本发明公开了一种掺杂城市无机垃圾的建筑砂浆,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:城市无机垃圾颗粒22份,水泥40份,轻骨料7份,纤维素醚5份,羧甲基纤维素5份,碳酸氢钠2份,水100份,将城市无机垃圾颗粒、水泥、轻骨料加入反应釜内搅拌混合,并加热至520-600℃,持续时间为2-3小时,然后将反应釜内的混合材料倒出,晾干或烘干并加工成粉剂,再与草木灰颗粒混合,即制得。本发明保温性能好,易性好,粘结、抗拉、抗压强度高的保温砂浆。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑砂浆领域,具体属于一种掺杂城市无机垃圾的建筑砂浆。
背景技术
各国在建筑设计和施工、新型建筑保温材料的开发和应用、建筑节能法规的制定和实施等方面做了大量的工作,在取得可观的经济效益的同时还改善了人类赖以生存的自然环境。通常在墙体上设置保温砂浆层,但是保温砂浆暴露在空间中容易吸水裂开,这就需要在保温砂浆层上设置抗裂砂浆,但是现有的抗裂砂浆效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种掺杂城市无机垃圾的建筑砂浆,保温性能好,易性好,粘结、抗拉、抗压强度高的保温砂浆。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种掺杂城市无机垃圾的建筑砂浆,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:城市无机垃圾颗粒20-25份,水泥35-45份,轻骨料6-8份,纤维素醚4-6份,羧甲基纤维素5-6份,防水剂1-3份,水80-120份,改性竹炭粉12-15份,改性竹炭粉是将竹碳粉研磨粉碎至80-100目,然后和竹碳粉质量的3-5%铝粉、1-2%脱硫石膏粉粉混合,混合搅拌30-40分钟,送入65-75℃烘房中烘干,打碎成粗颗粒,筛出1-3mm的粗颗粒即可;将城市无机垃圾颗粒、改性竹炭粉、水泥、轻骨料加入反应釜内搅拌混合,并加热至520-600℃,持续时间为2-3小时,然后将反应釜内的混合材料倒出,晾干或烘干并加工成粉剂,再与草木灰颗粒混合,即制得;所述的城市无机垃圾颗粒是将城市无机垃圾用20-25%盐酸浸泡3-4小时,去离子水洗涤,再用15-17%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,经过粉碎机粉碎成粉末状,城市无机垃圾粒度控制为5-10mm。
所述城市无机垃圾颗粒22份,水泥40份,轻骨料7份,纤维素醚5份,羧甲基纤维素5份,碳酸氢钠2份,水100份,改性竹炭粉13份。
本发明在原材料中使用了城市无机垃圾,解决了城市无机垃圾处理问题,节省了能源;产品的物理性能稳定,不开裂、不空鼓,抗老化,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
一种掺杂城市无机垃圾的建筑砂浆,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:城市无机垃圾颗粒22份,水泥40份,轻骨料7份,纤维素醚5份,羧甲基纤维素5份,碳酸氢钠2份,水100份,改性竹炭粉13份,改性竹炭粉是将竹碳粉研磨粉碎至80-100目,然后和竹碳粉质量的3-5%铝粉、1-2%脱硫石膏粉粉混合,混合搅拌30-40分钟,送入65-75℃烘房中烘干,打碎成粗颗粒,筛出1-3mm的粗颗粒即可;将城市无机垃圾颗粒、改性竹炭粉、水泥、轻骨料加入反应釜内搅拌混合,并加热至520-600℃,持续时间为2-3小时,然后将反应釜内的混合材料倒出,晾干或烘干并加工成粉剂,再与草木灰颗粒混合,即制得;所述的城市无机垃圾颗粒是将城市无机垃圾用20-25%盐酸浸泡3-4小时,去离子水洗涤,再用15-17%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,经过粉碎机粉碎成粉末状,城市无机垃圾粒度控制为5-10mm。

1.一种掺杂城市无机垃圾的建筑砂浆,其特征在于,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:城市无机垃圾颗粒20-25份,水泥35-45份,轻骨料6-8份,纤维素醚4-6份,羧甲基纤维素5-6份,防水剂1-3份,水80-120份,改性竹炭粉12-15份,改性竹炭粉是将竹炭粉研磨粉碎至80-100目,然后和竹炭粉质量的3-5%铝粉、1-2%脱硫石膏粉混合,混合搅拌30-40分钟,送入65-75℃烘房中烘干,打碎成粗颗粒,筛出1-3mm的粗颗粒即可;将城市无机垃圾颗粒、改性竹炭粉、水泥、轻骨料加入反应釜内搅拌混合,并加热至520-600℃,持续时间为2-3小时,然后将反应釜内的混合材料倒出,晾干或烘干并加工成粉剂,再与草木灰颗粒混合,即制得;所述的城市无机垃圾颗粒是将城市无机垃圾用20-25%盐酸浸泡3-4小时,去离子水洗涤,再用15-17%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,经过粉碎机粉碎成粉末状,城市无机垃圾粒度控制为5-10mm。
