搭接片1和搭接线2均为金属材料,通过压接或焊接连接在一起,具有低阻性。
普通电搭接片的安装形式如图2所示。一般用螺钉3、弹垫4将搭接片1螺接紧固在被搭接体5的表面,使电搭接片1与被搭接体5充分接触,实现低阻特性。普通搭接片在螺接前一定时间内(通常不大于20min),要先将被搭接体表面的接触区域以及搭接片表面用打磨工具进行打磨,去除金属氧化层及表面污染物,使搭接区域更为充分的接触,实现低阻特性。打磨区域如图3所示。该种方式虽然结构简单、成本低,但对于装配带有火工品的产品时,或其他需要防爆环境的条件下,打磨金属结构的操作是被严格禁止的,因此该种电搭接结构不适用于类似危险品装配环境下进行操作。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明提出一种针刺式免打磨电搭接片结构,以解决如何可靠、方便地实现对金属结构的电搭接的技术问题。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种针刺式免打磨电搭接片结构,该电搭接片结构包括免打磨电搭接片、与免打磨电搭接片通过压接或焊接连接在一起的搭接线,以及设置在免打磨电搭接片上且朝向被搭接表面的刺针。
进一步地,免打磨电搭接片和搭接线均为金属材料。
进一步地,刺针能够穿过被搭接面的金属表面氧化层,刺入被搭接金属体内。
(三)有益效果
本发明提出的针刺式免打磨电搭接片结构,在搭接片上预先加工出一定数量的金属刺针。相比于传统的平面式金属电搭接片,该结构能够可靠、方便地实现对金属结构的电搭接方案,并且搭接结构安装过程中不需要对接片和被搭接体进行打磨,适用于某些特殊危险品环境作业场所内进行电搭接安装工作。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、内容和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。
本实施例提出一种针刺式免打磨电搭接片结构,其结构如图4所示,该电搭接片结构包括免打磨搭接片6、搭接线2和设置在免打磨搭接片6上且朝向被搭接体的刺针7。安装时,免打磨搭接片6上的刺针7朝向被搭接面安装,当拧紧螺钉3时,螺钉帽将免打磨电搭接片7与被搭接面紧固在一起,免打磨电搭接片1上的刺针7穿过被搭接面的金属表面氧化层,刺入被搭接金属体5内,使得接触电阻变小,起到增大电搭接能力的作用,如图5所示。
本实施例针刺式免打磨电搭接片结构的主要使用操作步骤为:
1、用溶剂清洁被搭接体表面和电搭接片表面的油渍、污物;
2、将免打磨电搭接片套入螺钉上;
3、将螺钉连同免打磨电搭接片拧入被搭接体的螺钉孔内;
4、对螺钉施加预定的力矩,针刺刺入被搭接体内;
5、用微欧计测量电搭接阻值;
6、记录测量阻值,判断是否合格;结果合格则工作结束;结果不合格,则更换电搭接片重复步骤1。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种针刺式免打磨电搭接片结构,其特征在于,所述电搭接片结构包括免打磨电搭接片、与免打磨电搭接片通过压接或焊接连接在一起的搭接线,以及设置在免打磨电搭接片上且朝向被搭接表面的刺针。
2.如权利要求1所述的电搭接片结构,其特征在于,所述免打磨电搭接片和搭接线均为金属材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的电搭接片结构,其特征在于,所述刺针能够穿过被搭接面的金属表面氧化层,刺入被搭接金属体内。
